Card details on debit card declined message. Used card many times before please help

I've made many purchases before on this card only all of a sudden istore and the app store are refusing it. Every time I try to download an app it says there is a billing problem with a previous purchase please update your information. Every time I do it says your payment method was declined please enter another payment method. But I've been using this payment method for over a month and half now, so whys it doing this now. Please help, I've tried changing my password, I've tried re entering all the information, but nothing's working. I can't even update my apps because of it.

If your card isn't being accepted, there is a reason it is being declined. Maybe you made a small typo with the address you entered, maybe an abbreviation is off, but something is causing your credit card company to deny the charge. These types of online vendors automatically send the details you entered to your bank's computer system, so even tiny differences like entering "St." instead of "St" are enough to cause problems. If that isn't the problem, you'll need to sort it out with your bank.
The message about your previous purchase means that iTunes was never able to receive payment for an order on your account. If your card keeps gettng declined, you might need to pay for that order with a different credit card or an iTunes gift card before you can buy anything else. You should probably email iTunes Store support to see if they can look over your account and locate the source of the problem is.

    I believe apple no longer accepts debit cards in some countries. Try a credit card instead.  Go to settings/iTunes and App Store tap on the ID then then tap on view apple ID and log in then tap on account info and have a look at the billing options available to you

    Unresponsive apps can be frustrating. After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps and helpful advice concerning app issues:
    OS X Mavericks: If an app freezes or quits unexpectedly
    There are several solutions to try.
    If the app is frozen, force quit the app. Press Option-Command (⌘)-Esc, select the app, then click Force Quit.When you force an app to quit, you may lose unsaved changes.
    If the app quit, reopen it by clicking Reopen in the dialog that appears.
    Restart your Mac.Methods for starting up your Mac
    Read the app’s documentation to check if it’s compatible with your version of OS X.
    Open another file in the app. There may be a problem with the original file.
    Check for updates to your software.Keep your Mac up to date

    Uninstall any app plug-ins or enhancements from other manufacturers.If you recently updated the app or OS X, a plug-in or enhancement you installed may no longer be compatible.

    If I try to sync --I  get the message that ipod can be synced w only one computer and if I sync with this library (which only shows new purchases from itunes)   it will replace everything that is currently on ipod

    Why can't the songs be transferred to the device?  Is it because they are not authorized?  Were these 25 tracks purchased/downloaded with the same account you have used to authorize the PC/new iTunes library?

I use my apple tv only to view photos on my tv from my macbook pro every few months - it has always been slightly unreliable and usually takes some fiddling to get working but today nothing is working!! The message on the tv screen from apple tv is that I need to turn on home sharing on my computer but it IS ON!!   • I can't use my face time. Please help!

    I have and an iPad mini and an iPod 4th generation. Both should be able to use FaceTime and I was using it till last 2 days. The interesting thing is that sometimes I'm still able to use it however if I finish my call I can't make it again. And if I do it just happens randomly. Both from iPod and iPad. I did all of the troubleshooting couple times but it doesn't help. I would really appreciate your help if you know what is going on with my FaceTime

    Have you tried deleting all previous versions of Adobe first?
    If not, do a search for it on your mac and then uninstall.  Then download the most recent Adobe and search for that, then launch it from the search window.
    I'm no expert, but I had the same problem and this worked for me.  It's on the Adobe help page, follow the link from where you're downloading it, there's a few good suggestions there.

    I got the same message.
    I bought an iPhone 5 at full retail price from an AT&T store. I requested the phone to be unlocked through their unlock portal. The AT&T unlock system asked for the IMEI number, a copy of my receipt showing that I bougth the phone at "No Commitment" price. A few hours later I received a message from AT&T stating that the unlock request was approved. I then followed the instructions to back up the phone and restore it through Itunes. The phone activates normally with the AT&T SIM card. But when I insert my VODAFONE SIM I get the massage "THE SIM CARD... etc.
    I tried again to back up & restore the phone 3 or 4 times, no success. I have also allowed 24 hours for the unlock process to complete. Still no luck.
    I have checked again on the AT&T Unlock Status portal and it shows "Unlock approved".
    Where is the issue here? Do I have to call Apple or return the phone to AT&T and get the unlocked phone through the Apple Store?

    Because too much time has passed I can't edit this into the prior comment, but here is the info regarding reverting to iTunes 11.0.2 (assuming you do have a time machine backup) from https://discussions.apple.com/message/22057703#22057703

    Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library.

    The firewire port reads the dj software and I can hear music playing through the sound card when I plug my headphones into it but there is no signal to the hardware (my dj mixer).
    I have reset the firewire by turning off my mac book pro for a few hours and can see the sound card device in the fire wire section after clicking on the apple icon on the top left corner of my mac.
    My dj mixer works on another mac computer with the same soundcard and different firewire cable.
    Hope someone can help

    yes, it could be due to nearly anything listed in your kernel extensions, startup items, launch daemons, launch agents, or user items above. Please check all of your installed third-party software to make sure that the versions which are installed on your MacBook Pro are compatible with Mavericks; uninstall every software package which isn’t Mavericks-compatible. After you’ve done that, boot into Safe mode, and see if you still get the beach ball of doom there. If it doesn’t appear there, restart normally and see if it appears then.
