CC assessment to PA based on Stat key fig on internal orders?

Hi Experts
Please assist me. Is it possible to capture key statistical figures on numerous Internal orders representing vehicle numbers. Then by using the assessment of cost centre cost to PA, use these statistical key figures as a tracing factor to distribute vehicle expenses to customers?

Not clear about your requirement... You have captured expenses in IOs? or In Cost Center?
Your question is bit confusing as you want to capture SKF against IO, but you said you want to allocate cost centers.. So, I am confused
You can capture SKF against IO in KB31N... If you want to allocate expenses from IO based on SKF to COPA - use note 605281 so that IOs can be used as senders in assmt or dist cycle...

Unable to enhance 0EC_PCA_3 with Stat Key Fig (STAGR)

Colleagues:
My client is implementing infosource 0EC_PCA_3 for line-item PCA reporting. The only problem is this datasource lacks inclusion of SKF (STAGR) and SKF Type (GRTYP). Even though these fields are included in the extract structure GLPCW, these fields are not visible in the datasource maintenance screen in R/3. If I append the extract structure via ZAGLPCW, and have the datasource to include these fields (by unchecking HIDE and FOR CONV. EXIT checkboxes), data for these fields still is not transferred into BW. I have performed an EXHAUSTIVE search in OSS with no luck.
Does anyone know if this datasource has some sort of filter which excludes records with SKF postings? Any thoughts, solutions, workarounds, etc. (We created a custom datasource using the generic data extractor on GLPCA, which successfully extracts all data, however, performance is terrible!!)
We are aware of datasource 0EC_PCA_2 which extracts SKF data at the period level, however, my client requires a lower level of detail (i.e. daily, weekly).

All the 0EC_PCA_* extractors use the function module ECPCA_BIW_GET_DATA for extraction., if you look under the statement CASE I_ISOURCE, it explains why STAGR is not available in 0EC_PCA_3 and RACCT is not available in 0EC_PCA_2
Based on the business scenario, there are other ways you can make use of the extractor 0EC_PCA_2 to load the data daily. Does the requirement specify load of SKF data daily or report SKF data based on 'entered on' date? Based on the requirement we can work around the problem

1.If you have the BOR key and the name of the BOR then you can make use of the FM SAP_WAPI_WORKITEMS_TO_OBJECT the result of the function module would return you the top/parent workitem ID of the worklow which acted asa receiver.
2. Once you have the top/parent workitem ID then try to pass the same workitem ID to SAP_WAPI_GET_WORKITEM_DETAIL this would return you the SWWWIHEAD table entry. From the result structure check the field value WI_STAT , this would have the right status of the workflow whether it got completed or still in process state.

GR slip - Number of copies to vary based on Country key

Hi,
We are a multinational company and we have a requirement related to GR slips. The number of copies of GR slip printed should vary based on the country key, where the user is printing the GR slip....for e.g. if it is US then it should be 3 copies, Germany should be 5 and so on.
So the same form has to be printed, only the number of copies varies....based on the country where it is printed.
How to accomplish this. We are using Inventory Management Output determination, with Output type WE03. Please help.

See if country key can be added to the condition table and insert it in the access sequence. Define exclusion check box by maintaining this access as the first in your access sequence. When you maintain condition record for country as one of the parameters, make your number of copied in its communication data as you wish. It should print based on country key, the number of copies...

Best container for random search based on string key

Hi, I have a list of data objects indexed by a univocal string key. I need to perform fast random searches on this list, based on the key value. My current C++ implementation uses an STL map:
map<string, DataObject>
and I search items using operator[].
I was wondering if there is a better choice for the container than STL map, eg., some container which is heavily specialized for this kind of task, or some optimized STL algorithm to perform search instead of map::operator[]. Insertion is not an issue since the list is filled once and for all when my program starts, so I don't need to add items subsequently.

My favourite data structure for a string-keyed associative array is the PATRICIA trie. I find they perform comparably to hash tables. You can find a C implementation by me here, and I'm sure there's good C++ implementations. It sounds like you've already got performance where you want it, but I just figured I'd bring up another option.

How to run a exception based on some condition i.e
i want to highlight the sales(key figure) which r less than the average sales..
where sales and average sales r keyfigures...
i also created a cal key fig which has has value 1 if sale > avg sale...
i.e How do i display an exception on one keyfigure depending on the value of another keyfigure??

