Cashie Commerce?
Anyone use this?
I am using paypal for a cart type of service now for a real small site, but I wanted something a little more integrated into the site, simple, and low cost/free... I came across cashie commerce, just wanted to know if anyone used it? if they like it? or are there other options out there?
thanks
or are there other options out there?
I'd recommend Ecwid: http://www.ecwid.com/ It can be integrated to any website created using Dreamweaver.

Can you let me know on the Order-to-cash cycle in SD module? The process & steps to set up in SAP.
THx,
PriHello,
SAP NetWeaver is an open integration and application platform that ideally manages heterogeneity and powers collaborative solutions, making it possible to tie disparate systems together in single, point-to-point integration projects and largely reduce the complexity and cost of this process. mySAP Business Suite applications are based on the <i><b>SAP NetWeaver platform, an integration and application platform</b></i>. It can enables companies to intelligently commit delivery dates in real time and fulfill orders from all channels on time through optimized manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation processes. This includes real-time, global available-to-promise checks to locate finished products and components. The checks can take into account product characteristics and market constraints; order management, including the creation of quotations, sales orders, and bills; and transportation management, including transportation planning and vehicle scheduling, execution, and tracking of individual shipments. SAP's Extended Order Management supports such processes through a single, common data model to ensure the consistency of the data and the transferred objects. <i>The resulting integration goes beyond mere <b>connecting</i>,.</b> It integrates on three levels: on the presentation level, by bringing all the pieces of information needed about a customer together in one view, whether that information comes from CRM, SCM or financials; on the business process level, by enabling such activities as reserving inventory for particular orders; and on the access level, by allowing information to be shared with customers, suppliers, partners, or others.
Also, NetWeaver is giving SAP an opportunity to convince existing R/3 customers to upgrade to the mySAP product suite. NetWeaver and the underlying Enterprise Services Architecture (ESA) are a major part of SAPs message as to why existing R/3 customers should upgrade to the mySAP product line. NetWeaver also improves SAPs ability to integrate with third party applications within the clients own portfolio or to enable e-commerce with suppliers and partners.
To cut the long story short, though Netweaver can be used to integrate SAP R/3 with CRM and SCM, one needs to look at the other major factors also like the project cost, duration of the project for integration, specialised consulting, development cost etc.
Regards,
Gauravjit.
Reward Points if helpful -
I am looking into getting involved with one of my long time design clients business more directly. Including, finding a solution for their inventory and being able to implement an e-commerce store for their products, which I would in turn get paid from a percentage of their online sales gross per month.
They operate a sort of mobile store that travels from various motorcycle events across the country with 3 different teams setting up at 3 different locations any one week or weekend. That aspect of the business is really seeing some serious cash sales, but they are constantly being asked about future online sales with the customers at these events which currently they have no solution for.
So I am curious if there are systems available that would or could work with a Adobe Business Catalyst e-commerce site that would allow for inventory to be scanned and bar-coded on delivery and would be able to have the new items logged into the website as sellable products while also giving the mobile stores a POS system that they can make sales from that track the current accurate inventory.. ???????I did try unpinning but that didnt work for me either.
It took too long to get an answer so I am now using another system that doesnt have this problem. Hopefully when I use Muse again I wont have this problem. Sorry.
Thanks anyway. Maybe Ozaroth can send links to their site for instructions to get this solved. -
Not seeing credit card screen on Order screen in E-Commerce B2B webshop
Hi Gurus,
I am new to SAP E-Commerce 5.0 B2B application. I am trying to see the credit card payment screen while ordering in Order page. We are not using CRM system, but we are using ECC6.0 SD module. Could you please guide me how to activate the credit card screen in Order page. Thank you very much in advance.
With Regards,
SudheerHi Sudheer,
For activating credit card page you have to configure it in your shop.
Go to your "http://<host>:<port>/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do
Select your shop and go to "Transactions" tab go to bottom there are 2 options
1) Payments -Check Box
By Invoice possible
By Cash on Delivery possible
By Credit Card possible
2)Preassignment: Payment - Radio Button.
