CC applications keep saying it is Trial software when I am a subscriber

I am a Creative Cloud for teams subscriber, and some of the applications ask me to sign in and (seemingly randomly) tell me that the software is Trial. The Acrobat XI Pro (which I installed via the Creative Cloud app) consistently gives this message, and is now Expired.

ADOBE ACROBAT ISSUE
This issue is not directly connected to >this< problem with CC and it's localization, but as far as i know, it's very simillar. The issue occures also due the fact, that CC manager (Windows) and Acrobat installation are in different languages. BUT Acrobat works partially on it's own outside the creative cloud (even thou the main installation is done through CC, updates are sometimes done inside the acrobat itself). Also, and here comes more of the schizofreny, its' localization doesn't fight with only against CC but also against  own family - Distiller, which contrary to your selection is installed in your Windows language ;-)

as you are from the same country as me, you can try simillar approach, that worked for me. I had exactly the same problem. There are 2 ways to solve this. Uninstall Acrobat from Creative Cloud and download direct installation of Adobe Acrobat from Adobe website: www.adobe.com/go/acrobat_free_trial/ install and then "log in". Now it shouldn't ask you for CD Key

THIS IS HUGE PROBLEM! Because for many of us, Distiller is application on which our job and thus our life DIRECTLY dependant! I'm terrified, there is not suitable solution for such major problem yet!!! (i will just mention, that printers in our country does NOT accept directly exported PDFs, no matter what i set there! So without possibility to export our documents properly, we are absolutely *** up and we have to reinstall the whole system every 30 days!!!)

    I was able to locate a support article for the error you mentioned. The following steps may help you get your device back to working order:
    iOS: Restore errors 4005, 4013, and 4014 - Apple Support
    You may see one of these messages if the device unexpectedly disconnects during the update or restore or iTunes couldn't tell the device to go to the restore state.
    The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4005).
    The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4013).
    The iPhone [device name] could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (4014).
    Try these steps to resolve the issue:
    Install the latest version of iTunes.
    Restart your computer.
    Make sure your computer is up to date. If an update requires a restart, check for updates again after you restart.
    Restore using another USB cable.
    Learn more about updating OS X.
    Learn more about updating Windows.
    Restore your device on another computer.
    If you continue to see error 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your device,contact Apple for support.

    This is what worked for me: Double tap your home button to bring up the programs running in the back ground, press and hold so they show the red close option and close all programs.  After that shut your iphone down and power back on.  Immediately go to General>Software Update and it should work.  Good Luck

    If you want to solve your problems, unjailbreak. And don't do it again, because jailbreaking causes problems as you read about in that article. You can try Recovery Mode: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808

    You may want to update your iPhone using iTunes on a computer if your device only shows "estimating time remaining" when you try to update wirelessly:

    Install the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
    Plug in your device to your computer.

    I've been using Photoshop CC since last August. Suddenly, this morning, opening Photoshop CC requires my Adobe ID; it's telling me that this is required for trial software. Huh? I've been paying every month to get... a trial? This is news to me.  Any idea how to get this to stop?

    Welcome to the club. The whole CC licensing subsystem is crawling with bugs, and this is one of the most annoying. Which is too bad, because it's a brilliant and very user-friendly system when it works as advertised.
    The CC forum is full of this. The latest official fix seems to be this one. This particular fix is Windows only (didn't help me on Win 7 though). But Macs are affected equally:

    But the diagnosis given there seems to be correct. I'm signed out whenever I connect a certain external USB drive. So I don't do that, and since I stopped doing it I have remained signed in. Others have been signed out changing network connection. The common element seems to be a slight change in hardware status.
    I'm sitting it out, waiting for an update or a more conclusive fix.

  • Application Manager says Acrobat X is installed when it isn't.

    I had CS5.5 installed on my Mac, and then I also installed CS6 via the Creative Cloud and Adobe Application Manger to try it out. After deciding to sign up to the CC license, I used the Adobe uninstaller to delete CS5.5. That went smoothly, but now Acrobat X is gone (as it should be after running the CS 5.5 uninstaller) and the new Adobe Application Manager says that Acrobat Pro X is INSTALLED. I can't seem to find a way to reset AAM and get it to recognize that Acrobat is actually now uninstalled and install it again.
    Any thoughts and help on the matter would be appreciated.

    If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. <br />

    Snow Leopard doesn't require a restart to install.
    Are you booting from the install DVD?
    Restart your MacBook holding the Option key and select the install DVD.
