    hey Im having trouble transfering the videos that i recorded using my new ipod nano I turned the ipod to enable disk use and i can see where the movie is on the ipod and i can drag it onto my desktop , BUT when i try to view the video using quicktime the video looks all green and fuzzy and u can only hear the audio of the video but u dont see any picture other than green and fuzzy wierd on the quicktime screen???!??!?!??!?! i can view the videos fine using the ipod but i cant view them on my pc ??? can someone help me? and is anyone else having this problem??

    Your topic is misleading. According to your post, you are not having issues viewing videos on your iPod. The problem is viewing the videos on your desktop using Quicktime. You will be better off posting in the QuickTime for Windows forum.

  • While I appreciate the Adobe training videos, I would like to be able to print a hard copy of the content of the videos so that I have something to refer to without returning to the video but how can I do that?

    I really enjoy the helpful videos when finding an Adobe Acrobat answer but I would like to be able to print the content of the video so that I can refer to it for help whenever I want without having to find the helpful training video all over again and have to watch it all over it again so can this be done and if so how?? - thanks

    Thanks and yes, of course I could bookmark them but then I would have go continually go back and look at them all over again when I needed them which is not much of a time saver.
    I guess I will have to do what the reply suggested and that is make screen shots and a combined PDF file from the screen shots in order to get exactly what I want.  However, I feel this kind of  defeats the real purpose of  real "Help" in some way.  Why not offer a print option on these video tips as I know there must be others who would often prefer a hard copy for referral as opposed to having to go to a bookmarked video again, just seems like a waste of time when you are in a hurry which is often the case.

  • Difficulty viewing the Adobe training videos, esp the eSeminars

    I apologize for posting this here- it might not be the right place. But I am so frustrated and don't know where to ask for help.
    1. I am trying to watch the eSeminars from Allen Partridge.
    2. I am logged into Adobe, and I am logged into Acrobat Connect.
    3. When I try to view the eSeminars:
        • Audio is echoed in Firefox and is thus entirely garbled.
        • In Safari, the audio plays fine.
        • As the seminar plays, I begin to lose sync with audio and images. for example, 30 minutes into the seminar, things are so out of syncI just have to quit.
        • If I pause, the visuals stop progressing, and I am left looking at a single slide as the audio and content continues.
    Please please, what is going on? what can I do to watch these videos? Where should I ask these questions?
    It is ironic to have such troublesome technical issues when trying to watch these Seminars that are about delivering web based training! I have been struggling with this for weeks, and have spent more time trying to watch these Seminars than actually watching them! Please help!!!

    Hello xg. Thanks for posting about the difficulty. I occasionally have heard this from a few others. Could you possibly share your system details with me allenp (at) adobe (dot) com.
    It doesn't seem to affect most people with Firefox, but those whom it has affected report that same kind of behavior. Specifically could you let me know the following;

    How are you connecting? (Bandwidth):
    Any details of the issue - eg. other applications open, secondary browsers used for access etc.

  • Cant view stills or video on viewer in 10.1

    Hi all
    I have recently updated my FCP to 10.1.1.   I have imported stills and videos into the timeline.
    I have the first still selected except it doesnt show in the view only where the timer is?
    Also, has the Kens Burn effect been removed.  When I click on the crop, nothing appears on the picture in the viewer to crop or change?
    I am severely an amature at this, so any help would be greatly apprecitated.

    It wouldn't show in the viewer unless you move the playhead or skimmer over it. You've selected one clip but you're looking at another one. If you want to select a clip and move the playhead to it, Option-click the clip when you select it. I know it's dumb, but it's a sop to all the old legacy FCP users, where this behavior was the norm.

  • I have CS5.5.  I want to create a QR Code with InDesign. Videos show it to be easy from an Adobe training video from the Object menu option. This does not appear in my version, why not?

