CAT2 - Reject timesheet with CATS_APPR_LITE

We have an issue with the rejection of timesheet on CATS_APPR_LITE transaction.
When the timesheet approver rejects the time record a notification is sent to SAP Business Workplace. But it is not clear because in some case the email
doesnu2019t arrive to the useru2019s inbox present in the Personnel Number infotype 105 (Communication). In some case it will be sent to another user. It seems to person that modifies the hours (superuser that for example correct timesheet).
Into infotype 0105  we use always  type =  u201C0001u201D   System user name (SY-UNAME) and  ID/number is the Sap User

Hello David,
three corrections have been provided in this connection: 1315885, 1368487 and 1357066, please check these notes.
Would you please proceed as described in the attached note 304418. The correction report ZCATSR00 should be able to detect possible inconsistencies and resolve them. Although the note validity refers to older releases it can also be used in your system.

  • Smartform or SAP Script for CAT2- SAP timesheet entry output

    Hi All,
    I appreciate your help on the below please;
    I would like to know if any of you know any SAP standard Smartform name or SAP Script name for CAT2- SAP timesheet entry output;
    Thank you very much
    Iver

    Hi,
The email functionality is already available in the print program of PO and RFQ.  For PO(Output type MAHN) the program is SAPFM06P. We are passing the sender and receipient in OPEN_FORM (Include LMEDRUCKF1O). So no need to write the mail functionality again.
My problem is after the email is sent to the recipient then  an acknowledgement is also sent to the sender saying the "mail sent to Vendor". I want to disable this acknowledgement feature.
Same with RFQ. The RFQ(output type NEU) is using the the smartform and we are passing sender and recipient details in the  CALL FUNCTION lf_fm_name.
How to disable the acknowledgement feature.
    Best Regards

  • Please can anyone help with the continuing password rejection problem with email.Ipad and other systems work fine but despite reloading my password on imac it bounces back.Apple store has been visited and I have tried everything they suggest.

Please can anyone help with the continuing password rejection problem with email on my imac.My Ipad and other systems work fine but despite reloading my password on imac it bounces back.Apple store has been visited and I have tried everything they suggest.

I use free Yahoo mail webMail access because folders I created in webmail access doesn't get set up in Apple Mail. While I was searching for post about password and keychain issues, I stumbled on several threads that complain about Mail folder issues, so I'm holding off on Apple Mail.
On the password and keychain issue that your post is all about.  I've been using login keychain to save and automatical fill my login screens for a year or so successfully, with Safari and Chrome. Automatic form fill also works for Facebook login. Unfortunately, about 4 to 6 months ago, automatic password form fill stopped working with Yahoo webmail, while still worked for GMail (Safari and Chrome). I tried deleting the password entry for my two Yahoo email accounts to start fresh, but neither Safari not Chrome will even ask me if I want to save the password. I was so frustrated that I eventually installed the keypassX 0.43 (password manager) that is quite primitive sompare to OS X's keychain (when it works). Probably no surprise to you yet.
The surprise, to me at least, is that, for whatever reason, password auto form-fill from keychain started working again for Yahoo webmail login on Safari about 5-7 days ago. Still doesn't work on Chrome!
Two tips I can share, at least with webmail access:
    1. Password is save only for one of my yahoo mail accounts. When I login in with my other yahoo account, I get no prompt to save the password, and form fill doesn't work when I try to log in a second time with my other Yahoo mail account.
    2. On inspection of my login keychain, I see a webform password item saved for my Yahoo account that works with keychain. The name of the password is: login.yahoo.com(MyAccountName1#). When I open the password item and look in the Access Control tab, I see Safari and Chome are listed as allowed to access this password item..
I also an "Internet password" item with a name of just login.yahoo.com. When I open the the password item, it looks just like the password item created for MyAccountName#1, but the MyAccountName#2 is listed in the Account field. Inside the Access Control tab, no apps are listed in access permission. I added Safari and Chrome to the lists of allowed app, saved the password item.
Now when I bring up the Yahoo login page(by bookmark) on Safari, form fill fills in MyAccountname#1 for name and the proper password and I can login in. When I change the name to MyAccountName#2, the correct password is retrieved and I can log in! Alas, it still doesn't work on Chrome.
BTW, I changed the password item type from "Internet password" to "Web Form password" and saw no difference! I also edited the name to be "login.yahoo.com (MyAccountName#2)" to look like the web form password item that works, but it has no effect either.
From my experimentation, here's my observation:
    1. A Web Form password item is created for the first account name(MyAccountName#1) for login.yahoo.com and typed as Web Form password. When I log in using MyAccountName#2, an Internet Password is created, but no applications are listed as allowed to access the password item, even when the password item was created after just logged in and logged out to yahoo with the account name and password for MyAccountName#2.
    2. Manually adding Safari as an app that is allowed to use the password item works. Doesn't work with Chrome!
The version of Safari I'm using is Version 5.1.7 (6534.57.2). My installed version of Chrome is Version 21.0.1180.79 beta.