Calculated Key-Figure based on Cumulated Key-Figure

Hi BW-Community,
I have problems defining a ckf based on a key-figure wich are marked as cumulated. I know this topic was discussed before
but I did not find a acceptable solution yet.
Here is my example (as it should be)
*** KF1     KF2   CKF3 (KF1 % KF2)
2            2           100%
4            2           200%
6            2           300%
And this is the Output from BW
*** KF1    KF2   CKF3 (KF1 % KF2)
2            2           100%
4            2           100%
6            2           100%
BW uses the not cumulated keyfigure-value instead of the cumulated value,
I tried several things:
1.) Use the class CL_RSR_WWW_MODIFY_TAB and redefine the method data_cell to do a manual calculation on the results. This works but
it is very inflexible and restricted on WEb Template also the Excel Integration do not work properly.
2.) Mark the CKF also as cumulated but this don't work either.
My customer uses such calculation on almost every Query and Report so I need a practicable solution.
I think the best way to solve this is in the staginf prozess, but i did not find a solution yet.
Does anybody know a workaround, solution? We will put to NW2004s soon is there any chance that this will work
in this release?

I create a new CKF without percentage funktion but it didn't work. Same result as described in the first post.
Even if i put only KF1 in a new CKF (e.g.CKF2 =KF1) the uncumuated value is shouwm
Example:

@ Structure
I know that using structure is possible. But we cannot use structures, because we have a dynamic amount of characteristic-values (e.g. 0calday)

Problem facing while cumulating the key fig

Forecast values have month starting day to ending date.
Actual values have month starting date to the present day(system date).
According to client requirement in layout, i have to show shipmentforecast(day) and shipmenforecast(cumulate) from month starting date to ending date and shipmentactual(day) and shipmentactual(Cumulate) from month starting day to present day(system date).
shipmentforecast(day) and shipmentactual(day) comes from cube, based on that i created shipmentforecast(cumulate) and shipmentactual(cumulate) using new selection and in properties i selected cumaulte, apply to the result, cumulate along rows.
while cumulating, shipmentactual(cumulate) is showing corect cumulate values from month staring day to present day(system day), after present day it showing last cumulate value ( present day value) by default to remaining days.
Even i am restricted the Actual(cumulate) with a customer exit variable( month starting date to system date ), still it showing last cumulate valye to remaing cells ( after present day to end of the month)
i should not get this.
In rows i taken 0calday.
in columns i taken Key figs which are

please refer teh document already how to write FM based extration on generic extractors.
and here the logic to find the latest records values:-
-> get the data in an internal table
->Sort the internal table data based from date descending
-> Using READ statement , we can read the first record of the table which is nothign but your latest record.

Hi Rambo,
virual chars/key figs are normally created infoobjects. They will be added to a provider, but there is no value posted to them in the provider. They will stay initial. In the relevant user exit (enhancement rsr000001) you have to implement the coding to populate the values during runtime of your query.
You can use them
a) to show movements without having any data posted to your provider (e.g. you can set a flag identifying a sales order for 'in time', 'due' or 'late' if you compare the run date of the query with the desired delivery date of the customer. Of course for order without having the status 'delivered'.)
b) to create flexible classifications (e.g. sales orders amounts: 0 - 100 = class A, 101 - 1000 = class B.... if you want to change the classification based on the amounts you have to use virtual infoobjects)

Keep in mind that when you connect to the cube directly you will lose the following:
- navigational attributes
- restricted keyfigures
- calculated keyfigures
- variables

Hi Harish,
Execute the query in RSRT and check whether you have any short dump is in ST22. This would give a clear idea at what might have gone wrong.
Another thing is to check whether the code for the variable is fine in the user exit.

Key figs not populating in Multiprovider Query

Folks,
I have created a multiprovider on a Order Header and and Order Items with the following fields -
Order Header - Sales Doc
                         Orde_ date
                         Promotion_Code
Order Items - Sales Doc
                      Order_date
                       Sale_amt
                      Order_cnt
                      Line_Cnt
My Report should display -
      __Order_date__   __Prom_Code__ __Order_Cnt__ __Lin_Cnt__ __Sale_ amt__
Even though I have order date as 1st column in my report (which is common field in both providers), in the report it is displaying as 2 different rows for each Order date.
1st row displaying Promotion_code from Provider 1 and the 2nd row displaying all the Key fig's.
How can I get all fields in one row? please share your thoughts..

Thanks Mansi and Arun for your response, Promotion code infoobject is only available in Header Cube...Is there any alternative way of doing this other than adding this field in Order item and doing look up in header cube?? I do not want to do a look up as it will effect my dataload performance.

Since upgrading Windows server 2008 R2 to Server 2012 Standard edition, we get this repetitious critical error in the event log:
Event 1001
Op Code NLS initialization
The NLS operation failed because the registry key Control Panel\International\User Profile cannot be opened. Error code is 2. Error message: The system cannot find the file specified.
We originally found that the regional date settings after changing them in regional settings (DD/MM/YYYY) and they did not inherit properly from the upgrade but they are ok now.
I've looked at HKCU\.Default\Control Panel\International and nothing looks obviously wrong. Country codes, time & date formats are correct.
How do we ascertain the cause of this error and the specific registry key that might be problematic?
