I have downloaded my purchased adobe products, after having the 30 day trail, and the start up page is asking for a serial number. I have gone through the necessary motions and cannot find a serial number/ redemption code anywhere. Can someone help? Thanks

Dan if you have Creative Cloud and our being prompted for a serial number then it is likely your computer is not currently able to contact our activation server. Then you purchased it from Apple. They will send the complete boxed set with a serial number. Whatever you downloaded is most likely just a trial version.
If by "download" you mean how to install on the computer, then you have an installer DVD. On or in the box you received will be the required serial number. You might see the following:

Creative Cloud for teams downloads as a trial and asks for a serial number

My employer purchased a Creative Cloud for teams account. I'm using my Adobe ID and trying to install the applications on my laptop at home. When the applications launch, they say I'm running a trail version. Then I'm given the option to license the software or continue the trial. When I click license this software, I sign in with my Adobe ID then it asks for a serial number. I don't have the serial number from my employer. Shouldn't it just be enough that I sign in with my registered Adobe ID and password?

I need to reinstall my CS3 creative suite I bought with a student license. It allows me to install but never asked for the serial number. I can open the programs but can not use them, get a "Adobe updater quit unexpectedly" message.

I bought a CS3 creative suite on a student license in 2008. The original MAC laptop has died and I am trying to install it on a MAC desktop. the programs installs successfully but never ask for a serial number. the programs will open but I can not open any files, I get a Adobe Updater quite unexpectedly message. This is bad and I am sorry to hear that you are running into these issues.
Let me connect with you, so right now, the current state is that you have installed copy of PSE 8 in trial on your windows 7 machine, and when you are trying to enter the serial number from your PSE 8 Box, it is saying the serial number to be invalid?
It might sound pretty obvious, but please make sure that you are entering the serial number correctly and of PSE 8(in case you bought a PEPE box)?
Have you tried the steps mentioned below by Barbara?
If possible, you can send me the serial number through PRIVATE MESSAGE and I can check it on my end that whether the serial number is indeed invalid or that the issue is with your machine?

If you have Lightroom 3 still installed, you can get it from there.
If you don't and you have your box/disk, it should be on there.
IF you don't have either of those,and you registered your software, you can log into your Adobe account and retrieve it there.

My CS 6 is asking for a serial number and I already entered it twice. Is it due to me installing Adobe CC?

First off, my computer had to be wiped clean back in early January. All my programs was gone and that included my CS6 program. So I re-installed them. Then one day, I see this Adobe update and it had the Adobe Creative Cloud App. I think I did something stupid and I wanted to tryout not only the Lightroom version, but Photoshop CC as well. My CS6 already had a Photoshop on it. I thought it would be a separated (you know, a separated program on one side and the other one on one side) and not interfere with my CS6 program. Now it's asking for a serial number and whenever I input my serial number (oh by the way, I got CS6 through my school by online; so I got a non disc version) it saying my serial number experied. So here's my questions:
1. If I remove the Adobe CC app off my computer, would the cc versions of my CS6 programs go away?
2. How many time can you installed the non disc version of CS6?
3. Cont. from the first question; If I re install CS6 and uninstalled the CC app would that help?
I know I sound almost computer illiterate, but I need help with this issues. I am college student, and I can't afford one CS6 program, rather alone the whole CS6 and I really need that suite in order to complete my assignments while at home. What do I do?

Tina Hadley did you migrate/transfer your applications over to your new Macintosh? If so this could cause problems with your serial number being recognized. Please run the available uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder. Once this is done you will also want to run the CC Cleaner Tool.