By Invoice *
By Cash On Delivery *
By Credit Card *
Select payment type you want to keep from options 1 you can select only 1 or you can select all three.
From option 2 you can select only 1 as PReassignment payment.
Restart the application Shop admin and ISA to make sure that when you access ISA after this change you will see Payment screen. In ISA 5.0 Once you click on Order or Quotation it will take you to the Payment scrren here you have to select "Invoice" or provide credit card information.
If you have selected only invoice in Shopadmin then you will not see payment screen. From order page it will take you directly to order simulation page. but if you have payment option then you will see Payment Screen with credit card.
Do not forgot to configure shop in shopadmin to get payment options screen in ISA. You will get it after order page not on the order page.
If you want to display it on order page then you have to do customization to include payment infpormation or order page.
I hope this will help you.
Thanks and Regards.

It looks like you do not have WLS 5.1 service pack 6 installed correctly. I
say this because I do not see the sp6 message at the top of your log and I saw
this message in your log:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element "weblogic-enterprise-bean" allows no
further input; "transaction-isolation" is not allowed

Cash Management - Open interface - raise error
in Cash Management - Bank Reconciliation, Open interface,
APPS.CE_999_PKG.clear
and
APPS.CE_999_PKG.unclear
i would like to check and if meet certain condition, i would like to raise error/exception, so that the Reconcile or UnReconcile can not proceed, how can I do that?
i try to do a plsql 'raise exception', in ebs screen, show
'FRM-40734: Internal Error: PL/SQl error occurred.'
anyway to show the error msg in a popup msg box and/or display with more meaningful error message?Hi Brian,
This is because, one payment/receipt cannot be shared by more than one bank statement line. This is why once payment/receipt is reconciled against a bank statement line, you can view this transaction only from reconciled screen.

Hello,
Thanks for your time if you can help me solving this problem.
I have used Fromscentral for a long time now and it's really working fine but I can't find a solution for a simple problem I'll try to explain below.
Ok, My students can check which subscription they want :
1 art class 25€
3 month subscription 250€
6 month subscription 500€
When they have made that choice (only one) they can proceed and pay by Paypal.
But what happens if they want to pay their subscription at the studio in cash or if they want to wire the money on my bank account?
Well, it's not possible to select either of those two options and by doing so inactivate Paypal.
That's the problem.
Thanks to let me know how to do this
PhilHi,
In this scenario, I would suggest you to create another form for the cash and wire payments. This form can be embedded to the current form you have, students who wants to pay via cash or wire transfers; they can click on the link and fill their application separately.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable Paypal; using the conditional form elements.

Can you create a website in DW then upload it to BC for commerce site?
So confusing working from BC in DW. I originally thought that I could take my Muse or Dreamweaver websites, upgrade in order to get the ecommerce features, upload product spreadsheet, figure out how to populate the pages, and publish.
Now it seems BC just complicates and confuses the process with its addition of modules and tags. Why does it have to be so hard? BC Gurus videos show features that don’t show up in my version. Can’t find templates to start from. Waisting hours trying to learn the relationship between the two (BC/DW). Seems like BC commerce is more work than other all-in-one packages. All I want is to take my design and make eCommerce operational.
First mistake: Current project designed in Muse. When I upgraded from basic to commerce3, and BC started throwing in their modules, I got totally lost.
Then, I imported BC site in DW, now I have all the mess from Muse plus BC and don’t have anything that I recognize which I can work with.
All I need is a clear step-by-step list that will walk me through it. There are way too many videos and tutorials that are vague and unhelpful. Personally, videos take too long to sit through and try to take notes without having to pause and play - inefficient.
Ask the question “what’s a module?” and I can’t get a clear definition.
