Cc 2014 crashes
I have installed and de-installed Photoshop 2014 CC two times - still it crashes.... My Photoshop 5,5 runs fine.
But since I have ordered and installed CC 2014 I work only on the technical side. I do not get the plug ins (e.g. Topaz adjust seen in 2014 CC nor I can be sure that 2014 CC crashes next time I get in ......)
I am very unhappy with the situation - I installed it first yesterday since then I could work only a bit (maybe 20 minutes)....
I tried alredy some Ideas I found by Googele (start PS as Admin, re-install etc) but nothin works.
I have installed my Windowws 7 just new - so its very clean!
My system is:
Operating System System Model
Windows 7 Home Premium (x64) Service Pack 1 (build 7601)
Install Language: Deutsch (Deutschland)
System Locale: Deutsch (Deutschland)
Installed: 23.08.2014 21:52:17
Display
Samsung SyncMaster [Monitor] (7,2"vis, s/n 1463956023, Februar 2011)
Why is PS shown as Trial?
Adobe Systems - Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 (trial)
Thanks for help

What do the Window 7 reliability history crash reports show is the cause of the CC 2014 crashes? The Windows UI in German should look something like this:

Photoshop CC 2014 crashes in OSX 10.9.4
I am using a MacBook Pro mid 2010 with OSX 10.9.4 and Photoshop CC 2014 crashes on opening with a message "Could not initialise Photoshop because of a program error."
I also have the previous version Photoshop CC and it runs fine. Anyone experiencing the same?
Thanks, Chris"Could not initialize Photoshop because of a program error" is a generic error and means something unanticipated.
Lets optimize PS for best performance and then check. http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/optimize-performance-photoshop-cs4-cs5.html#main_Set_P erformance_preferences

Photoshop CC 2014 crash when opening or creating new files when running with Cintiq 13HD.
I have a problem where Photoshop CC 2014 crashes when trying to open or create a new file while the Photoshop window is being displayed on my Cintiq 13HD.
When Photoshop is being displayed on my main monitor it doesn't crash.
I'm running Windows 7 (64 bit) and have updated my graphics and wacom drivers to their latest versions and Photoshop is completely up to date. (I'm running the 30-day free trial)
Here's the event log of the crash:

Premiere Pro CC 2014 crashing on export using Windows 8.1
Hello
I am using Windows 8.1 and ever since I did the most recent update of creative cloud for my apps PR CC 2014 crashes every time I export to media encoder, I have found a little work around by opening media encoder and choosing the file I want manually, but as I type this the video is rendering so I don't know if there will be any visual or audio bugs as a result.
Is there a fix for PR CC, 2014 export issue on windows yet?
I did look through the forum a little before writing this but all the other threads regarding this issue are on MAC and I'm running Windows.
Thanks for any help
AndyWhat is your exact brand/model graphics adapter (ATI or nVidia or ???)
What is your exact graphics adapter driver version?
Have you gone to the vendor web site to check for a newer driver?
For Windows, do NOT rely on Windows Update to have current driver information
-you need to go direct to the vendor web site and check updates for yourself
ATI Driver Autodetect http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool

Photoshop CC 2014 crashes right after start in Win7 Ultimate. Installed a new graphics card MSI GeForce GT730 and did an immediate driver update. Also completely updated Windows. Bridge and Lightroom 5.5 work fine. After several attempts to get PS up and running, also after checking possible solutions on the web and in this community I was still left with a crashing application.
Then tried a cracked amtlib.dll in the Photoshop directory and PS worked fine! But not able to check in to CC. Then replaced the cracked amtlib.dll with the original and PS again crashed a few seconds after launch. Oh, and yes, I did check out of Creative Cloud and checked in again but nothing worked so far. After browsing through several sites I finally stumbled upon the message below, posted a couple of months ago in this forum.
This sequence finally was the solution to my problem with Ps crashing after launch.
PROBLEM SOLVED!!
After dozens of fruitless attemps to solve the problem and many, many hours of searching the web, I stumbled upon a thread in the PS community that helped me fix the problem and made my day (weekend).
The thread was originally posted by MrNameloc here and ALL CREDITS got to him. A public "Thank You" to MrNameloc is also in its right place.
The solution is as follows:
Un-install Photoshop CC.
Un-install Adobe CC.
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and find SLCache and delete it.
Go to: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and find SLStore and delete it.
Restart.
Install Adobe CC.
Install Photoshop.
Restart.
@Adobe, you might wanna write this one behind your ear just in case it shows up again in the forums... 'cose it will. -

