Capital PO error

Hi,
While check GR for Capital PO the following error is showing:
No inspection lot could be created for item 0001
Message no. QA186
Diagnosis
The inspection lot processing data is inconsistent. An inspection lot can therefore not be created.
Procedure
To find the inconsistency, call up the function for creating an inspection lot and proceed from screen to screen.
The error messages displayed there will provide additional information why an inspection lot cannot automatically be created.
Note
You do not need to save the manually created lot.

Please check the inspection source available for Material & Vendor.
The Q-Info Record is used to trigger a source inspection lot for a material/vendor and plant. Under the tab key Inspection Control in Q-Info Record, you would find vendor source Inspection and under that select the inspection type desired for source inspection (say 01,0101) and give the lead time required to perform the inspection in days (say 10 days).
If you do not want to trigger an inspection lot @ GR for a source Inspection lot then check the box (Source Insp. No Gr).
Ensure that the inspection type selected @ source inspection is activated in the Material Master Record for the chosen material in the Quality Management View.
To trigger the lot manually you need to have some open purchase orders for the material/plant/vendor. Go to transaction QI07 and give the material code, vendor, plant and opening period.
When you execute the transaction you would find open purchase orders for the given input data. Select the Purchase Order you wish to perform Source Iinspection and choose Create Inspection Lot.
This would trigger the lot and then it is QE01 & QA11

I tried to Connect to Source dimension its showing Connection Failed

For unknown reason, why would I be getting many new re-directs to Ads via FiuneDeaalSuoft which seem to come through Microsoft Windows webpages?

A program from FiuneDeaalSuoft somehow appeared in my Firefox Add-0ns as of 2 days ago (08212014) according to Control Panel-Programs. I don't recognize it, but possibly I mistakenly clicked on an acceptance interface without realizing it. The ad re-directs which it caused were onerous and invasive. The re-directs first started appearing when I received a message advising me to update some other programs. I have a list of most of them. It seemed to start I went onto a Windows web page, for Windows Live Movie Maker,

which had 3 block ads at the top from FiuneDeaalSuoft. The links for those three ads were:

I removed the FiuneDeaalSuoft program from Add-ons, but I still seem to be getting some pop-ups and re-directs. Looking in Control Panel, I see that the program name is slightly different: FuineDealSOfti from FineDealSofT. This program was extremely aggressive and persistent. In Control Panel, I see other programs which I am also concerned about. IDT Audio from IDT has been on my computer a while, but I can't remember much about it. Pinger from Pinger, Inc. shows that it was installed in Dec. 2013 before I bought the computer. WidgetServ 1.0 from Softomate, LLC. is through Firefox. WinSpeed from 24soft installed in April 2014 is another program which I don't know much about. Can anyone offer further analysis and review or comment of any of these programs, please, with advice as to whether you have found them useful or problematic?
The software from FiuneDeaalSuoft will be uninstalled from Control Panel since I am convinced that it is very invasive and a lot of trouble. An Install Manager from dwnllistsoft.com was part of the pathway. It wanted to re-direct to < http://uhi.inureknittingrectrix.com >, which had code sections referring to < plh.tractionize.com >; < WhiteLabelBidRequestHandlerServlet >; < www.srv2trking.com >; < LTSanitizer.aspx >; and < www.ascentive.com >.
The original message seemed to be one which advised that "Video Update Recommended".
Another had the Firefox logo and advised that "You are currently browsing the web with Firefox and your Video Player might be outdated". The webpage address was:

Do you mean the App Store app on your iPad ? If you do then it can't be deleted, but you might have hidden it via Settings > General > Restrictions > Installing Apps 'off' - if that is 'off' then turn it back 'on' and the app should show on one of your iPad's home screens again

There might be acct determination missing for your acc modifier VKA or some problem with your G/L account no i.e.cost object not linked as it is a consumption account.

PM06 capital order release error

HI Guys,
I have created the PM06 capital order for the functional location and when I try to release the order I'm getting error message like this
"You cannot use asset class 4001 for capital-investment measures
Message no. AY106"
Diagnosis
You have selected the asset class 4001 for automatically creating an asset under construction for a capital investment measure. Asset class 4001 cannot be used for this function.
Procedure
Choose an asset class that is marked for capital investment measures, or set the appropriate indicator in the master record for the asset class.
I coudn't understand exactly what it is for but I didnt tied up the asset number in functional location, also choosen the cost center which is created for settling cost for capital investment order. Whether I need to settle only to WBS element as this is capital project but I dont think so, your comments please.
In config: I have define the scheduling parameters and also did teh config related to order type assignments
What need to to be done for executing the capital project and settling the cost. Please could you please throw light on this. Thanks in advance.

Choose Proper Asset Class Instead of 4001, Check which asset reference you have configured.
In IMG SPRO - Maintenance and Service order - Order types and investment management - Define Assignment of AuC classes per Source Assignment
Select the Inv. Meas ast class " XXXX "
Choose the same Class " XXXX " while creating Asset master from order screen (Change 4001 to XXXX)

Error in J2I8 -Transfer of capital goods credit

Purchase date error while Adding Existing Assets in Capital Planning

In form 03 (for managing existing assets), i right click on the form to add existing assets. it opens a window in which info about existing asset is feeded. And when i press the botton to validate the form, it gives me following error.

When I posted Goods Receipt, I beleive the accounting entries are expected to be as follows:
Dr BED 16
Dr AED   8
Dr SED   4
Cr CENVAT Clg 14-
Cr CENVAT On Hold 14-
But the Part II entries are like as following after posting the GR:
Dr BED 8+
Dr AED   4+
Dr SED   2+
Cr CENVAT Clg 24-
Dr CENVAT On Hold 10 +

for capital goods u can't claim the whole excise that u have paid, it will be only 50% u can claim for the first year..

Error while doing ABGL Asset Credit Memo

Hi Friends,
I am getting the below error while doing Asset Credit Memo in ABGL. Please help me in fix this issue.
Balance for transaction type group 10 negative for the area 01
Note:In Asset Explorer Fiscal year start Asset value is 98,425.45 and Change is 4768.19. So total Asset value as of now is 1,03,193.64.
Now we are trying to do ABGL with 12,790.23 value (Transaction type is 105). System is giving the above highlighted error.
If we give the amount 4768.19 in ABGL transaction, system is not giving any error. If we give more that that system is giving error.
Why system is giving error even the asset has balance of 1,03,193.64? Please help me on this..

Hi,
If the asset has been capitalized during earlier years, use ABGF to post credit memo. ABGL is meant for assets capitalized during the year.

RFC connection error between BW 3.5 and ECC 6.0

Hi gurus,
We've defined an RFC destination between BW 3.5 and ECC 6.0. Connection test (SM59) is ok, but authorization one fails and ALEREMOTE users block. These users on both systems have good profiles. We look ST22 and find a runtime error on CALL_FUNCTION_REMOTE_ERROR. We've cleaned source system on BW and RFC destination and we've created one more time, but error doesn't disappear. We've looked OSS but don't find anything.
Any idea? Is there any other place (users, RFC) where we have to change user password on system?

Solved!
This is because of the incompatibility of password handling between
640 and 700 systems.
We have to use a maximum 8 character long password with only capital letters (numbers are also allowed) for the user "ALEREMOTE".
1. Change the password for the user in SAP R/3.
2. Maintain the password in SAP BW for the RFC destination (transaction SM59 - Logon/Security tab)
3. Authorization test is now successful.
(SM59 - Test - Authorization).