  • How to reject call with sms on iphone 4

Plz tell me how to activate or deactivate this feature in iphone 4.
i.e. to reject call with an sms !!

When you receive a call you swipe up and there are 3 default messages you can respond with. They all start with "Can't talk right now...".
To modify these messages go to: Settings-->Phone-->Reply with Message Then tap the one you want to change. It will still start with "Cant talk right now" regardless of what you change the rest of the text to.

How to disable reject call with a message? please help
    Xperia Z(c6603) KK4.4.2 (.230)

I selectd this device because i was counting on the brands traditional stiriving forcsup. Quality. This was a mistake.About 1000 euros for a device that looses quality with every update and consumes my time with frustrating experiences all along.Very poor development i must say.

  • Deactivate reject call with text

I want to deactivate this feature of reject call with text in IOS 6. As i often touch this while pulling out the phone out of my pocket and the call gets disconnected and an auto SMS is sent to the caller.

Since this requires two separate actions on your part, I really don't understand how simply pulling your phone out of your pocket triggers this. At any rate, there is no way to disable this feature.

  • Want to remove reject button in CATS_APPR_LITE

    Hello,
I want to remove the reject button when we run CATS_APPR_LITE  transaction for one or more persons. There is no user exit for this transaction and I have not find any place in the BADI definition CATS_REPORTING to hide this button or atleast give error message when the user click the Reject button. Just wondering if there is any way to do this.
Any suggestions in this regard are highly appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
There are several user-exits in SMOD/CMOD starting with CATS00001...12. One of them has the capability of deactivating functions. I think these also work for CATSXT.

  • Remote rejected error with git

I'm trying to get a git public repository installed on server and can't seem to push an update.
I have my server local user with ssh access and file transfers seem to go fine. I have git 1.6.0.4 installed on both development iMac PPC (10.5.5) and server Intel (10.5.5). I included git-shell path in /etc/shells and /etc/shells.personal.
The public repository was deposited on an external drive with scp and everything looks good. Permissions to the files are in place. Following git installation to /usr/local, I added /usr/local/libexec/git-core to the $PATH variable.
I even chmoded the hooks files for execution.
However, when I make a change on the development side and then commit, followed by a push to the server side I get
    "Compressing 3 objects. Done
    Writing 5 objects. Done
    Output:
    Counting objects: 9, done.
    Total 5 (delta 3), reused 3 (delta 2)
    fatal: exec unpack-objects failed.
error: unpack failed: unpacker exited with error code
    To server:/Volumes/dir.git
! [remote rejected] master -> master (n/a (unpacker error))
error: failed to push some refs to 'server:/Volumes/dir.git'"
All my google efforts produced linux type solutions. I did add a report back hook for update but I don't see any response.
Console secure log indicates the ssh publickey is accepted and file transfer seems to go through.
My guess is that git-unpack-objects is not called.
I tried git gc and git fsck to cleanup any residual files and received no errors.
On initial transfer of the public repository and subsequent push I received an "Everything is up to date". It's the push following a new commit that hangs.
Any advice from someone running git on server?
    TIA,
    Harry

I went back to a package install of git-1.5.4.5 on my ppc iMac and git-1.6.0.4 on Leopard server. Still not much luck.
After re-examining permissions and setting paths, I finally got a push to work using Paul Johnston's approach at
    http://marc.info/?l=git&m=122101378608279&w=2
    # Fix it with symlinks in /usr/bin
    server:~ $ cd /usr/bin/
    server:/usr/bin $ sudo ln -s /usr/local/git/bin/git* .
I don't understand why I need the symlink is needed unless the ssh connection doesn't allow execution from a path location other than /usr/bin or /usr/sbin.
Once the symlink was installed for each of the git directory components then the push executed fine. I did use the +master:master to get a non fast-forward.
Not sure if that is still required but the connection worked.
Hope this helps someone in addition to me.

