Hi Colleagues,
Please, is there any feedback on CRM 2007 using IE 8, or using IE9.
I uploaded images but I can´t see it in the mail form, using both version.
Please do you know if I need to install any SP or if I have to apply a SAP Note

Hello Annabelle Guittard,
If you have text in the mail form and that text is not W3C compliant then in this case you cannot upload the images
because of syntax error in your html coding.
So my suggestion is - if you have text in your mailform then make the html coding of that text W3C compliant and then
try to upload the image.

Is it possible to see what iDVD did?

I don't know any way you can interrogate iDVD to reveal settings to the extent that you can in a Compressor project. What you could do is open up the show's VOB in MPEG STreamclip, go to File and Reveal Stream Information; that will at least give you some rudimentary info like average bit rate. Perhaps someone, with more iDVD experience, can chime in here.
The broader question is why use Compressor at all if your current workflow is doing the job to your satisfaction?
The value of Compressor is that it gives you control over the many parameters that affect size quality. and playability. The Compressor presets can give you a starting point for DVD delivery, Web, etc. From those presets, people typically experiment by adjusting the parameters until they get the desired results for their specific show. It's a little bit science and a little bit art. After experimenting, you may be able to get slightly better quality for the project you've successfully burned in iDVD by using Compressor and something likeToast…or maybe not.

How can I type using the Apple Symbol font? I want to use that font to include keyboard and cursor selections of actual screen symbols to help write easily understood explicit computer lesson emails to my 92 year-old mom from a few hundred miles away.

I am unable to see the mail content in my iPad since few days.

Hello , for few days I cann't see the mail content. There is only blank page that comes. Sender name comes in inbox only. Please help.

Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

Creating Mail form is multi stage. Have you created any survey.
I believe its for CRM 7.0. Broad steps are
1.Enter the CRM WebClient UI
2.SAP CRM WebClient menu Marketing >> Create: Mail Form
Mail Form for E-Mail
1.On the Mail Form: New screen enter the following values:
Field name     User action and values
ID     Y_TRADE_SHOW_INVITATION
Description     Trade Show Invitation
Language     Original:English
Usage     Internet Mail (HTML)
Attribute Context     ERMS
Subject     Trade Show Invitation
2.In the Text Element screen area you can freely define the content of your e-mail in the text element.
3.Choose New Text Element, enter the following data for the e-mail form text block and choose Create:
Field name     User action and values
Text Element ID FORM_LETTER
Description Invitation
Format HTML
4.Enter a text for the new text element FORM_LETTER and design it according to your needs.
If you want to upload a pre-defined text from an external source, choose Load Local File.
5.In order to insert the generated survey URL into the text, choose Hyperlink.
6.In the Insert Hyperlink web page dialog enter the following values and choose Insert:
Field name User action and values
URL <surveyURL>
Description     Information Survey
URL Category
Tracking Option Via Target Site
7.Save your new mail form.

Changing current display to a canvas subclass... still see the last form

Hello,
I'm sure most people can answer this in 10 seconds. I am changing the current display from a form to a canvas subclass in a midlet app. I keep seeing the last form displayed even though i assigned the initialized canvas subclass as the current display. Do I need to do something else to make the canvas visible? I pulled this source code right out of a game programming book.
TestCanvas canvas = new TestCanvas();
//game is a reference to the midlet
game.getDisplay().setCurrent(canvas);
I had the paint method in the canvas paint the back ground black, but I still see the form's image no matter what I do. Anyone know what I am doing wrong here? ... Thanks, Paul

It might be caused by storage "buffering". If so, the space will adjust automatically when another iCloud feature uses the space previously allocated to your deleted email. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4873.

Try a system reset. It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until the screen blacks out or you see the Apple logo. Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears. You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.

I can't see the Greek characters using ADOBE reader

Dear colleagues,
Your help will be appreciated for the following problem:
I have a tool which converts IBM I (AS400) spool file to PDF.
The file has been copied to Windows environment.
On generated PDF I can’t see the Greek characters using ADOBE reader v10.1.4.
If I use Notepad to display the file, I can see the Greek characters.
It seems that following PDF keywords are not recognized form PDF reader.
/BaseFont /Courier
/Encoding /WinAnsiEncoding
I have tried to use various fonts and encoding (cp1253, ISO8859-7) with no luck.
On PDF reader folder there is the following file:C:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 10.0\Resource\TypeSupport\Unicode\Mappings\win\CP1253.TXT
I believe somehow to tell PDF reader to use this encoding.
What actions required on our Win/PDF environment setup?

Too many assumptions! It is much, much more complicated than your attempted solutions. The PDF Reference shows the contents of WinAnsiEncoding; this is as for your first example. I feel you probably need to spend very much more time reading this book.
In the second example you are using a different code page (or other encoding method) to view the data. This is not going to help you because WinAnsiEncoding is fixed in all environments and does not use the code page.
To use greek characters you will need the PDF to
- use fonts which contain greek characters (the built in Courier PostScript font probably does not)
- use an Encoding which references the greek characters. There are no built-in encodings that do this
You cannot make simple cosmetic changes to this file to do this. The style of simplified font with no FontDescriptor can be used only for the built-in 14 fonts, which cannot be used with a greek encoding.
Commonly, a combination of the greek letters in the Symbol font and the Latin letters in another font are used by constant font switching. This is of course only a solution for Greek, not other non-Latin alphabets.

Can we see the actual Tables using Record History through forms

By using record history in Oracle Financials it shows only the associated view can we see the actual table using that record histoy
