Card payment details not updating on creative cloud.....help

Recently renewed my card, and tried updating my payment details after cancelling other card, now creative cloud wont update my details and know i only have 22days remaining and every time i open photoshop it tells me to check my payment details.
I have tried to submit my card numerous times but it wont update....PLEASE HELP

I updated my payment details 5 days ago, but every time i log back into creative cloud on photoshop it tells me to check my payment details and that i have only 21 days before it will stop working.
I have updated my payment details with my brand new card as i lost the other one, every time i update my payment details it shows that it has saved, when i go off that screen and log back in again it shows my old card detail again and not the new one i updated to.
I have tried firefox, safari, explorer and google chrome to try and resolve it and i have tried many methods to contact adobe.
there is nothing wrong with my card has i have checked with my bank.
by reading some of the same issues on this forum, i can clearly see it can be resolved at your end quickly.

  • BeHance Invite Will Not Update in Creative Cloud Menu App

    I have the current version of Creative Cloud, and everyday when I power up my Mac, the same BeHance Invite appears and I reject it, but it will not go away. The request is from "Semih Turk" to join his Feedback Circle. I click to reject this invite and the notification in Creative Cloud goes away, but at the next startup, Creative Cloud shows the same notification to join Semih Turk's Feedback Circle. I have rejected this invite at least 10 times, and I am really tired of seeing the same notification everyday. I have changed my Adobe Creative Cloud preferences to stop receiving these invites and have also logged directly into BeHance and rejected it - BUT IT STILL APPEARS AS A CREATIVE CLOUD NOTIFICATION AT EVERY STARTUP.
    NOTE: There is no active request from this person when I log into Behance.
    Is this a bug in the CC Menu app? Why won't CC successfully update BeHance when I reject this invite?
    I am going to report this bug with BeHance as well. Hopefully, BeHance and Creative Cloud will work together to figure out why this invite keeps appearing in Creative Cloud at startup, and why it will not go away.

    Has no one still answered this? It has been almost an entire year since this was first reported. Collaboration invitation requests also do not go away, whether accepted or rejected, and keeps popping up regardless of which of my four computers I sign into.

    What version of Photoshop and which update is failing? Update can be downloaded and installed manually some times. Whet error messages are you getting.

  • CS6 will not update through Creative Cloud Desktop

    Im having trouble getting any of my CS6 apps to update through the Creative Cloud desktop app. The CC apps seem to have installed correctly and to open without a problem, but the  updates for CS6 just wont even download. I just get an "update failed" on each app. I'm running an iMac. I've looked around at other threads but couldn't find anything specific to this. I did follow the instructions for the OOBE file but that didnt seem to help either. Any help would be appreicated.

    Thank you for the feeback but that didnt seem to help either, I tried with a couple of the CS6 apps and I get this in the error log:
    Extension Manager 6.0.5 Update
    Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
    ...it seems that its the extension manager that is the issue. Is there something specific i need to do to get that particular app to install correctly?

  • CS6 apps not updating through creative cloud app

    Notifed that I have bug fixes available for my CS 6 applications, the fixes fail to install, even though they look like they downloaded ok. Console messages not that clear about problem Mac OSX 10.8.5.

    Here are a bunch of error messages. This is with the Photoshop CS 6 update. I don't have any idea why it is failing to find files to update/patch. I don't know if the error is with the Extension manager. I tried updating that to the latest but that update fails as well.

    If you are not in the US then you can't use the US store - you need to be in the US with a US billing address to use the US store.
    If you are in Oman as your name implies then you can only use the Omani store - you have your region set to Oman ? And you've tried entering your Omani billing address ?

  • New credit card updated however creative cloud still saying it will expire in 12 days

    hi i have been trying to sort this problem out for the last month. I have updated my billing information and seen that $1 has come out of my new credit card to verify the card. There is money on the card too. I still keep getting an error of the product expiring & this is stressing me out as I am in Australia and there is no way for me to contact adobe as it is in america. I sat online waiting for someone to help me via chat yesterday for 20 mins, finally got through and explained my situation and they said they will transfer me to another department via chat, and the other department never turned up. I am so frustrated, can you please help me?