Same with “tag”! What is it, where do they go, I don’t even know what to ask.Welcome to the web industry, BC makes things a lot easier with how it is produced and the avoidance of a lot of server side development if you was to use other systems. Managing layouts, tags, modules, CSS and HTML and Javascript is kind of basics of the profession to master.
You will find guides showing features not availible to a plan if you are only on say a webasic plan etc as you noted. Muse is really not the best thing to get into not just BC but web design with, it does not teach you anything you need to know to properly create websites, especially even remotely more complex things. There is no clear step by step I am afraid, You have guides provided on these forums, you have the BC knowledgebase and sites like BC Gurus but really its learning what things are, how things are. Learning CSS, HTML, Javascript etc and implementing as you do so.
A module is something that renders output of content in varius forms such as a menu or a web form. It can render a list of items created by a web app and more. A tag is a set of values or rendering content within the modules like web apps or other elments such as eCommerce.
All of this is outline and more on the guide sites such as BC Gurus and the KB:

Edit an OS Commerce template in dreamweaver
Hi
I downloaded an os commerece template for my first e commerce store and everything is set up ok, just need to edit the whole template to my products and colours. I am trying to remove the stamp at the bottom that says designed by monstertemplate, with their website links at the bottom but not having any luck. I can see the the links code when I turn on the live code view in dreamweaver but cant see it when I go to codes to try and edit it. Maybe I am missing something and would appricate any help. This is the website:
http://creativeinky.com/site/index.php - The links I want to remove are at the footer of the website. This has not been edited yet and the store is not functional.
This is what I see in codes:( I have tried to remove oscommerce at the top but that does not help). Which code is for the stamp at the bottom links as I cannot see it in this code view where I can edit it. Please help.

Cash Discount Calculated for One Line Item and not for Other
Hi All,
We have devloped a Z program which is used to Write of InterCompany AR and AP recon Account to another GL Account. In this program to clear line item we have created a BDC which calls t-code FB05. Thsi program is running perfectly fine for all company codes.
There is new company code SG20 for which it is not clearing the line items. It has created a Session in SM35, when we analysed the seesin we found that for some line items system is calculating Cash Discount and for some other line items it is not but the payment Term is same for all the douments with 3% 14days.
I need your help in understanding that why for some line items system calculates the Cash Discout where as for others it is not calculation..also the Posting Date is same for all the documents.
Please advise what could be the reson for this.
Thanks!
Regards,
VIvek SrivastavaHi
Cash discount is calculated based on the combination of baseline date and payment term conditions.
Hence please check the baseline date for all the documents, in which the cash discount is not appearing.
In your case, the possible reasons could be that 1) baseline date is different between these documents or 2) payment terms cash % is manually modified in the line item of the documents.

AMAZING PLAN TO BECOME RICH IN DAYS
AMAZING PLAN TO BECOME RICH!! HOW TO BECOME
RICH HOW TO TURN 50 DOLLARS INTO MILLIONS
OF DOLLARS:
READING THIS COULD CHANGE YOUR LIFE! IT DOES
WORK!
I found this on a bulletin board and decided
to try it. A little while back, I was
browsing through newsgroups,
just like you are now, and came across an
article similar to this that said you could make hundreds of thousands
of dollars within weeks (which would soon
turn into millions) with only an initial
investment of $50.00! So I thought,
"Yeah right, this must be a scam", but like
most of us, I was curious, so I kept
reading. Anyway, it said that you
send $10.00 to each of the 5 names and
address stated in the article. You then
place your own name and address in the
bottom of the list at #5, and post the
article in at least 250 newsgroups. (There
are thousands) No catch, that was it.
So after thinking it over, and talking to a
few people first, I thought about trying it.
I figured: "what have I got
to lose except 5 stamps and $50.00, right?"
Then I invested the measly $50.00 (I use the
word "measly" because $50 really
is measly compared to the money I have made
through the initial investment). Well GUESS
WHAT!?... within 7 days,
I started getting money in the mail! I was
shocked! I figured it would end soon, but
the money just kept coming in.
