Capturing and switching between 2 different projects

Everytime I capture, it only allows me to capture to project bin that is on the top. If I have other projects up, how do I change the information to capture to another project? The current solution that I know about is shutting down the top project, than restarting the software. Is there an easier way to capture to different projects?

bring the project you want to capture to, to the front. create a bin if you haven't already (CommandB). select the bin and from the file menu "Set logging bin". your footage will now go into the capture scratch folder for that project. to switch projects repeat as necessary

You'll need to use JavaScript to alter the action url on the form element to achieve that, but it's going to be complex and I'm not too positive on the resulting stability in a 11g environment that often need to send XHR to the server. What's your exact use case? It looks like a bad design to me. Normal external call would be using URL parameters, which is consistent to RESTful strategies. What you want to do is a POST to an external application from another which is quite horrible imho, how will you handle session management? Piping the response from the server could be another option.

How to create and switch between two different Mail accounts.

Dear Apple,
My wife and I share the same computer and the same single user account.
Sharing contacts, calendar, music and pictures in fine, but we would like two separate Mail accounts.
Is there a way to setup two Mail accounts with two separate mailboxes and switch between them manually?

Ok, I'm confused. If you have 2 accounts set up -- for example, "[email protected]" and "[email protected]" -- then you go to the "Accounts" tab on Mail->Preferences, and set them up, giving each one a name which distinguishes it from the other. Maybe "AOL" and "gmail" or "foo" and "bar" or your first names, whatever.
Then, if you select the line that says "Inbox" you will see mail from both accounts interleaved together. If you fold down the triangle thingy next to the word "Inbox" then two lines will appear, one for each account. If you click on one of those lines then your display will only show the mail from that mailbox.

That apart, yes, switching might involve rebooting. About the voices, well, I was the other day adding voice to a commentary in a video I was working on. There's only American English accent in SL — Lion I believe has British ones as well.

Script to random switch between different waveforms

Hello.
How correctly to write the script for switch between different waveforms during generation?
For example:
We are using the niFgen Allocate Named Waveform VI for allocate three Waveforms. When you run Generator, working first Waveforms. Next, the Generator is switched and used in the following only second and third Waveforms.
Or, we configured 10 Waveforms, and in the process of generating to switch not cyclically between all, but only between 2 and 5 Waveforms.
Whether it is possible to realize?

Possible that the its scripts and came to use (though I now doubt), but with instruction the if/else/end ifmust be preceded by a generate or wait <N> instruction.
In this case, if we add generate or wait <N> instructions to this script to get Abra-Cadabra some kind.
Clarify, what is necessary:
When starting is not pressed any triggers that generate a waveform0 continuously.
Further, if we passed to the niFgen Send Software Edge Trigger VI - single the triggerX, begin to generate a waveformX continuously.
These scripts do not provide the necessary algorithms:
May be I do not fully understand the scripts work.
How to ensure continuous generation waveformX by a single sent of the triggerX?

I am planning to build a Bilingual program…….am just doing trial and errors in changing all captions and run-time menu s programmatically with a single button click……….Here my logic is working fine for all captions and graphs also…………..but I could not change the run-time menu……….i am unable to switch between different run-time menus……………
Here I am sending the program am working on………..please have a look on this, and suggest me something………….hope my problem get resolved.

Hi Anil,
I'm guessing you're using 7.1? When I first ran your program in 8.0, it worked perfectly and switched back and forth perfectly. However, I tried it in 7.1 and saw some bad behavior. The customer run time menu was not updated in the menu bar. It looks to me like the run time menu is changing, but the front panel is not updating. After pressing one of your front panel buttons to change the run-time menu back and forth, if you click on the file menu it should update, although this can lead to some funny looking menus since "affiche" is longer than "file" and you can still see the remnants of the old menu. Try this and let me know if this is indeed the behavior you are seeing (check out the attached pic). I thinkt hat R&D already had a report on this, and that is why it is fixed in 8.0.

Yes it is possible to set up multiple accounts but you cannot switch between them in the mail app. What you can do in settings/mail etc is have one set as active an dthe other as inactive and you can change that from time to time if you want

To give other users read-only access to your iTunes library, use the Sharing features of iTunes. Sharing works over the local network as well as on the same computer. See the built-in help for details.
To give others selective access to your iPhoto library, you have the option of using iCloud Photo Sharing, if the privacy implications don't bother you. The images will be stored temporarily on Apple servers.

I'm using different projects as modules for a main
application. I'm trying to use a custom class to share data between
the modules. I've been unable to share the custom data's variables.
Can this be done?

You need to read up on ApplicationDomains. When your
main/first SWF has been loaded by the Flash Player it is put into
an ApplicationDomain - this is the parent domain. When a Module is
loaded it is put into a child domain.
If your main SWF has a Button defined, and your Module also
has a Button defined, the Module's Button definition is ignored -
the first class definition loaded wins.
The parent domain cannot see into the child domain. Any data
residing in the Module is not available to the parent and to any
siblings because they too are loaded into separate domains.
Suppose Module wants to use an HBox and the HBox class was
not loaded by the main SWF. Now another Module is loaded, it too
wants to use HBox. Since the HBox class was loaded by the first
Module it will not be loaded by the second Module. However, the
second Module won't be able to use the HBox because it resides in a
different domain. If the main SWF had loaded the HBox, both
children can use it - the Flash Player first searches for a class
in the current ApplicationDomain, and if it is not there, goes to
the parent domain.
The same is true for data - the parent domain should load the
data so it can be shared by all of the child domains/Modules.
You can load Modules into the same domain as the parent, but
you'll have to read the documentation for that. This has a couple
of drawbacks because data loaded by a Module will clobber data
loaded by the main SWF, but it can work if you are careful.

Unfortunately you can only choose your Library at startup. So the only way to switch Libraries is to close iTunes ...

Boot camp and switching between OS's

I haven't made a partition from Boot camp yet but am planning to for vista for certain apps which don't have a mac version. My question is that I was under the impression, from I think the WWDC Keynote, that the new boot camp would allow the user to switch between Windows and Mac OS X without restarting the computer, but through putting one side to sleep and then waking or booting up the other (it wouldn't allow them to run simultaneously but at least you wouldn't have to restart every time). As far as I can tell no one is able to do this yet. Are they still going to add this feature in to boot camp or Leopard? Or is it already there and I don't know where to look? Or am I just going bonkers and imagining things?

I'm well aware that boot camp won't run two OS's simultaniously. But I was under the impression from a Keynote before it was released that the new bootcamp would allow you to switch between the two OS's _without restarting_. There are differences between simultaneous usage and switching without restarting. And no VMWare and Parallels will not cut it for what I will be doing (boot camp is a far better choice for my use). Just to clarify I can live with restarting to get to one side or the other but I'm just asking if it were possible in boot camp to switch between without restarting yet, as I remember being mentioned before Leopard was released.
