Cant use filter after merging cells

I use numbers for making a sheet in which i have merged to cells and have kept a day ( Monday,Tuesday etc), and 2 employees with 2 different amounts of the daily income of the work done, earlier it was only one employee, so i could filter, how much he makes every Friday in month.
Now after merging the cells as there is 2 employees , i cannot use the filter to check how much they made on a particular day in month.
The error message i get is " FILTER IS DISABLED BECAUSE THE TABLE CONTAINS MERGED CELLS "
PLEASE HELP !!

i cant do 2 things, i did them once but forgot since i use it once a month to analyse, but i just do data entry thrice a week. i tried the below points but no hope.
1. How to filter, the Day and the name together ?
2. After getting the results of the filter, then to sum the result. There is no empty cell available after the filter result, hence cant get the sum result.

Cant Use Facetime after update

Ever since the upgrade on my IPhone 4 I cant use facetime anymore. I tried looking for tips online but nothing works. I have activated to use my cellular data. But every time I try to connect through facetime, it keeps says activating and then the call gets dropped.
I saw on one forum that I have to go under settings, then Facetime, and there is a place under the Caller ID to activate but I do not have a button on my screen as even an option.

On iPhone 4 FaceTime is still only on wifi. If you press the magnifier and search iOS update in the 4s section there should be one the has a Graphic on what each device comes with after update

How to use filter to color cell content

Numbers 3.5.2: I would like the content of a cell to change color, if the value of the number within the cell drops down below a certain value. For instance: as long as the values in the cell stay above 50 -> the number should be displayed black, if below 50 -> number should appear in red.
This was possible in Numbers 09 using a simple filter as shown here:
Did this filter disappear in actual Numbers? Is there any alternative?

Using FILTER after a FULL OUTER JOIN problem in OWB

Hi,
I’m using OWB 11.2.
In an OWB mapping I need to detect every changes (Insert, Update, Delete) made to the data of a table. In order to find these changes I need to use “FULL OUTER JOIN” and a “FILTER” to join current table to previous table.
My desired generated query should be like this:
Select *
From tab1 FULL OUTER JOIN tab2 on JOIN_CONDITION
WHERE FILTER_CONDITION
The problem is that when OWB generates the code, the query will be like this:
Select *
From tab1 FULL OUTER JOIN tab2 on JOIN_CONDITION AND FILTER_CONDITION
As you know these 2 queries are not the same at all!
I don’t know how to make OWB generate my desired SQL. Please help me…

Are you using "( + )" for join condition in joiner? Or, are you using "Join input role" parameter to define full outer join condition? Are you using oracle or ANSI syntax?

Help - Cant use CS3 after Hard Drive replaced and software had to be reinstalled

My iMac needed a new Hard Drive so had this replaced by licensed Apple repairer. All software was lost and was told to reinstall CS3 which I did successfully. I have the original CD's. Serial number accepted. When I opened up Illustrator, Photoshop or indesign I get a message saying I am trying to upgrade ( which I am not) and that I need to choose the version premium 1 or 2 or standard 1 or 2. I chose standard 1. The am asked to put serial number in again then hit enter button. It comes up with an "x" saying I cannot access or upgrade. I then can't go forward or do anything except click back button or quit. Please can anyone help?? I tried calling Australian customer support but CS is not supported by phone which is very frustrating.

Purdy123 did you migrate or transfer over your applications from the other drive? If so then this is likely causing your current error. Please run the available uninstallers located in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once you have done this then please also use the CC Cleaner Tool to ensure complete removal. You can find instructions and the download at Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
Once you have completed the removal process you should then be able to reinstall the software successfully. If you need a fresh copy of the installation files then you can download them from Download CS3 products.

Since 2.1 I cant use Mail after having checked mail with iPhone

This is totally weird.
My Mail OS X application is working just fine. So is my iPhone mail app. However,
If I check my mails with iphone (Everything works fine) and then open Mail OS X within the next 3 minutes when I try to check for mail all accounts besides Mobile turn gray and I cannot do anything till after about 3 minutes.

Update...
If I open mail right after having checked my mail with the bugphone I get the grayed out mail boxes. However, if I go in and toggle SSL on advanced, save the account settings and then toggle back to SSL and then save again then everything is fine.
Looks like this is a bug... Just yet another in the mile long BUT SHORT history of Apple's iPhone 3G.
Spoke with german telekom today. They told me and you can quote me on this:
"Since the 3G iPhone and all it's bugs we dont even try to help out customers but direct them directly to Apple - Free of charge"
Then you wait a minute and then Apple Care appear on the phone but DO NOT represent themselves by "Apple Care Hello" but only state their name... After asking MANY questions the poor guy finally admitted that I was at Apple Care and that Telekom were not able to handle all the problems.

Cant use Safari after last update

I use Quicken Payroll to pay my employees and they don't not support the latest update of safari. Can I remove this update and how would I do this. Could I load an older supported verstion and have both on my Mac ?

If you use Time Machine, the retreat is easy. If you backed up your system some othe way before the software change, the retreat is probably easy.
If none of those apply, what update are you talking about?

my phone is dropped in pool for awhile, and i take it
i dry it, and work perfectly well
and after 1 day, i try using camera, and suddenly my phone is dead
when i try to recharge its alywas appear apple logo for 1-2 sec, and after that is dead again, its repeat everytime i charge
i wanna reset my phone, but cant,
i try to connect i-tunes, its still cant

First try a Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least Ten seconds... (But can take Longer)... until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons
If no joy... Try a Restore...
1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the Steps in this article to force the device into Recovery Mode.
Make sure you have the Latest Version of iTunes (v11) Installed on your computer
iTunes free download from www.itunes.com/download
Note on Recovery Mode.
You may need to try this More than Once... Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...
Once you have Recovered your Device...
Re-Sync your Content or Restore from the most Recent Backup...

If it is Office for Mac 2004, you will need to update to Office for Mac 2008 (unsupported) or Office for Mac 2011 to be compatible with Mavericks. If you already have the latter installed, have you applied all Microsoft updates, and ran Disk Utility to verify/repair permissions on your boot drive?
Using Microsoft’s recommended removal process, you may have to reinstall Office for Mac 2011, and then reapply all outstanding updates. Then repeat the Disk Utility action as mentioned above.

99.9% of the time, the cause of this issue is the fact the phone was jailbroken/hacked to unlock it for use on networks other than the network the phone was originally locked to. Apple maintains a database of officially unlocked iPhones, and when Apple's servers detect phones such as yours, activation stops & you get the message you got.
So, you need to get a sim card from the carrier the phone was originally locked to, or get it officially unlocked, if you want to activate it. Because it appears that it was not officially unlocked.

Use Office for Mac 2011. If you have it, open one of the programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and do Help > Check for Updates from the menu.
Otherwise, purchase Office 365 and use that.
