Cant View Part of My Banks Bill Payer Section

This began about a month ago. I was on my banks website and went to the Bill Payer tab. The page has 2 sections. The first, which is on the left side, lists each of my credit cards and any editing I may want to do to delete etc. That list is fine and displays properly.
The Pending Payment list is on the right side of the page in a box. This list enables me to go in and change the monthly payment amount and due date. That list is only partially viewable. The entire list has shifted to the right and it is impossible to see/change amounts etc, Below that list is a list called "Past Payment" which is fine.
I called my banks tech support. No changes have been made that would throw only part of the display off. They tried the usual...they asked if I was able to grab part of the box and pull it back to the left etc. No luck. They asked what browser Ii was on and I said Firefox. They suggested I try IE (which I still haev installed). I did and the display was perfect. They believe the problem lies in Firefox and they just couldnt figure out what it might be. Can anyone help?

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site, use either:
* right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
* Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
In the dialog that opens you can remove the site's cookies individually.
Then try reloading the page and logging in again. Does that help?

  • Issues with new bill payer taking over from old bi...

    Hello, 
    The old bill payer has moved out of my shared flat and I have taken over as bill payer. Two weeks ago I rang BT and signed up for a new contract. Last week I rang again to say that I was leaving BT and spoke to the 'retentions team' who negocitated a cheaper contract for me. So, I signed up for new a 12 month contract with BT. 
    I would like to know what information is connected to our account because the OLD bill payer has recieved confirmation emails (which should have been sent to me). He has cancelled the old direct debit and now the NEW contract is being threateneed to be cut off. The NEW contract still has the old bill payers name and should have my name instead. I have not been sent any confirmation letters with any account numbers or details of my bill breakdown and I have not been sent any forms to set up a new direct debit. 
    The people at the call centres do not understand my problem. They have corrected the account to have my contact email address but addressing me as the old bill payer. I am completely confused and would like to know what is going on!

    I understand that a new bill payer has to take out a new account (I googled the problem). I explained to the people in the call center what was going on and said that I needed to take out a new contract. It appears that ithe people in the call centre have made a huge mistake and I dont know what to do about it
    No security questions were asked, my housemate has not rang them once (and I am female and he is male!), I dont know the account number so theyre doing it all from the phone number. I could have been anyone. 
    I think I am still within the 14 day cooling off period from when I phoned customer retentions, so Im highly tempted to call them back and change providers completely because this is a nightmare!
    I also cant believe that a proceedure for this isnt in place (close old account, start new account) - there are so many shared houses in London!

    I've changed the bill payer to myself but it stills says on emails that I sent that its from my mother.

    In order for the "From" field to show you options on the "from" addresses available, you must set them up in the Preferences > Accounts first.
    I can't show you a screen shot of the from field because I currently only have one account, so the from address used is the default. However, when I had more than one, then options will show up in your compose/reply window.

    There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
    - What version of iPhoto.
    - What version of the Operating System.
    - Details. Describe the problem as fully as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
    - History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
    - What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
    - Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?

    Phonebooth is in your home folder under pictures with Iphoto and Ichat. Deleting pigtures from phonebooth should not remove any from Iphoto library. Something else had to happen.

    Yes, as long you have an open item on the customer account that needs paying.
    In F110 you see vendor_and_customer in the parameter screen.

  • I cant view my site in safari... hmmmmm

    i forwarded my own domain to mask the url for my mac.web.com.yadda yadda yadda.
    i forwarded the frame to web.mac.com/myusername
    it took hours and it is finally working though my domain co said they didnt think it would. anyways.. it loads great on firefox but i cant view it on safari.
    i type in the web address and the screen is blank. if i click on the screen my site appears. and the same for each page.. you click and it goes blank. and then you click on the blank screen and up pops the site.
    and it doesnt work in internet explorer. images have x's and just aren't there.
    i have emptied the cache, quite safari. checked the url forwarding.. it seems odd that it works in firefox but not safari.
    any help?

    bought domain with 1and1 and can't transfer to godaddy for a month. 1and1 says they can't frame redidrect with a backslash. it's odd it works on firefox. you need to click a blank page in safari and in ie for mac the words at the bottom om the home page come in broken, as do images throughout.
    i am on phone with apple and the guy saw the page then it disappeared. he had me reset my safari which made me lose my igoogle home page preferences and didn't resolve the problem.
    then he said it looks like you can't do what you are looking to do. I said yes you can. In fact Apple tells people they can do this when they are selling the software. He is researching it.

    What version of the OS and of iPhoto '08? What has changed since it worked? where is your iPhoto library located? If on an external disk what format is it (hint it must be Mac OS extended (journaled)  ). Have you "cleaned up your Mac using any software - like CleanMyMac2 or MacKeeper or others (Hint - do not run clean up software - it is not needed and often causes major problems)
    If you have not cleaned up your Mac backup your iPhoto library and launch iPhoto while holding down the option and command keys until the first aid window appears - repair permissions and if needed repeat and rebuild your database

    If you want to remove them all, connect your iPad to your computer via iTunes.  Once your iPad is recognized on the left side, click on the device once to open it in iTunes.  Click on Photos and uncheck Sycn All Photos and click apply and they will be removed.

    To share your photos on a Windows PC (or any operating system) select them and export (file menu ==> export)  to a destop folder - see this user tip for export optipons - and then in the finder right click on that folder and burn to disk
