If your iMac is not starting up normally you may need to do some checking to make sure things are working correctly. I would suggest starting with the steps in this article -

Hi there, Well, i thing i might have had the same problem (if you dont mean the selecting part, then try keyboad with usb and without if u dont have a macbook pro or so), i did the same and after selecting windows it said "No bootable disk" or " no boot disk" or something like that and the installer wont start when i was trying to install via CD/DVD.
The sulution is to use 2 usb-drives, one for the support drivers from apple and one for the windows it self after burning the CD/DVD to the usb on a PC using the windows own tools and creating a ISO file.
(there might be problems whit CD/DVD install sometimes)
The ISO file on a own USB is the most importat thing!! (and even apple and windows didnt know that but me and a technikal support guy from the store i bought it managed to fix it after like 4 days )

Firefox will not load pictures, videos or more than one tab at a time. Help!

I have reinstalled Firefox 3.6 a few times, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. When I try and load a site with pictures, videos (such as YouTube, but including a blog post with pictures), or more than one tab at a time, I just get "Untitled" tabs that don't even register the address. This happens especially when clicking to open a link in a new tab from a Google Reader.
At this point too, a lot of pages will not load correctly; even Firefox Help as it turns out!

I made an account with Game Center and I wanted to use it to get some free apps on the iTunes Store. When I tried to sign in on iTunes (for Windows) it said I had to review my details. I didn't have a credit card so I couldn't complete it and there wasn't any option for no credit card.
I wondered if I could cancel my account and create a new one with the same e-mail address. There was a discussion that you could create a new account on the iTunes Store and have the choice to not have a credit card.
Any help will help!

No, it does not, not if the creation of the Apple ID was completed, which unless you are referring to a different Apple ID I presume it did since you are posting here. And once created, you can't get apps without providing a payment method; setting up for just free apps requires a very specific procedure or a payment method is necessary. Creating an account via Game Center does not work.
If you can create a new email address (Gmail or Yahoo mail will work), take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
You will of course not be able to get anything other than the free apps without entering in some sort of payment method (credit card, prepaid iTunes card, gift certificate, etc.)

Lost Network and Can't Create a New One

Well, after 5 years of uninterrupted and trouble-free internet with my Airport Express, I tried adding a password using a tip in this forum. Now, I've lost everything. My network is gone and all attempts to create a new one continue to fail.
I've tried resetting the Airport Express with a paperclip, only to continue receiving the blinking amber light.
Now, I have to type on a tiny phone just to get help.
I need a totally idiot-proof, step-by-step instructions, that even a very slow 1st-grader could understand on how to get online again. At this point, I don't even care if terrorists can get into my non-protected network. I just need to get online, please.

Can't sync anything with my microsoft account and can't create a new one?

I have recently done a software update to Windows 8.1 and now every time I try to access an app it prompts me to sign in to sync my data. I follow the screen prompts using my email address and password (the same as the one I have used to access this forum
so my current working microsoft account) and it says a microsoft account with this email address already exists on this PC.
I get through to the validation code page section, the code is sent to my phone, I enter it, the cloud information page is displayed the switch to microsoft account option appears I click switch and it says an account already exists on this PC???
If I try to choose the alternative option of creating a new account with the same email address (my main email account) I have the same issue which is an account already exists.
I have lost data and can't sync any music tracks etc - hugely frustrating!
What do I do??

What's your current User Account? Local Account or Microsoft Account? If local account, please sign out and switch to Microsoft Account. If not, it should have problem with your Microsoft Account, please try to delete it from your system and readd it for
test.

Yes, they're all free but you can only create 3 on each device, including iOS devices as well as Macs. You can use the same account on multiple devices, but you can only create a maximum of 3 accounts on each device.
This has nothing to do with email aliases. An alias is simply an email address that disguises your actual email address. This is useful to have it your want to use it for signing up for accounts on websites, etc., where you don't want to give out your real email address. Email sent to an alias arrives in the same inbox as email sent to your real email address. You can have up to three email aliases for your account, but again, this has nothing to do with the maximum of creating 3 iCloud accounts per device. Hello. I have an iPod Touch 5G with iOS 7.0.4 I suppose. I was locked out due to forgotten passcode, so I had to reset factory settings. When the new user guide screen came on, it said "Please sign in with the account used on this iPod, which is m*******@yahoo.com", I know that is my old account and I know the email username and password to it. When I log in, it says "disabled for security reasons". I make new accounts but it wont let me use in towards my iPod. I can't get in my account because I can't get in my email!!! Is there a way to make a NEW account on the iPod when I just restarted it with these please sign in with the acc---blahblah?

You are running into the Activation lock and you need to enter the Apple ID and password for the account last used on the iPod.

To recovery use of that account:

Lost Events and can't create any new ones

I have all my pictures, but my events for 18,000 photos suddenly disappeared. When I tried to create new events so that I could re-create the events (not something I'm thrilled about for that many pictures) the "Create Event" in the "Events" menu is grayed out. Each time I now upload pics from my camera an event is created but I'm not able create events myself.

1. Save yourself the bother of re-creating Events by restoring from your back up.
2. You must have at least one pic selected for the Create Events option to be available.
3. I'm on 09, but iirc there is also an Events -> Autosplit Selected Events command in 08. This will do the job automatically.

Deleted Microsoft Exchange iphone account and can't create a new one

I was having problems with my Hotmail account and so deleted it with the intention of setting it up again. Now I am unable to add my account in Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendar and get the message "Account Already Exists. Only one Exchange ActiveSync account can be configured". But I don't have any other accounts. How can I get it to recognise that I have deleted the original account?
Is there a way around this without resetting the phone?

Try this, perhaps your exchange account was by profile:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to General
3. Go to Profile
4. Click on the profile and then click on the Remove and you will get a warning. ALSO, BY REMOVING THIS PROFILE YOU WILL ALSO REMOVE THE CERTIFICATES and WIFI/VPN settings that the profile may also had included.
