CC 14 update means I have *two* Photoshops now?...
Now that the CC 14 update came through, I have two Photoshop application folders. Is it necessary to keep the previous CC version if I'm just going to use CC 14 from here on out? It'd be nice to get that HD space back. Thanks.

It seems like I have two accounts now and can buy apps and various things through both accounts depending on which one comes up. I have two iPhone 4 at home, slow slow downloads. One of them I've tested WiFi at work, Same issue. e.g. Apps take forever to download over WiFi compared to a AT&T-3G connection.
I have only just got an iphone 4 which I immediately updated to ios7 so have nothing to compare it with. But it doesn't even see networks that come up clear on the macbook. Same thing for a colleague in the same spot. previously I had an android phone which picked up just fine.

Software updated combo stuck for two hours now...
On iMac intel. It has been saying registering updated components for over two hours. Spinning wheel (not beach ball, the antsy turning one).

I have two libraries now. One for iPhoto and one for Photos
The Photos library is significantly smaller than the the iPhoto library. 70gb versus 105 gb.
I read I can delete the older iPhoto program and library but why would it be so much larger if it is based on the same photos. Why isn't the new Photos Library the same size?

glenYou cannot have two different TC setups.. at least until Mountain Lion.. it did introduce some changes but I am not sure if you can setup two different configurations for TM.. you can use two different devices to back up to. I doubt this will help you.
You might be better using a real backup software.. superduper, CCC, chronosync etc.
The TC by default is available to any Mac in the network to do backups. TM will sort itself out and put each computer on a different backup. These are kept in separate sparsebundles.. so that is all fine. -

I did the latest iTunes update...I have 2 iPhones--each thru a different provider. Now, I can't sync to download any music from iTunes. iTunes doesn't recognize either device now. I went thru diagnostics, didn't work. I tried the suggestions from Apple...it says to click the device button in upper right corner....there isn't one. When I connected each for the first time after update, it "installed device drivers". I have checked for further updates on iTunes--nothing. I made sure there were no updates listed for iPhones...all up to date. I get an error code and from what I have looked through in forums etc, it seems like a lot of people are getting it...0ex000084 I believe it was. Windows opens to download photos but that's it. Devices are not listed at all. I have tried all 3 USB ports in computer too. I have never had any problems before this update!! HELP! I just bought $15 worth of music I can't download to phones now!
On the left hand side of iTunes do you have the sidebar up left hand side?
If this is not up then try this, with iTunes open press "Control" and "s" together and it should bring it up. From the sidebar it should show an option devices with the iPhones underneath it. -

how to update the 1st report. Please help mewhen you use the htmldb_item api to render form elements to your pages, those values end up in the htmldb_application.g_fNN arrays. i'm not sure how you defined your first report region, but you seem to be populating the g_f01 through g_f04 arrays with your second. if that's the case, try populating g_f05 with your first region. a query region like...
select htmldb_item.text(5,ename) from emp
...would do it. you should then be able to access those submitted values in the htmldb_application.g_f05 array.

Using the camera app on the iphone saves photos to camera roll. With photo stream switched on I obviously have to sets of photos on my phone which means I am wasting memory.
Is there a way of making the Photo Stream library the primary library. This way you can save to photo stream (on iphone as well) and then not waste the memory by double parking your photos.

As already provided, PhotoStream is temporary serving a designated purpose and limited to 1,000 photos and 30 days for the photos. -
unable to load any web site, no error message, just a blank page.
safari and chrome work fine, in fact I am using chrome to type this up. This problem only limited to my account, I have created other account and firefox work as it should with no problem. I am unsure with else to clear to get firefox working again.Update: This is NOT just related to "Yahoo" pages, while this problem first began with some of my Yahoo pages, it is now also happening with other NON Yahoo things I want to load up. Like Twitter, or Links in emails that load Blank, or even images within emails that show up Blank in the preview part of Yahoo mail. It is NOT a Yahoo issue as I have loaded up my Yahoo Mail in IE and Chrome, and everything loads wonderfully. I can even load up sites like Twitter, and other websites that will NOT load in Firefox, but they come up fine in other Browsers.
I have done the ONLY suggestion that came from Firefox Tech support, to load up FF in Safe Mode, but the problems still exists. I have uninstalled FF and re-loaded it, but the same problem is there.
Does anyone have any ideas here at all? I can't seem to get any Fire Fox help, so I am reaching out to the community here to see if anyone can help.... Thank you !! -

After the latest update I have two Photoshops and two Lightrooms each showing up in the CC app. They are listed like this:

Can I uninstall one of them? If so which is the latest version of Photoshop?

I'm new to photoshop and creative cloud. I purchased photoshop cc a few weeks ago. It then updated and I now have two versions: photoshop cc and photoshop cc (2014). they both keep updating, I presume for good reason, but I'm not sure why I have two versions.
Do I need both? if not, which is the version I should have? and how to I get rid of the other?

Photoshop CC 2014 is the "newer" one, several features that are valuable to some users have been abandoned in this version (Flash Panels, Oilpaint Filter, …), though.

You can just keep both versions, but as a relative newcomer you might be better off going with Photoshop CC 2014.

I updated Itunes to v 10.5. Mistake!!!! Then updated iOS 5 to my iPhone 4 now my iPhone doesn't work as the applications freezes when trying to restore the phone. Same thing happens with my iPad 2, so now I have two pieces of equipment that are completely non-functional. Can any please tell me what to do?