    I don't know if this will help or not.  I've been having a similar problem for a while.  After multiple attempts to update information directly on the Adobe site, I finally got my  license to renew just now after signing out of the Creative Cloud client on my computer, then signing back in.  It's not the first time I've tried that, it's the first time it actually worked.

  • HT1918 revised credit card expiry date not updating on my account, warning box says card has expired even after i change the details and security code. anyone know how to correct this?

    has anyone experienced this i want to update my card details on my account but it says card expired even when i put in the new expiry date and security codes.

    Reset the device:
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    Then edit your payment details.
    If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Then try again.

  • Error Code 201 and 213 when trying to install any Adobe application / Update my Creative Cloud Desktop App. Have tried troubleshooting with Online Chat Agents, no luck.

    I have been trying for 2 days now to get this resolved.
    Computer hashard wired internet connection, running Windows 7 Home Premium. No other issues with downloading or uploading from any other sites or programs. No other network issues reported on other computers.
    It started when I went to install Lightroom through my Creative Cloud. It prompted me to update my Creative Cloud Desktop App, which I went to do and then promptly got Error Code 201. I restarted my Creative Cloud and then skipped the update, hoping it was just an issue with that specific download. I clicked to install Lightroom and the same thing happened, Error code 201.
    I restarted my machine, and tried again. Same issue.
    I contacted Support. They had me go in and change a bunch of folder names to and add "old" to the end of them and then had me try using the Adobe Cleaner tool, which did not work. He had me go in and change some internet settings, still nothing. Same issues as before, only now with all the renaming of things I cannot even open programs I had previously been able to open like Photoshop.
    He instructed me to reinstall the CC Desktop App because the Cleaner tool was not recognizing that it existed anymore (probably something to do with renaming files.. just saying) and now I get the 201 Error when I try to reinstall the CC Desktop App.
    I ran out of time and had to stop after being on with them for over an hour.
    Today I contact back and was instructed to create a new user account on my computer and try downloading and installing the application in the new user. Same errors. 213 at first, restarted my computer and then got Error Code 201 again.
    I am getting really frustrated and really behind on my work. Any information someone could give me would be greatly appreciated. Currently waiting for a chat person to be available again.

    Meowia for Error 201 please see Error downloading Creative Cloud applications - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-cc-apps.html.  Error 213 indicates there was problem locating the update or an incorrect URL.  The troubleshooting steps are still the same as both errors are related to failure of the current network connection.

  • Remote update manager creative cloud app

    Hello,
    remote update manager won't update the creative cloud app for windows. Is it intended, that we need a separate tool to update the CC-App? Are there any manuals describing how to automatically update it?
    Since users in out company don't have admin privileges, i'd like to do it with a tool such as the remote update manager - but RUM will update all other adobe applications, just not the creative cloud app...

    just to make sure there is no misunderstanding:
    All Creative Suite Apps are updated except for the app with the name "Adobe Creative Cloud".
    When I use the Creative Cloud Packager and select solely the core components, "Adobe Creative Cloud" is a part of them. The program itself shows a message saying that an update is necessary, but RUM won't update "Adobe Creative Cloud".

  • Migrated to a new mac pro and keep getting an install error when trying to update the creative cloud app

    I get an error when I try to start creative cloud that asks me to update. I download the updated installer and run it. I then get an error that says:
    Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.
    Following the message is two buttons. Quit and Get Creative Cloud. If I follow these directions I will sit here all day just downloading and trying to install Creative Cloud only to find out that I have a problem for which I need to download and install Creative Cloud. This would be like the person who uses a whole bottle of shampoo every time they get in the shower just because is says lather rinse repeat. Can you break this endless loop for me?

    You may still be able to recover by completing the following steps:
    Run all available uninstallers in the Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder
