Captivate prompts constantly for sign in required

I haven't been able to resolve this problem. When I launch Captivate 7 (which I have a valid license key) It continuously asks me to sign in. I sign in and it does it again the next time. I try to register my product with my valid license key but it tells me it's not a valid key. Anyone can help me? This is so annoying!

Did this just start over the last day or two?
If so, I'm aware that Adobe had some issues with their sign in servers. Might be related to that.

    Jusat the other day i started getting prompted for Security Information required when trying to download apps. on my Ipodtouvh 4Gen.  Typically when I download an app. I get asked for my apple ID and then it will allow the download.  This new prompt pops up after it looks like the app is downloading.  It gives me the option to cancel which will not allow the download or I have to select Security information.  It then brings me to a screen where it asked for three questions but as I put the questions and answers in it bumps me back to the screen of the app I was trying to doenload.  Any clues???

    this has recently been happening to other people. We think that it is a fault at apples end of the line. However in the cases i have seen the problem fixes itself and it goes back to normal after a day or 2 you just have to wait!

    Do you have enough funds in your bank account?
    otherwise iTunes sometimes black lists card if there are too many fradulent purchases
    Reason why they might black list a card is possibly you call in for alot of fradulent purchases
    One more reason can be because iTunes does actually limit the amount you can change payment methods
    Call AppleCare Phone support and have your call directed to iTunes Store

    How do I resolve this I have reinstalled iTunes but it still doesn't recognise my ipod

    I reinstalled Itunes a couple of times.  I unistalled all programs that I never use, I updated all of my drivers, Windows swept my computer and found no problems.  I have a yellow causion lite when I look at the USB-port with the phone connected.  All other devices work without a problem.

    I understand that you are receiving repeated prompts to sign in with your account when you open iTunes on your Windows computer. It sounds like to me, because you mention Automatic Downloads, that you are being prompted to authorize your account. If this is the case, I would recommend working through all of the troubleshooting, in order, in the attached article to resolve this issue.

    Refusal of a card is based on information provided matching what is on file from your credit card provider. If it is refused, it generally means something is not matching. That can inclue the name, the address or other information. It has to be exact to match. If you check your credit card bill to make sure you are spelling the name correctly, the address is listed correctly, and yes, ST is different than Street, and it still does not work, contact iTunes support. http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

    Hi All,
    I have implemented Auto Renewable App purchasases in my application, everything is working fine.
    We are testing the app throughly and for each and every condition possible(network down,hundreads of sandbox users  etc).
    While testing the things many times we are stopping the transaction in beteween but after some time we were restoring the same transaction and it works after that.So far so good.
    Now on many ipads we are getting the message popup saying "sign in required Tap Continue and sign in to check for downloads".
    I dont know what this means because i have already purchased the product in sandbox and evrything works great but many times this poup is irritating us so please lt us know the solution for same.
    Please let me know how to get rid of this error asap.Because of this error only Our QA's are not releasing the app.
    Please help me out to solve this asap.

  • Creative Cloud applications prompting for sign in

    Hi there all,
    I work at a Secondary College, we have deployed Adobe CC using the Creative Cloud Packager. We have some machines at the moment that are prompting for sign in, advising the trial period has expired.
    Not sure why this is happening to some machines and not to all.
    Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated.

    On trying to access the ITunes store or ITunes in general, I keep getting a pop-up window stating "sign-in required, click continue and sign in to check for downloads". Itunes then doesn't recognise the sign in attempt and the pop-up appears again. Has anyone seen this and have any thoughts or advice?

    Whenever I play or browse the over the internet with my iPod touch 4th gen, theres a pop up saying "sign in required" then I gave my apple i.d and password. It keeps on popping up but I didnt download any apps. Pls help it really *****.and. Oh after I gave my i.d and password sometimes the game crashes or it willl load again

    Try:
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

    - Reset all settings

  • CS6 Sign in Required

    I work at a college with a bazillion corporate licenses for cs6 and we are getting this stupid sign in required adobe ID message when we launch cs6 apps. The first machine i installed it on does not give the error but all the subsequent ones have either stopped working or are saying they will stop working. How do we make this go away? We do not have or want any adobe id or login or password tied to our systems. we have a strict policy of no internet access on our systems so they can not get viruses on our network. We do not want users to have any access to any l/p needed to run the software or have access any serial numbers as the prompt window suggests.
    We need our software to just run when we click the icon like every other version has throughout the years. what is the workaround for this?

  • Photoshop Elements 13 / CD Installation /  Sign In Required

    I purchased Photoshop Elements 13 and to date I have spent an extensive amount of time trying to launch the software on a brand new Windows 7 64 bit computer.  My chat case number is 186410119.  The chat tech unsuccessfully tried to Adobe Connect to his machine.  The Internet Options settings are correct in IE.  The firewall was turned off and the A/V software was uninstalled.  It ended up that the tech had me activate the Administrator profile.  The software does launch in the Admin profile, but that is of no use to me, since the software will still not launch in my father's profile, which is, of course, an admin account. 
    Every time I start the software I get the "Sign-In Required" prompt.  I click the sign in button and then the wheel spins for a while and then get the message that the computer is not connected to the internet.
    I don't want to spend any more time with a chat tech.  I would much prefer that an experienced tech address this issue via the forum.