In my first week, I made about $50.00. By
the end of the second week I had made a
total of over $1,000! In the third
week I had over $10,000 and it's still
growing. This is now my fourth week and I
have made a total of just over
$42,000 and it's still coming in rapidly.
It's certainly worth $50.00, and 5 stamps, I
have spent more than that on
the lottery!! Let me tell you how this works
and most importantly, WHY it works... Also,
make sure you print a copy
of this article NOW, so you can get the
information off of it as you need it. I
promise you that if you follow the
directions exactly, that you will start
making more money than you thought possible
by doing something so easy!
Suggestion: Read this entire message
carefully! (print it out or download it.)
Follow the simple directions and
watch the money come in! It's easy. It's legal. And, your investment is only $50.00
(Plus postage)
IMPORTANT: This is not a rip-off; it is not
indecent; it is not illegal; and it is 99%
no risk - it really works!
If all of the following instructions are
adhered to, you will receive extraordinary
dividends.
NOTE: Please follow these directions
EXACTLY, and $50,000 or more can be yours in
20 to 60 days.
This program remains successful because of
the honesty and integrity of the
participants.
Please continue its success by carefully
adhering to the instructions. You will now become part of the Mail
Order business. In this business your
product is not solid and tangible, it's a
service.
You are in the business of developing
Mailing Lists. Many large corporations are
happy to pay big bucks for
quality lists. However, the money made from
the mailing lists is secondary to the income which is made from
people like you and me asking to be included
in that list. Here are the 4 easy steps to success:
STEP 1:
Get 5 separate pieces of paper and
write the following on each piece of paper
"PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR MAILING LIST." Once
added to the list, each person will send you
a new component
and/or moneymaking advice to help you along
the way. This advice has been passed down
person to person and
is very helpful. Now get 50 US $10.00 bills
(or a combination of bills totaling $10) and
place ONE inside EACH of the 5 pieces of paper so the bill will
not be seen through the envelope (to prevent
thievery).
Next, place one paper in each of the 5
envelopes and seal them. You should now have
5 sealed envelopes,
each with a piece of paper stating the above
phrase, your name and address, and $10.00
bill.
What you are doing is creating a service.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL! You are requesting
a legitimate service
and you are paying for it! Like most of us I
was a little skeptical and a little worried
about the legal aspects
of it all. So I checked it out with the U.S.
Post Office (1-800-725-2161) and they
confirmed that it is indeed legal.
Mail the 5 envelopes to the following
addresses:
1. Eng. Yousef Abu Hadhoud P.O. Box 4028
North Hashemi, Amman - Jordan
2. Steve Wehvila3155 Vernon St.Duluth, MN
55806
3. James
Rush621QueenAvenueMinneapolis,MN55411
4. Liz Grice 3413 Harvard ave. Columbia, SC
29205
5. Jassim Ahmed Qassim Marhoon, BLK 643
Rd 4313 HSE 727, Nuwaidrat - Bahrain
STEP 2:
Now take the #1 name off the list
that you see above, move the other names up
(5 becomes 4, 4 becomes 3, etc...) and add
YOUR Name as number 5 on the list.
STEP 3:
Change anything you need to, but try
to keep this article as close to original as
possible.
Now, post your amended article to at least
250 newsgroups. (I think there are close to
24,000 groups)
All you need is 250, but remember, the more
you post, the more money you make! You won't
get very much
unless you post like crazy. :)This is
perfectly legal! If you have any doubts,
refer to Title 18 Sec. 1302 & 1341 of the
Postal lottery laws. Keep a copy of these
steps for yourself and,
whenever you need money, you can use it again, and again. PLEASE REMEMBER that this
program remains successful because of the honesty and integrity of the
participants and by their carefully adhering
to the directions.
Look at it this way. If you are of
integrity, the program will continue and the
money that so many others have
received will come your way. NOTE: You may
want to retain every name and address sent to you, either on a
computer or hard copy and keep the notes
people send you. This VERIFIES that you are
truly providing a service.