  • Project Server (Office 365): timesheet with 0 hours actual work cannot be modified - bug or "feature"

    Hi,
One of our PMs is trying to change a task in his project plan and gets the following message: "cannot delete or reassign tasks or assignments with protected actuals" . This would normally be ok since we have setup actual work to be reported only
through the timesheets but....when checking actual work on this task, there is only 1 resource allocated and he reported no hours. Interestingly, it shows 0 in the actual work and it's not empty (as you would expect if you dont report hours).
We tried to recall the timesheets of that resource and resubmit them (without any hours again) but that didnt work either. Idea good ideas?
    Thanks
    Choc
    Chocob21

    Hi,
has user changed "Remaining Work" to 0? I have not tested, but I assume that cause 0 displayed as Áctual Work and stops you from deleting task.

  • Rejected password with RoadRunner (RR)

Over the past few months, I've had an increasing number of password rejections from my RoadRunner internet provider using Apple Mail. Frustration is growing. My password is being entered correctly, but it immediately throws up a dialog box saying "The POP server xxxx rejected the password for user xxxx". I've verified the password is correct.
In fact, today I got in touch with the RoadRunner tech guys. They had me change my password, but still it's rejected. Immediately at that point, RoadRunner blamed Apple and told me to talk to them instead and that there's nothing they can do. Uhh, sure.
It seems to happen once every few days. If I restart Mail immediately, the problem is still present. However, if I shutdown Mail for an hour or so and THEN restart, it will immediately pop my mail and all is well for a while. What the heck is going on? Anyone else with this problem? Am I hitting my pop server so hard that it locks me out for a period of time? It IS set to check once a minute.
    Thanks!

While I know this question will seem unrelated, I think it can be. With the setup for the SMTP, are you using Password Authentication or None? Check this on both Macs, please. I ask this because I know that Roadrunner traditionally uses no authentication on the SMTP, but rather permission to use the SMTP is based upon the IP of the modem they provide, and in many cases attempting to use PW authentication on the SMTP has failed for many people. But recently one of my daughters who at home is on RR visited with her little netbook computer, and when she attempted to reply to one of her emails while connected to my network, she could not. I had to go into her server settings and select the box to Use the same server info as on the Incoming. At home that had not been necessary. So apparently, in some areas at least, RR has provided a SMTP that will work in locations other than the home connection.
This could have some interaction with the Incoming, and might cause some random issue with server authentication -- just a thought, but if not related, perhaps Thomas or you can comment on whether RR has made recent changes to use of the SMTP and authentication?

  • Approval center history page contains timesheets with "Submitted" status

    Hi guys,
In a Project Server 2013 onprem configuration I find a group of timesheet managers facing this situation:
Their approval center shows timesheets from a week or two, at most tree weeks back. But when they look at their history page for timesheets they will see rejected, approved but also submitted timesheets.
How did those timesheets pass the approval center page without being noticed? is there a timer job that moves timesheets to the history page? I could not find any information on other TechNet questions, so I thought to post my own.
    The question boils down to:
How did the timesheets get into the history page without being seen in the approvals page first, and how is that even possible if they aren't rejected or approved yet?
    Kind regards,
    Erik

    Hi Erik,
Are those timesheets specific in any way? Period, team member, elapsed time since the submittion? Do you have the SEM activated?
    Hope this helps,

  • Client Certificate Rejected, repeatedly +with great vigor

    Hi all --
Perhaps you can give me a hand. I recently got a new Macbook Pro -- my first new CPU since the ole' clamshell back in 2001. Very happy with it as a whole but also finding that I am a bit behind the times in terms of my understanding of the software. Here is the problem: Yesterday I tried to access a page using Safari (2.0.3) from my history. I do not believe that it was a secure page as it was part of the dartmouth.edu website but it may have been. Anyway, a dialouge box popped up asking for my to use FileVaultMaster keychain. I did not know that I had such a thing but I typed in my master password. The page still did not open, but Safari displayed a text box saying that there was an error -- this particular error, in fact:
    <begin quote>
The error was: “client certificate rejected” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1205) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message
    <end of quote>
Now, when I try to access the basic Dartmouth homepage of http://www.dartmouth.edu, Safari converts it automatically to https://www.dartmouth.edu and asks for the keychain and then displays the error. I tried emptying the cache and resetting Safari (and even restarting the computer, although I understand that that is no longer necessairy with OS X) but to no avail. Can anyone clue me as to what is happening, and why?
    Thanks much in advance,
    -Sparco03
MacBook Pro   Mac OS X (10.4.5)

