Cash Flow and recurring postings

Hi Experts,
I have a client who needs to have Recurring postings show on the Cash Flow report.
I have tested this by entering a few recurring postings and found that only the recurring postings made to the check clearing accounts shows.
The other recurring postings I created to the bank accounts does not show, even though these accounts is specified in the  'Cash' tab of the selection of the Cash Flow report.
Any help would be appreciated.

  • Regarding cash flow statement direct method In FSCM-LP

    Hello Every one,
I got information form SAP japan That we can View cash flow statement direct method but as per my point of view we can see the reports in FSCM-LP of cash flow .
Can any budy tel me is it possible to see cash flow statement direct method in FSCM-LP module if yes then please guide me how?
    Thank you
    Deepak Pawar

    Hello,
Yes, you can get the cash flow statement (direct method) in Liquidity Planner.
Define the liquidity items for Operating cash flows, Investing cash flows and Financing cash flows. Then, configure the assignment mechanisms for liquidity items (based on account statement, FI postings, Invoices). Then, define queries.
Operating cash flow would include items like sales of goods and services, payments to suppliers etc. Investing cash flows would include items for sale  and purchase of property, plant and equipment, etc. Financing cash flows would include items for debt issuance, dividends etc.

  • SAP RE-FX RERAPP - making Object Cash Flow posting while Partn.Rel. Cash flow gives Error (due to missing House Bank)

    Hello Experts,
We have an issue with the Object Cash Flow makes postings while the Partner.Rel. Cash Flow gives an error due to missing House Bank in the Posting Parameters on the contract.
Result is an double/tripple etc. booking on the Object Cash Flow which not is showing on the Flow Overview in the contract and no booking on the Partner.Rel. Cash Flow.
This goes on until the missing House Bank is corrected.
We want to know if we can block the Object Cash Flow making definitive postings until the original Partner.Rel. Cash Flow is posted.
Hope to hear from you, thanks in advance!
    Saskia Ismail

    Hi.Saskia Ismail
You can think the 2-Type of posting procedure.
    1. You just only manage 'Partner.Rel. Cash flow' of each condition & flow type.
In this cases, you do not configure "Distribution Formula" on the "Condition type" configuration.
(RECACUST>Conditions and Flows>Condition Types and Condition Groups)
    2. You want to manage both of 'Partner.Rel. Cash flow' and 'Object Cash Flow'. but when you posting this cash flow, if you want to block the Object
Cash Flow making, you can use 'Enhancements' of the 'RECACUST>Accounting>Automatically Generated Accounting
       Documents>Enhancements>Prevent Object Transfers' as below.
      Prevent Object Transfers :
      - You can use this BAdI if you want to suppress object transfers (transfer from the contract to assigned rental objects) during periodic posting.
      - Implement the method SUPPRESS_TRANSFER_POSTING and set the parameter cf_suppress_transfer there to 'X'.

  • SAP Reporting on Cash flow statement

    Hi all,
in SAP, how can we configure / set up Cash flow statement report, especially for China?  How?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Suma,
No, you dont need to have cash management active in your system to get cash flow and funds flow statements.
Cash flow report defenition / design would depends on company to company.
Please go thru the below link to understand basic concept.
    [Cash Flow Statement Example|https://www.zionsbank.com/pdfs/biz_resources_book-4.pdf]
Hope you must be fully aware of the above concept.
You can design your own cash flow statement using the financial statement items of your balance sheet in report painter/writer itself.
But you may need to fully acquainted with the report painter tool first.

  • Cash Flow: input accounts

Hi guys, I'm working on the cash flow, and I have a couple of questions regarding some accounts that need to be calculated outside HFM.
How do you usually handle this? Do you create an additional structure like "CF_Aux" to input there? If I need to calculate some of the accounts, that could be useful.
    I really appreciate your experience.
    Thanks!
    Jai

    Hi there,
I have a post related to your subject.. One Truth about...: ...cash flow: accounts vs movements design
I am not sure about what you are looking for, but I think that a combination of calculated accounts and input accounts is the answer to your question.
Let me know if it covers you,

  • Consolidated Cash Flow Report

In ECC 6.0 is there a way to generate a consolidated Cash Flow statement in Group Currency when there are 4 different company code currencies?
I attmepted to use Mutltiple Local Currencies but I quickly found out why you can't start using this functionality after the Company Code has already been up and running.
Any suggestions on how to generate a consolidated Cash FLow Statement?
    Dan

I did a search on here for Cash Flow and I've found some old threads with information regarding Cash Flows.  I think I should be able to piece together a solution via these other threads.  Next time I will do a search first.  Duh!

  • How to list check in cash flow

    Hello,
I have a problem when I list the day cash flow and I have introduced checks with other expiration date that is not today.
When I list the cash flow of a day, I cant see the checks that I have introduced with other expiration date.
How I could see in the cash flow of by example today all the checks that I have introduced ?
    Thank you very match.
    Antonio

    Hi Antonio,
You need your own report for this purpose. If the expiration date is not today, system has no way to show you in cash flow.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • Recurring postings and month/period end

Can someone tell me how an end-user is supposed to manage recurring postings when the month (period) end falls on a non-working day?
Take as an example a recurring posting that executes on the 31st of the month, which happens to be the (sub) period end date in the financial calendar.
If the 31st is a Saturday, like 31st May 2008, then the users are not presented with the list of recurring postings until Monday 2nd. However, it then seems to be impossible to post to the 30th or 31st, i.e. the period where you want the posting. B1 always creates a journal with a posting date of <today>.
If you look for recurring postings in advance, say on the 30th, you just get told that "There are no recurrent transactions to be executed today".
So you cannot execute them in advance and you cannot backdate the posting date.
The only workaround that I can find is to manually create a journal using the recurring template then remove the recurring posting without executing it.
    Is there nothing better?
    Regards,
    Douglas

    Hi Douglas,
try this workaround published in our January newsletter:
    https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=23101714
A company has set up recurring postings to be proposed for execution on particular days of the month. The company does not trade on the weekend. A recurring posting is scheduled for execution for example on a Saturday. The company accountant wants to change it to the following Monday. How can this be achieved?
    Solution (Note 1114120):
Go to Financials -> Recurring Postings & click on 'Confirmation List'.
Identify the postings that need a date different from the current system date.
Go to Financials -> Journal Entry to open a new journal entry (JE).
In 'Template Type' in the header of the JE select 'Recurring Posting'.
The adjacent field 'Template' will be active, select the appropriate template code for the first recurring posting to have a different posting date.
The JE is populated automatically with the data from the template & the posting date can be changed before the JE is added.
The so created JE replaces the proposed instance of the recurring posting. The proposed recurring posting must now be removed.
In the confirmation window select the appropriate JE & click on 'Remove'.
The system message 'Delete selected Postings? - Remove/Cancel' appears. Click on 'Remove' to delete the appropriate proposed posting(s).
    All the best,
    Kerstin

  • FI Cash in flow and Out flow report

    Hi  Experts,
How to get a report from BSEG and SKA1 tables based on refrence key and g/L account.
the user asked a report cash in flow and cash out flow report by joining these two tables.
Pls suggest how to achive this?
    thanks,
    Anand Reddy

    Hi Reddy,
0GL_ACCOUNT_ATTR is the datasource for table SKA1.
0FI_GL_14 is the data source related to table BSEG.
create an infoset or MP on top of these two and build the report.