  • Cant find Adobe TV videos on 3D in Photoshop CS4

    Im trying to find all the videos I can about Photoshop's 3D capabilities.
    I have attempted to search Adobe TV's videos on the Adobe TV site.
    All attempts fail miserably.
    The search function on Adobe TV is useless. Simply doesnt work.
    Adobe TV seems to be working much worse than it was a few months ago. What happened?
    (Broken links, slow access, fail to launch period...)
    How do I actually get at the videos that I know are out there?
    What other sources can I pursue to learn as much as I can about the 3D functionality of Photoshop CS4?

  • Adobe tv videos won't load, Windows 7 64 bit

    I'm attempting to view the training videos for CS6 applications, and they don't load. A black box is displayed where the video should play. This happens under the latest versions of all of these browsers: IE, Chrome, Opera, and Firefox. I made sure I have the latest versions of Flash and Air (3.2) installed. I have no problem viewing Flash videos on other sites.
    Any ideas?

    I've just recently had this problem. After 10 hours of trying to fix it (no help from Adobe!) I found the answer. It seems that at sometime a flashplayer update deleted the settings for Adobe TV. Since I didn't know anything about these settings I started from scratch. Heres what I did:
    1. First BACKUP YOUR SYSTEM !!!!!
    2. Completely uninstall the flashplayer. TIP: Google for the official Adobe uninstaller.
    3. Uninstall Photoshop Elemernts. TIP: The uninstall procedure is on the Photoshop Elements install disc. Start a new install and it will uninstall your old one. Stop after the uninstallation step.
    4. Download and install the latest flashplayer.
    5. Reinstall Photoshop Elements.
    6. Reboot system and test Adobe TV.

  • When Viewing Adobe Connect Training, why are Audio/Video out of synch

    I am a new Captivate 5.5 user and I have been using the Adobe Connect Training material to come up to speed on the product. However, I have noticed that when viewing presentations in Connect, over time, the audio and video eventually are completely out of synch. What is being discussed (in the audio) has nothing to do with what is being shown on the screen. This happens on all Connect Training videos.  I have a high-speed Internet connection and I never have problems with streaming content from other sources such as YouTube, etc.  What am I doing wrong?

    Dang, though it was worth a shot.
    Now, one user here, Jim Simon, uses similar, and has worked out a percentage that he adjusts the remote mic's material to fit with his camera. Cannot recall exactly now, but it seems that he alters the Audio by a factor of about 104%. My memory is cloudy on the exact figure, and Jim seems to be on extended holiday. Not sure now, if he uses the Rate Stretch, or runs his mic's audio through Audition. Sorry that the memory is so fuzzy now.

  • Adobe Connect training video for the Learner and their engagement in virtual sessions

    I am looking for a short Adobe Connect video on the Learners' role in virtual collaboration, communication and their engagement in virtual sessions: their use of the tools, expectations, etc.  A training video for the virtual learner.

    I am currently having the same issue, the only difference is that I am publishing Captivate projects into Connect courses/curriculums.  The Captivate (v5) projects are basically a demo and I want the attendee to receive credit for viewing the demo after the demo window closes (the setting at the end of last slide).  I have tried to enable/disabe the Quiz reporting along with other settings with no luck.  After the demo closes I receive a pause icon and I want a green check mark.  Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thank you.

    I have just installed my dreamweaver disc and when I go to look at training videos they will not play.  I have rececieve a msg which states my computer is not connected to the internet, however I can look at internet sites elsewise.  Is there a setting in dreamweaver that I need to change?

    Why do you need Dreamweaver to watch videos?  The easiest way is to go to this link and watch anything you want:

    It reminds me of "Inspiration Browser" that was supposed to work with PSE10 and 11 but never did so now it is abandoned completely.

    Adobe Flash Player is not required to play purchased videos in iTunes or on an iOS device.  For information regarding Flash Player on an iOS device see this article: Thoughts on Flash.  The articles I have attached below cover basic questions regarding videos with iTunes and your iPad.