I emailed [email protected] about this problem and here is the response. The solution of getting a valid Dartmouth certificate doesn't apply to non Dartmouth users, so I'm not sure what to do in that case.
"You need to check your Keychain. The reason you are getting that error is because Safari is sending a Client Certificate back to the web server (which asked for it), but the web server can't verify that it's a good certificate. This usually happens when you have an expired certificate, or you have a non-Dartmouth certificate that Safari is likely sending because it can't find a Dartmouth one."
"Whichever of these is the case, the solution is to get a valid Dartmouth certificate, which you can generate by going to https://collegeca.dartmouth.edu/ and following the directions on the web page. If you have an expired Dartmouth cert, you will need to delete that before you import your new, valid certificate."
"The reason all of this is happening is specific to Intel Macs. The mechanism that Dartmouth has used, better than 7+ years, to authenticate browser users to web site (Kerberos) uses the SideCar helper application. This application doesn't run on Intel Macs, and it most likely never will. Fortunately, Dartmouth installed client certificates as an additional/alternate solution for web site authentication a few years ago. Since client certs work great on Intel Macs, we had to force Intel Macs to always use HTTPS when connecting to any site on www.dartmouth.edu. That way we can always be able to ask for your client cert, so that we don't break your ability to access protected sites that live on the www.dartmouth.edu server."

  • Reject flow with Human Tasks

Hi, I'm trying to model something similar to picture 10.1-1 in the %BPA_SUITE_HOME%\doc\en\method_manual_s.pdf. The only diference is that I use Human tasks instead of processes.
I describe my model a bit:
    * I have 2 pools.
    * In each pool I have one Human Task (A and B):
    - HT A fill in a document with data
    - HT B validate the data and let the flow go on or ask HT A for more information.
    * HT A sends a message (through a message flow connection) to HT B
    * In case HT B rejects the document, it goes back to HT A. I modeled this by putting an XOR (data-based) Gateway and a message flow to HT A. In case HT B accepts the document I put a sequence flow to another activity in the same pool of HT B
Is the model clear? In case it is clear, I explain the error I'm getting:
When I try to transform BPMN process to BPEL process, I get a pop up that says:
    "Unable to perform transformation.
    Internal error.
There are semantic errors in this model. The errors have been displayed on the model"
After that warning a signal appears on the upper-right corner of HT A with the following tooltip:
"This node is being cross-referenced. Please remove one of the incoming connections"
is it posible to go back to (reinstantiate) a Human Task?
    Thanks in advance.
    Neuquino

This relates to a (structural) problem translating between BPMN and BPEL: BPEL has no goto, BPMN does. (See my blog about the subject: http://www.approach-alliance.nl/index.php?option=com_jd-wp&Itemid=2&p=31 )
From a business process point of view: is the task you redirect the flow to, exactly the same task? I think not. The first time it is called, it involves filling out the form. The second time it is correcting the form...
So if you change it to: HTA1: fill out the form, and in case B rejects the document, a new task: correct the document. This is also relevant from a management point of view: you want to minimize the correction, not the occurrences of filling out the form...
    Hope this helps,
    Lonneke

  • TimeSheets with iWork 09 possible?

    Hi fellow Mac users.
I'm thinking of upgrading to iWork 09 but have quick question before ordering.
Is iWork 09 capable of calculating time in a way that allows for the easy creation of TimeSheets looking like this:
    http://badtastic.com/misc/basictime_sheetsample.jpg
I basically want to create a TimeSheet where I can enter when work shifts starts and end, allowing iWork09 to do its number-crunching magic in the background, displaying weekly totals etc.
Is this possible to achieve with iWork 09?
    Input and tips highly appreciated.
    Cheers / Badtastic

    Thanks for your help guys!
Ok, I've downloaded the trial and am studying the Employee Schedule template that comes with it. However, if you take a look at cel C9, it references the time input in cels C7 & C8. The funny thing is that there isn't a single function in C9 that relates or can be found among the "Date & Time" functions in the "Function Browser"
I used the DATEDIF function to successfully determine the amount of days between two dates which I'm sure is useful in some cases but it doesn't really help me here because to determine the amount of time between the beginning of a work-shift (morning) to the end (sometine in the evening), one needs higher time resolution i.e. hours & minutes and not a large unit or method (d) as days.
Excuse my current lack of knowledge (I'm still learning this and admit to being a compltete noob at this stuff) but if I enter:
    The Setup:
08:30 (for work start) in cell C2 and..
16:00 (for work end) in cell C4...
with one hour lunch break in C3...
How should the formula be entered in C6 to get the correct / desired result of 6.5 hrs?
Are there any of the new time funtions that come in handy here?
    Sorry to bug..
    Input appreciated..
    Cheers / Badtastic
