CC 2014 constantly crashing

Question

CC 2014 has been crashing constantly for the past few weeks and has got worse since the last update. It is at the point now where it is un-usable, I have spoken to multiple support staff and nothing is being done. I have spoken to numerous other people in London who are experiencing exactly the same thing. All details below: (I have an error report from when it last crashed but that is too big to paste onto here).
After about 5 minutes of basic editing, the playback and finder window freeze up. Fully rendered sequences wont playback after this happens. When I then try to close Premiere, it will crash and will require a 'force quit' every time.
I am editing GH4 footage. Combination of 1080p (24fps) and 4K (24fps). No effects being used.
I have uninstalled Filmconvert to see if it was that and the issue remains. No other plugins currently installed?

Processor 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory 16 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB
OS X 10.9.5 (13F34)
I have tried all of the following already so please dont tell me to do this.
Sign out from Creative Cloud, restart Premiere Pro, then sign in
Update any GPU drivers
Trash preferencesI read you already tried this.
Ensure Adobe preference files are set to read/write
Delete media cache
Remove plug-ins
If you have AMD GPUs, make sure CUDA is not installed
Repair permissions
In Sequence Settings > Video Previews, change the codec to one that matches your footage

Analyzed simply by using the standard Windows task Manager, opening it on the Performance tab. There are two the first to review utilization program computer resources: CPU and RAM usage. I noticed that the program caches all user actions, and continuous activities (i.e. clicked on the mouse button and predigest cursor image, make it resize within the visible area or just a quick scroll the cursor over the clip on the timeline) program caches in RAM.
With the active editing my program could leave for 5-15 minutes (even when calculating the applied effects, forgot to mention). Adding RAM is the residence time in the program has increased Significantly, I can say that I almost forgot about the suspension. The program now rarely gets to level 30 GB, and if it happens, it starts to slow down and the RAM is overloaded, I just shut down and turned on again the program. I.e. the real solution. Although to call it a full 100% hard, 80% can be called.