Any reliable solutions out there, @ADOBE?Hi Sean,

Thanks Kevin - I have no plugin folders in my premiere CC installation - where would I find the plugins for uninstalling?
I have http://fxfactory.com
installed on my machine... and it has previously shown up in AE + Premiere... though I can't get Premiere CC to open, nor can I see any Premiere CC plugin folders..
( only folders are : configuration and presets )
I would recommend uninstalling FXFactory as it has been the source of crashes for this release. See the Noise Industries site for any updates. Use their uninstaller. Plug-ins are located here on Mac: User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/8.0/MediaCore/
sean healy wrote:
Could you also point me to any specific folder addresses where I should try and delete preferences or any other premiere CC files that may be corrupted or need permissions checked etc?
Preferences are located here: User/Library/Preferences/com.Adobe.Premiere Pro.8.0.plist
It's easier just to relaunch with the Shift+Option keys held down until you see the splash screen.
sean healy wrote:
... I'll have to check and see if AE CC does dynamic link to Prem CS 6...
It does not. You must have the exact same versions of these applications in order for dynamic link to function properly.
sean healy wrote:
There seems to be a lot of users complaining specifically about Prem CC crashing on start - while all of their other apps work fine - it'd be great if Adobe addressed this...
OK. However, crashing on launch can occur for a variety of reasons, including installing plug-ins that are not updated for the version. I am investigating other cases and seeing if there's anything we can do from our side to prevent this from happening. I do appreciate your concern.
Thanks,

[long crash log removed... please only send a crash log to a technician, when asked]Ok I found it what cause this problems "Custom Styles". Not Brushes, not Tool Preset, Custom Swatches or Patterns definitely "Custom Styles". What I did? I reset all my preset manager which I add previously. Then restart Photoshop. After opening I added my presets one bye one. First I added my h'all Custom Swatches and quit Photoshop. Result No Crash. Then added my h'all Patterns and quit. No Crash. Then I added my h'all styles (Over 100. These are h'all inside 1 style files) and quit Photoshop. And result CRASHED. I follow adobe solution in this link Photoshop CC 2014 crashes when you quit and save all my styles like a new. But solution didn't work. Still crashing when I added my styles no matter what!

Premiere Pro CC 2014 crashing constantly

Photoshop CC 2014 crashes on creating 3D objects
Hello, I need help with this problem of Photoshop in this computer.
Photoshop CC 2014 crashes when choosing 3D > New 3D Extrusion From Selected Path and the rest of operations from this menu.
It can show the 3D Workspace, but creating 3D objects causes the program to crash. The GPU enhanced feature Perspective Warp works.
In Preferences > Performance Photoshop detects the graphics card as NVIDIA Corporation GeForce GT 610/PCIe/SSE2, and changing the Advanced Settings Mode to Basic does not solve the problem. Total VRAM says 2019 MB.
I've already installed 4GB more of RAM and a different graphics card (NVIDIA) apart of the integrated graphic card (AMD) trying to fix this problem, but it remains the same.
Drivers are updated and working (old uninstalled).
Resetting Preferences and using another Administrator account also does not work.
This is annoying, I need to do the work in 3D using computers from others and I don't understand why only this feature fails and causes such bad behavior.
Your help would be appreciated. Thank you.
