if a signature is signed in the signature pad we have to capture that signature and store it in the database after that we also verify that signature present in database
I want to know which technology to use in java and a sample code for that one

Not in Acrobat unless your image is already in the PDF format.
This is a feature of forms created with LiveCycle Designer.

Regarding your first question about bookmarks, I think you discovered the answer in when you pressed the address bar. The second tab there has your bookmarks.
As for the keyboard, I'm not sure why your Firefox is reacting so slowly; mine seems to show keyboards even when I don't want them. If you have accumulated a lot of history, perhaps that's an issue?
Did you use any third party software to move your Firefox data from internal memory to the storage card?

  • Placing Electronically Captured Signature on Documents

I need to identify a solution that takes a document we create in SAP and apply an electronic signature from a signature pad, like that used when you use your charge card. Each document and signature will be different u2013 this is not a static signature or a digital signature. We do not want to print a hardcopy, have the customer sign it, and scan it back into the system for storage.
The ideal solution will be only one hardcopy signed document which would be given to the customer. We would have an electronically stored copy of the document (with signature) saved internal to the company. The solution would not involve any hardcopies stored by our company and no scanning of any hardcopies.
A hypothetical example would be to store a signed copy of a grocery store order.
u2022     A customer shops at the grocery store and then proceeds to check out.
u2022     The clerk then registers the order.
u2022     The customer signs the electronic signature pad and receives a copy of their order with their signature.
u2022     The system u201Cplacesu201D the electronically captured signature on the appropriate location on the order and stores the signed order for later reference. This is all on one image u2013 the order with the signature.
Is anyone familiar with this kind of functionality working in SAP?

    Hi Robert,
I'm not sure about any such feature in SAP, but, can suggest you some solution to achieve this.
If you can link the signature on the pad with automatic naming of the image file generated, (e.g. Bill No. + Date + Time Stamp) and store it in a central repository.
You can then pass this name via an RFC to SAP and call a SMARTFORM for bill storing.
The SMARTFORM can then read the image file from the central repository and print the dynamic image as required.
    Regards,
    Pranav.

  • Print Capture Signature in Smartforms

    Hi experts,
I would like to know if it is possible to print a captured signature from a mobile device into my smartforms.
The customer will sign through a device and the output for the invoice will be printed with the signature.
I believe another SAP module(SAP MAM) is used to capture  the signature but as an ABAPPER how can I retrieve the signature and include it in the printout of the invoice?
    Thanks!
    eric

    Hi,
Ask sap-mam people to call a workflow or a report porogram in which .
    1) if it is workflow run rrstxldmc and provide the captured sign file name and after that event is successful trigger and anotherr task that runs the script's driver program. Now the captured sign will be appered in your smartforms
Note: add the logo in the script(logo name is constant in the script)
    2) if it is report submit rxtxldmc with the file name captured by the sapmam and remaining all are same.
    Thanks,
    NN.

  • Signature Tool is not working with version 11.2.3

It appears that the signature pen does not work.  It even looks like it is not lit up.  This is just a test form created in Adobe Acrobat X Pro.  The signature does not work in other forms that worked with the prior version of Adobe reader for iOS.  All one needed to do was sign documents by pressing the signature pen or long pressing to sign.
The signature tool does work on a PDF document but the form above is a fillable/saveable form created with be Reader Extended PDF which allows data entry and saving.
Thank you in advance for any help on this.

After some further testing it appears that the signature function is not availible on forms with the Reader Extended version.  Just using normal form seems to work.

  • Document setting prevent placing a signature using Adobe Reader

Created a statis pdf witha  digital signature field in Adobe Livecycle designer, also tried in Acrobat PRO, saved as a PDF, when opening the file under Adobe Reader X or Adobe Reader 8 get sam eissue adobe reader will not allow the signature or document ot be changed, get a warning that saya "document setting prevent placing a signature using Adobe Reader"
Sorry I am new to Adobe, what does Reader want, I do not have this issue when I open the file under Acrobat PRO or Livecycle.
    Thanks

