Catalog codes not getting displayed in Field- QS41

During my customisation activity, codes of catalog profiles are not getting displayed in SAP screen. Field for codes are showing as blank grey area in QS41 Tcode. If I try creating same codes again, system throwing error saying "key for entry is exisying already".
Another observation is in the initial screen of QS41 if I select catalog and codes from folders all codes we can see for selection in initial screen, but same is not getting displayed in field for codes in QS41, its showing blank grey fields. Could anyone tell me what might be reason. Its happening for standard catalog profiles also.

In Appointment if the importance is HIGH i made Location as mandatory.For this i enhanced BT126H_APPT/ApptDetails. In the get_p_location() method of BTACTIVITYYH i have written the code.
Now the problem is Error message for this dynamic mandatory field is not getting displayed in webui.
I debugged in DO_FINISH_INPUT error message is getting generated but it is not getting displayed in ui.
Can anybody tell where the problem is?

Really sorry do not know how to convert this nug file to text
How ever quick solution for your problem would be just keep your validation in 'DO_VALIDATE_INPUT' method of the view controller.
Means even if the User clicks on SAVE , Since it fails here , it would not allow you to go further.

PR Release Strategy tab processor field is not getting displayed

Hi Experts,
While creating Purchase Requisition, In the Release Strategy tab processor field is not getting displayed which should be showing the name of the user id which has been configured in the SPRO.
SPRO--> Rel Proc for PR > Rel Group> Rel Code--> Object type (US) and --> Agent (User id who has to approve the PR).

SAP Fields not getting displayed on the BDT screen

Hello Gurus,
I am trying to add 2 custom fields on to the claims management screen. The following steps were followed to add 2 fields on to the claims Management subclaim screen.
1. Create a field group Zxxxxx1 with the two fields attached to it as input enabled.
2. Create a View Zxxxxx2 attach the created field group Zxxxxx1, then create a subscreen screen add two fields to the screen and make them as input enabled. Then attached the subscreen to the View.
3. Create a PBO and PAI function modules for the screen and attach it to the View Zxxxxx2.
4. Create a section Zxxxxx3 and attach the view Zxxxxx2 to the section.
5. Attach the section to the Subclaim Overview Screen.
6. Inspite of doing all the above steps the screen is not getting displayed or the Function module PAI / PBO / FMOD is not being called.
Since I am attaching the section to a standard screen sequence I am not doing any modification to the screen sequence and screen sequence catagory.
Kindly let me know the steps I am missing in the configration of 2 new fields via BDT.

did you create your own Z BDT application? Is it set to be active?
I have no access to any claims management system: Does the claim object support divisibility? If so, have you assigned the correct data set in your view?
Also, if you have your own Z BDT application and the claim object does support divisibility, did you assign the Z application to the divisibility view?

Catalog id is not getting displayed properly in Foreign Language (French)

Hi All,
I have created a web service id for the external catalog and I have assigned the same to one of the user. The name of the web service id is getting displayed properly in the shopping cart creation screen when the language is English. But when we are changing the user language to Foreign language (French), the name is not getting displayed properly.
Could you please advise me if there any settings needs to be done in the parameters of the specific web service id. Thanks in advance for your help.

Go to External Web Services and the select the web service ID. Then click on GOTO >Translation and select the language and enter the description of the web service as to be disaplyed while users log in French against the language.

Fields not getting displayed in Sapscript

Hi Guyz,
I have a customized Sapscript form ZPV_INVOICE and its print program RVADIN01. This form outputs the Sales Invoice. When the print preview is triggered, Material number (MATNR) is not getting displayed on the form. However, when the form is debugged, MATNR values are properly fetched and showed (while debugging only, not in output).
Can somebody please let me know the reason, why the MATNR is not getting displayed on the output, even though it is showing values while debugging.

Then check matnr field which is display is same what you are checking in debugging .
COnfirm the field and check whether data stays till end of module .

Screen fields not getting displayed after Line 16

Hi All,
There is a screen exit created in IW51, now the new requirment is to add 3 more fields. I added the fields below the exiting fields, in line number 15 , 16 &17. After executing the Tcode I could find that the field created in line 17 is not getting displayed in runtime. I have increased the screen length. The fields if moved to line numbers below 16 then they are getting displayed. Can anyone help me to find why it is not getting displayed after line 16.

