Cant watch music videos and they are downloaded on my ipod
for some reason i have the cover of the music video and the movies too but i cant play them only sound comes out...please help

On your iPod go to "Videos / Video Settings".
Then select "TV Out" and either set it to "off" or "ask".
Also, make sure you are accessing the video through the videos menu. If you have a video mixed in an audio playlist and you access it through that, you also won't be able to see the video.

A better solution is if your email provider uses IMAP. IMAP sync email folders between multiple devices. Meaning any device will receive the email, all sent email can be seen on the devices. If you delete email from one device the email is deleted from all the other devices. Check with your email provider to see if they offer IMAP services.
If they do not your choices are to 1) configure email on the PC to keep Mail on the mail server or 2) change email providers to something like Gmail or Outlook.com (as examples). FWIW I use Cox IMAP email and fully sync email between a Win 8.1 Update 1 laptop, a Win 7 desktop, an iPad 4, an iPhone 4 and an iPhone 5S. -
Syncing music/videos/apps that are already on my ipod touch
Whenever I sync my ipod with iTunes on my mac, any songs, videos, or apps that are different in any way whatsoever or automatically resynced to my ipod. This is fine for apps, as the only way this would happen is if there is in app update. However, for songs and videos, when the only change is the number of plays (the song has been played on my mac or my ipod since the last sync), iTunes copies all of those songs and videos again, even though they are already on the ipod. Perhaps it's not really copying, but rather syncing the number of plays, but it takes just as long. And after all that is finally done, it syncs the genius data for all 5000+ songs on my ipod. This is another 20-30 minute process. The genius playlists are nice and all, but they're not that nice. This has been bothering my for some time. Is there something wrong here, or is there a way to turn off this functionality? I know you can turn off the genius option.
My ipod touch is a 3rd gen and I'm syncing via USB 2.0, not wifi.

In Finder, cant open some files and they are "ghosted"
Hi, searching for an excel file I pulled up lots of files but the ones I wanted were ghosted (lighter colour than the ones I could open)....as if they were there but different, the ones I could open were highlighted or coloured properly...If its seeing files on my mac why cant I open? Its seems these files may have been attachments in emails, but I still want to see and click open from finder...any ideas?

How do I delete videos before they are downloaded?
I purchased a season of a tv show and it came with a behind the scenes with each episode but it takes up too much data and memory so I don't want to download them. The problem is I can't seem to be able to delete them from "downloads" section of my iTunes. I did do it once before so I know it can be done but for the life of me I can't do it again. Can anyone help?

Apple tv just gets to be more and more of a let down the more you play with it!Music Videos are found under music / music videos. They are not movies or tv shows.
You could select the video, do a get info, and change the media kind to movie under options.
Music Videos can still be part of a playlist but that playlist will be found under Music.

Nope, no fix coming because it isn't broken. Works that way by design. What version of iOS are you running on the iPhone? Music videos were moved to the Video app some time ago, even for iPhone. -
I was trying to watch a video from my e-mail and I couldn't so a link come up letting me know that i need to download a new program call divix after this I still cant watch my videos and when I try to watch a mac video sample from the Internet a have not image, can anybody help me
Maybe the video is in Flash format. Apple IOS devices do not support Flash.
Check using your computer browser.

I have 100's of CDs that I have downloaded to my itunes library and they are in the library playable but they do not show up in the C drive under the iTunes Music folder under users. Why are they in the libary and not in the itunes music folder. Win 7 OS. When I look in the library under the get info screen it says they are in the folder itunes music, under the c: drive but when I actually go to that folder to look for them they are not there....HELP!

I have an iPod nano 6th generation and I downloaded 3 music videos but they won't play on my iPod. They only play on my laptop/iTunes. How can I get it to work? I know that my iPod should take music videos because there is a pre-made playlist called "Music videos". Can anyone help me please????

installed adobe flash 13 and i cant watch any videos i uninstalled it installed it and the f-ing adobe pagesays its missing a plug in and im looking at the plugins and lo and behold its plugged in and i downloaded mavericks about a week ago the funny thing the game i play on a igg website works just fine but when i want to watch a video it plays 18 secs and quits

1. Verify that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack, including headsets, headphones, or adapters.
2. Make sure the Ring/Silent switch is not switched to silent.
3. While on the Home screen, adjust the volume buttons. If you see the icon below, indicating that headphones are attached, there may be debris or an object lodged in the headset jack:
4. Check the headset jack. If there is an object lodged in the headset jack that is not easily removed, have the iPhone serviced to remove object.
5. For Original iPhone: If there is light debris, such as lint, in the headset jack, try connecting a pair of headphones to the headset jack and then remove the headphones. Repeat this several times to remove the debris.
6. If you have installed a protective film on the display, either ensure that the receiver is not covered or remove the film completely.

I have been having problems when watching video clips from news but mainly when I check the video highlights on mlb.com. The video is slower than the audio. It freezes up at times or drags.I have checked all my plug ins on firefox and they are up to date. I checked my PC for errors and cleaned it. But still having problems.
You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
*disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
*disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
*disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

IOS 8 photo edit loses location information
I noticed that whenever I edit a photo with the built-in photo editor, the location information of the edited photo is gone. It also happens when a filter is selected on the camera before the photo is shot. For me this means that the photo editing ca
