My details where stolen in you recent attack I need to update my billing details butyYour online billing update facility is not working. I'm getting the error "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.". I can't find a contact number and tried the live chat facility but it was like talking to a brick wall. Any advice?
Maybe your card is not authorizing. Try re-entering the details or try a different card if you have one.

Credit Card details not updating
I had to update the credit card on file with my Creative Cloud account. Since then the card has been billed on 18th November but in the creative cloud it says last payment was 18th October.
I used the live chat and was told that my subscription is suspended due to payment error and that I needed to call customer support.
Now I get a message saying there was a problem with my credit card payment and my creative cloud will stop working in 28 days.
I am in Australia and can't access the call support centre in the USA. I am currently on hold to the Australian call support centre.
Please, Adobe, help me out. I need to use your products for work.

Card payment details not updating on creative cloud.....help
Recently renewed my card, and tried updating my payment details after cancelling other card, now creative cloud wont update my details and know i only have 22days remaining and every time i open photoshop it tells me to check my payment details.
I have tried to submit my card numerous times but it wont update....PLEASE HELPHi David,
I updated my payment details 5 days ago, but every time i log back into creative cloud on photoshop it tells me to check my payment details and that i have only 21 days before it will stop working.
I have updated my payment details with my brand new card as i lost the other one, every time i update my payment details it shows that it has saved, when i go off that screen and log back in again it shows my old card detail again and not the new one i updated to.
I have tried firefox, safari, explorer and google chrome to try and resolve it and i have tried many methods to contact adobe.
there is nothing wrong with my card has i have checked with my bank.
by reading some of the same issues on this forum, i can clearly see it can be resolved at your end quickly.

This is the first time i have brought an itunes voucher to use on my iphone, i have been able to redeem it and it shows up on my account but it wont take any money off it and it just keeps asking for my apple id all over agin and for my card details....... slowly loosing the will to live and all the help websites just use all these terms i dont understand, Any help will be much appreciated!!! im trying to purchase music and it says i have $21.07 on my itunes account but when i go to purchase music it asks for my credit card details or a gift card no. and wont let me continue til i do so. how do i spend the money i have on there already?

I have 11 updates in my App Store but every time I click the update they ask first my apply ID that would be fine but after they will ask my credit card details since this is only to update. Please help me.
Also, even I would like to download some games it's ok to ask for our Apple ID but in the second time they will ask for the credit card details. Please help meMy younger brother had the same problem. You have to go into settings, app store, details and then change your credit card details to none. If there is no none option, you will have to use a different apple id.

Can't update credit card details for recurring pay...
I'm trying to update my grandma's Skype credit card details to the new credit card details (same numbers just new expiry date) for her recurring payments on Skype. I follow all the prompts but the final step requires Mastercard to verify the card with an online bank account which she doesn't have and has no intention of getting which means there is no way to update her credit card details for the recurring payments. How do we solve this problem? Thanks

What do you mean by 'refusing from the system', if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?
For a credit card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If it is and if you are getting a 'declined' message then you could check with the card issuer to see if it's them that are declining it, and if not then try contacting iTunes Support (these are user-to-user forums) and see if they know why it's being declined : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
If when trying to download you are getting a message about a 'problem with a previous purchase' then that implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the money for your last purchase. If that is the case then you won't be able to download anything else (including app updates) until you've paid off what you owe : Pay an unpaid balance in the iTunes Store - Apple Support
If you aren't getting the 'problem with a previous purchase' message then try logging into your account (not when trying to download something) and see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card's details and be able to download updates to your apps : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support -
I am trying to change my credit card details on Itunes as I have moved to NZ and closed down the credit card in Australia. There is $5 left to pay on the card. It will not let me update my address to NZ or put in my new credit card details. HELP!!!!!
It says I have to provide a credit card in the Australia before I can clear my $5 credit card debt and I have now cancelled my card in Australia and don't have another one!

I'v tried many times to update my applications however, my account can't do it because security code for my card is incorrect note that I'm sure my card details are correct completely so i need help to fix it as much as you can plz. ThnksLook, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful. -