(Also, it might be a good idea to wrap the
cash in dark paper to reduce the risk of
mail theft.)
So, as each post is downloaded and the
directions carefully followed, six members
will be reimbursed for
their participation as a List Developer with
one dollar each. Your name will move up the
list geometrically so
that when your name reaches the #1 position
you will be receiving hundreds of thousands
of dollars in CASH!!!
What an opportunity for only $50.00 ($10.00
for each of the first six people listed
above) Send it now,
add your own name to the list and you're in business!
DIRECTIONS ----- FOR HOW TO POST TO
NEWSGROUPS--------
Step 1:
You do not need to re-type this
entire letter to do your own posting, Simply
put your cursor at the
beginning of this letter and drag your
cursor to the bottom of this document (so
that the document is "highlighted"),
and select 'copy' from the edit menu. This
will copy the entire letter into the
computer's memory.
Step 2:
Open a blank 'notepad' file (such as
in Microsoft Word) and place your cursor at
the top of the blank page.
From the 'edit' menu select 'paste'. This
will paste a copy of the letter into notepad
so that you can add your name
to the list.
Step 3:
Save your new notepad file as a .txt
file. If you want to do your postings in
different settings,
you'll always have this file to go back to.
Step 4:
Use Netscape or Internet explorer
and try searching for various newsgroups (on-
line forums, message boards,
chat sites, discussions.)
Step 5:
Visit these message boards and post
this article as a new message by highlighting the text of this
letter and selecting paste from the edit
menu. Fill in the Subject, this will be the
header that everyone sees as
they scroll through the list of postings in
a particular group, click the post message
button. You're done with your first one!
Congratulations...
THAT'S IT!
All you have to
do is jump to different newsgroups and post
away,
after you get the hang of it, it will take about 30 seconds for each newsgroup!
**REMEMBER, THE MORE NEWSGROUPS YOU POST IN,
THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL MAKE! BUT YOU HAVE
TO POST A MINIMUM OF 250**
That's it! You will begin receiving money
from around the world within days! You may
eventually want to rent a
P.O.Box due to the large amount of mail you
will receive. If you wish to stay anonymous,
you can invent a name
to use, as long as the postman will deliver
it.
**JUST MAKE SURE ALL THE ADDRESSES ARE
CORRECT.**
Now the WHY part:
Out of 250 postings, say I receive only 5
replies (a very low example). So then I made
$50.00 with my name at #5
on the letter. Now, each of the 5 persons
who just sent me $10.00 make the MINIMUM 250 postings, each with my name
at #5 and only 5 persons respond to each of
the original 5, that is another $250.00 for
me, now those 25 each make
250 MINIMUM posts with my name at #4 and
only 5 replies each, I will bring in an additional $1250!
Now, those 125 persons turn around and post
the MINIMUM 250 with my name at #3 and only
receive 5 replies each,
I will make an additional $6260! OK, now here
is the fun part, each of those 625 persons
post a MINIMUM 250 letters
with my name at #2 and they each only
receive 5 replies, that just made me
$31,2500!!!
Those 3,125 persons will all deliver this message to 250 newsgroups with my name at #1
and if still
5 persons per 200 newsgroups react I will
receive $156,250! With an original investment
of only $50.00!
AMAZING! When your name is no longer on the
list, you just take the latest posting in
the newsgroups,
and send out another $50.00 to names on the list, putting your name at number 5 again.
And start posting again. The thing to remember is: do you realize that thousands
upon thousands of people
all over the world are joining the internet
and reading these articles everyday?, JUST LIKE YOU are now!!
So, can you afford $50.00 and see if it
really works?? I think so... People have
said, "what if the plan is played
out and no one sends you the money? So what!
What are the chances of that happening when
there are tons of
new honest users and new honest people who
are joining the internet and newsgroups
everyday and are willing
to give it a try? Estimates are at 20,000 to
50,000 new users, every day, with thousands
of those joining the actual internet. Remember, play FAIRLY and
HONESTLY and this will really work.