Quantity field not getting displayed

I am using Adaptived RFC Model to get Sales Order Data from SAP. The Sales Order BAPI that i am using is
BAPI_SALESORDER_DETAIL. I have mapped the SALESORDER table(SALESOPRDER Model node) to the TABLE UI element in my WebDynpro Application.
The problem i am facing is that while all the fields get displayed the Quantity value is not getting displayed in the appropriate column. I have checked the mapping and everything seems to be fine.
Also when i create a separate value node for the table and fill the value node from the model node the quantity value gets displayed then.
Please suggest what can be the possible cause for this.

As far as I understand you display output parameters of BAPI, so check to following things:
1. After calling BAPI model method call invalidate on context node to update the values (e.g. outputNode.invalidaet() )
2. Check that you dispaly output parameters and not input parameters of the table. (e.g. You have Quantity and QuantityOutput node so connect you table field to QuantityOutput)

Enhanced Datasource fields not getting displayed in Transformation

Hi,
Eventhough after replicating the datasource, the Enhanced Datasource fields not getting displayed in Transformation.
Eg I have done mapping of 6 fields in transformation from datasource to DSO
Now the datasource is enhanced with 8 fields...........The transformation is not showing the added 2 fields
I am deleting the existing transformation.Is this the only solution?

HI,
Deleting is not solution as it is common scnerio.
Go to the data source in BW and in change mode check the option "transfer" for this two fields and then see if its coming or not.

Data carrier & application field are not getting displayed in CV04N

In TCode : CV04N, data carrier & application field are not getting displayed.
While i compare with my IDES system, data carrier & application fields are getting displayed in CV04N.
Let me know is there any configuration that has been missed out.

Hi Bhanu,
Please note that the fields 'Data carrier' & 'Application field' are visible only if no document type is entered.
Suppose you enter a document type and press ENTER then these fields disappear. This is because the field 'Application' was designed when only the storage is archive, vault or SAP-SYSTEM was possible and the number of added originals was limited.
Currently DMS allows storage of originals on Content Server and there is no limit on the number of added originals, the system behavior was changed due to performance reasons. To avoid performance problems if you search for a document with a lot of originals attached this field gets invisible if you enter a document type which uses the KPRO storage.

Problem in BADI, error message not getting displayed

Hello Experts,
I am facing a strange problem in BADI.
The requirement is that the user should not be allowed to change the plant field
on the screen of standard MM transctions for PO/PR amendment.
I have written the code in separate BADIs for PO and PR.
I am displaying an error message if the user tries to change the field.
For PO, it is working fine.But for PR, the same code is not working.
The control is going over to the BADI for PR and rest of the code is working fine.
But the error message is not getting displayed for PR amendment.
Can anybody please suggest the possible cause of problem and some solution to it.

Standard screen not getting displayed in a zcopied prg

Hi Freinds,
(In sap4.7 ) I had copied QA32 into a ZQA32 and had added some validation checks before user Chooses Defects Button,,this ZQA32 works till that point fine but when the Defects button is chosen,,it gives a call to Tcode QA11 ,with the initial screen fields filled up,,
in the normal processing of QA32 when QA11 is called,,it is also filled up with some intial values carried from previous Tcode QA32 and after User presses execute button in QA11 intial screen ,further a screen(200) with 3 radio buttons pops up,,
my ZAQ32 is failing at this point though the line of code where the screen is called (call screen 200 ...) is reached with no variations in values of any of the variables in comparison with when it is called from QA 32,
the screen 200 is not getting displayed if i reach QA11 thru ZQA32,,,
Though it is ALSO calling QA11 and hence the program control is tranferred to QA11, but still the screen is not geting displayed,plz tell me where i went wrong??

Hi Sri lakshmi ,
You should debug the code starting from call to QA11 and check if will the conditions are met for call of pop up screen.
This will give you an idea, as what is exactly required for this pop up to appear.

QS41_Code are not getting displayed

Dear Experts,
Scenario is,
1.     T-Code QS41
2.     Under code groups (of any catalogue) certain codes have been created.
3.     The same entries can be viewed through tables QPCT and QPCD.
4.     Unfortunately we could not see the codes in transaction code QS41, QS42 and QS43.
5.     We checked for authorization related object. But in spite of full authorization codes are not getting displayed.
6.     The message that we got is No entries found that match selection criteria Message no. SV004
Few more inputs,
u2022     Recently patch SPKE500053 for HCM module has been updated in system. Earlier level was SPKE500043.
u2022     Patch SAPKB64021 was updated for BASIS / BW/ ABAP. Earlier level was SAPKB64020.
We are worried that because of these patch upload are we facing this issue? Or else kindly let us know if another solution can be applied