  • Signatures missing or not parsable in Java7u60

    Hello,
We're testing our Web Start-deployed application in advance of the upcoming Java 7u51 release.
We couldn't find an early access version for 51, so we're using Java 7u60 from https://jdk7.java.net/download.html
Our application uses a third-party library that embeds licensing information in a .licenses file that you have to deploy in the /META-INF directory of the third party .jar file.
If we install Java 7u60 and launch our application, we're presented with the following stack trace:

We're unable to launch our application, which launches fine in Java 7u45.
Prior to Java 7u60, when we signed this jar file, we could verify the signature.
If we switch to Java 7u60 and attempt to do that, we get the following:
    C:\Users\me\...\META>jarsigner  -verify -certs -verbose  thirdpartylibrary.jar

m = entry is listed in manifest
k = at least one certificate was found in keystore
i = at least one certificate was found in identity scope
jar is unsigned. (signatures missing or not parsable)
I'd really appreciate any thoughts anyone might have on this.  We're obviously pretty concerned that our users are going to experience some disruptions once they upgrade.
I'm not even sure how to raise this issue to Oracle.  The problem doesn't happen in a released version of Java, so I can't open a bug.  I can open a bug against Java 7u60, but I'm not sure what priority that would be given.  I can (and will) try to take it up with the third party, but I'm not sure whether they're even doing anything wrong.  I can't find any information about not being able to include files in the META-INF/ directory.  Any recommendations here would be greatly appreciated as well.
    Thanks,
    Jeff

Try adding a dummy file to the root folder and then sign it. Looks like java does not like META-INF as the only folder

  • Multiple Electronic Signatures using Signature PAD

    Hello Experts,
We have a requirement where we need to capture the electronic signature on thee PDF form at different time. This means I fill the PDF form get the 1st electronic signature using signature PAD and then saved the form. I open the same form and then take the 2nd signature. When we are taking the 2nd signature on the saved form it's making the form and signature invalid.
Please let me know if there's a restriction by Adobe PDF such that you can't accept the signature once it's signed and saved.
    Thanks, Ritesh

Yes, that's an e-signature. An option if you need to set up multiple e-signatures is to use stamps. They can be flattened individually, which converts them to regular page contents. The Acrobat help has more information on using stamps and you can use the following free JavaScript-based utility to flatten them after they're applied if you want: http://www.uvsar.com/projects/acrobat/flattener/

    Hi,

I gone through Database Feature Usage but could not find any entry related to JAVAVM, for rest of the components i was able to. Any hints on this.

We are in the process of cleaning up unnecessary components. As a part of this, first of all we are checking weather JAVAVM is being used or not?  How to confirm weather JAVAVM is being used or not?
Yes - if you have an Oracle database the JVM is being used.
There is NOTHING to 'clean up' as far as the internal JVM that is part of Oracle.
You can NOT modify it or upgrade it. And if you remove it Oracle will also remove your database.
    See the Database Installation Guide
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B28359_01/install.111/b32002/remove_oracle_sw.htm#CCHBABDE
In the Inventory screen, select the Oracle home and the products that you want to remove, then click Remove.
    Note:
If you choose to remove Oracle JVM, Oracle Universal Installer removes all installed products that depend on Oracle JVM, including Oracle Database 11g.

  • Query in Deleting the Signature using Acrobat 9.0

    Hello Folks,
We have used resetForm() method before removefield() in our coding
    Observed result:
Our application uses VC++,If the document has one Digital Signature using the fix(Mentioned below) we can able to delete the signature in the document  but when the  document has many number of Digital Signatures the fix is not working. It threws an exception
    ·        “NotAllowedSecurity: Security settings prevent access to this property or method”
    ·        The exception Id for the above exception is “0x80020009”
Note: The behavior is wrt to Acrobat 9.0, but the code is working fine for Acrobat 7.0 and 8.0 versions.
If we try the scenario in our application, on timestamp the document with Acrobat 9.0 and then signing the document with the same acrobat 9.0 and when deleting the signature using our application  again our fix is not working it throws the above exception.

    Regards,

    Hi Leo,
                 Thanks for your reply!!!.:-)
Both the signatures are done by me only.
The thing is the code works fine for one signature, but it throws an exception for documents having many signatures.
Can you guide me how to proceed further.