NOTE: This program can and will work for you
s long as you post the message in at least
250 newsgroups
(e.g. message boards). This might take a long time, probably several hours. But
remember, as far fetched and
ridiculous as it seems, if you follow all
the instructions of this system, you will
become rich within an
extremely short period of time. Believe me,
IT'S WORTH IT!!! I just urge you to be fair
and honest.
As long as each person (including you!) sends $10 to everyone on the list, everybody
(also including you!)
will become extremely wealthy within just a
couple of months, and will start receiving money within the first
week or two! Legal Note: This system is
perfectly legal. It is not a lottery or a
scheme intending to defraud,
it is rather a business. It is part of the
mail order business. By receiving money from
others, you do not offer
them a lottery or any prize based on chance;
you simply offer them a service (i.e.
placing them on your mailing list),
which they request in their letter. By
definition, this is a service: a consumer
desires something
(being put on your mailing list) and is
willing to pay for it, and you fulfill their
desire by performing
the service of putting their name on your
mailing list for a set fee. By sending money
to others and writing
"please place me on your mailing list", you
do not ask to be entered into a lottery or
win a prize based on
chance, you are asking for a service.
Therefore, this system is perfectly legal.Tobias
I am not sure what piece of documentation you were looking at where you saw a figure of 50 concurrent users or what it meant to covey about capacity. I can believe that this hardware may not scale above 50 concurrent VPN users, but I have great difficulty in believe that 50 LAN users will stress this machine (or 150). I am not clear when you say 2x10mbit whether that is one LAN interface for users and one LAN for outside connection. But I feel pretty comfortable that an 1812 can handle traffic for 150 LAN connected users.

FI Experts,
I created a new payment term with a 1% discount if paid whithin 10 days. Can some one give me some steps as to what else needs to be configured in order to have this difference deducted at the time of payment run. I know have to set-up an account but not sure what fields I have to check in order to make it work.
1- Create new payment terms
2- I defined a G/L account for cash discount
Can some one tell me when I set-up the account if I have to set-it up a certain way? in FS00.
Thank You for your help.
Edited by: Frank on Feb 9, 2009 10:42 PMGood to know that it is working. When you maintain payment term in vendor master, it SHOULD get defaulted when you perform FB60 for that vendor in that company code. Payment term for vendor cannot be maintained in General Data section, it is in Company code segment. Are you sure you are performing FB60 for the vendor in the company code in which you maintained payment term for that vendor in vendor master record? Please recheck. Also, if you have payment term in Purchasing Organization segment in vendor master record, it would not get defaulted in FB60. Here is what SAP help says on payment term field in vendor master record.
In most business transactions, the system defaults the terms of payment key specified in the master record of the customer/vendor in question.
In some transactions (for example, credit memos), however, the system does not default the key from the master record. Despite this, you can use the key from the customer/vendor master record by entering "*" in the field. -
Issue in PS Cash Management Planned payment coming from SD billing plan
Issue in PS Cash Management:
Coming from my sales order (SD billing plan), I get cash management lines item in PS ==> table COFP (Document Lines (project cash management)) with value type 62 (Planned Payments).
Then I invoice the WBS element with VF01. During invoicing, the system creates new line items in COFP with value type 54 (Invoices).
Issue
The problem is that planned payment (value type 62) is not reduced and whatever the invoice is, planned payment are the same.
From my understanding, new lines item should have been created with negative sign in order to reduce planned payment amount. Like invoices are reduce when payment is done.
Who can you confirm?
What are your feeling?
Thanks in advanceHelo,
Regular setting for PS cash management have been done such as:
- FM area creation
- Assignment Fiscal Year variant to FM area
- Activate PS cash management
Once the setting is correctly done, we can follow incoming & outcoming payment on project.
Table COFP is then impacted.
