Cc cleaner has altered page layout, missing buttons, pictures not shown with txt but below, certain pages also not now intertactive..cannot scroll and over buttons and click to enable choice. help to

I'm currently using Firefox v4.0.1, which I like and am happy with, as it allows me to use my Kaspersky link filter and virtual keyboard.
Anyway, I recently decided to clean my registry and history using cc cleaner.. I did not back up as I had never experienced problems before. Once cc cleaner had finished and I opened Firefox I noticed that my two home page layouts had altered. The Supanet home page is now all disjointed, buttons are scattered to the left and right of the page, where once they where side by side, all of the images and text seem to be beneath each other and instead of one page i now have to scroll down and down to the full page, all text and image seem to be left margin.
On the google home page certain buttons are there but the text within has disappeared, although the buttons work, a search for Mail online through google..(or Supanet home page) is not a problem, however, once we arrive at the site it pretty much displays the info in the same layout/manner as the Supanet hompage. Further more certain buttons on other sites are no longer interactive..eg, Asda voucher print out. i do not wish to update to other version of firefox as i would lose Kaspersky buttons..so please help..I've tried everything..even re installing version 4.0.1..Help, I now it must be simple..but I'm not a techie!! Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

Try to edit the size of the page using the sides of the page, or if you are desperate, force quit using command-Q. In full screen put your cursor on the top of the page, and the menu bar will appear. If it doesn't keep "pushing" it up until it does. Hope this helps!

Having synced my ipod, there are certain artists missing from the list on the ipod, but the tracks are there under the songs list. Any reason why and how do i correct this. Thanks.
We'll assume for now, that all the songs and albums in your iTunes Library are correctly labelled (dangerous assumption, by the way!), and that a Compilation album is one with songs by different artists. Unfortunately, the music industry (bless their little cotton socks!) often mark an album by one artist, that has a collection of their songs from old albums, as a compilation! iTunes doesn't think it is!
The missing artists will be those who only appear on Compilation albums. For example, if you have one song by Fleetwood Mac in your Library, and it's on a multi-artist Compilation album, then Fleetwood Mac will not be listed in the Artists menu. But, if you then import a Fleetwood Mac album (or even a Fleetwood Mac single) into your Library, then not only will Fleetwood Mac appear under Artists, but the song by them in the Compilation album will also be listed.
One way to sort this out is to remove the Compilations option from the Main Menu and the Music Menu on your iPod. To do this, go to Settings/Main Menu/Compilations and press the Select (centre) button to turn off the tick. Then repeat this in the Settings/Music Menu/Compilations.
You should now find the missing artists listed in the Artists menu.
By the way, I now routinely check all albums I import from CD into my iTunes Library. Before I start the import procedure, I make sure that Compilation CD is turned on (highlight the album in the import window and right-click/Compilation CD) if it really is a multi-artist CD - and off if it's a single artist CD. Once imported, I manually change the album info to; (highlight album and select ) File/Get Info/Info/Album Artist has "Various Artists" in the box. Make sure it's the Album Artist box, not the Artist box. -

I moved up from Dreamwaever 4 to thr Trial version of DW8.
Was doing well, until the the 'page layout' stopped
displaying.
My pages are : Head PHP, Left HTM. Right Htm and center panel
where I do al the work (Journal stuff)
But now Upon clicking "Files" all I get is the Head PHP,
whilst the page layout does not load.

Why is my page orientation button not working with the new update to pages?
Since I have updated my pages my print orientation button is not working. amy ideas as to why that is and are ther many people with this problem???
We are all busy with many other problems in Pages 5.
Unless you have found some real reason to use Pages 5 just go back to Pages '09 which should still be in your Applications folder, until Apple sorts this all out.

MY Mail app does not respond in anyway to anything. The icon shows I have over 300 emails but I have no access to them. When I tap on the Mail icon a blank white page comes up with the blue format lines. No emails, no inbox, nothing, not a single letter of the alphabet is there. Within a few seconds it blinks out and I see the icon and my home screen. Soon it just blinks out to black. I am left with the icon at the bottom center of the screen. I have no way to shut it down. I have no access to the emails (300) in my inbox. All that is happening is my memory is getting filled up with emails. I would appreciate any solution to this problem barring deleting my email set up in settings.

If I'm understanding your situation, you've got an iPad running iOS 6.1.3 and the Mail app is not working. I understand you don't want to remove and re-add your email account.
The first thing I would suggest is to make sure your iPad is backed up to iCloud or iTunes.
Do you have an iMAP or a POP email account? When you go online to your email service provider's website, are you able to access the 300 emails in your inbox?
Since the Mail app is part of your iOS operating system, upgrading that software to the latest version, which is 8.1.3 may resolve this issue.

Picture not "right" with Photo Contacts on Phone Page
Hello,
I have assigned a few pictures to some of the contacts on my iPhone 3G. However, they do not seem to act in the same way as the example on the Phone features page on the iPhone website.
What I mean by this is, when you look on the iPhone web pages, when making a call the picture appears at the top of the page above the screen detail that has the globe in the background and things such as mute, speaker, keypad etc. in the foreground. What I am talking about is illustrated here:

However, when I associate pictures to my contacts, when making a call the phone application does not act as illustrated above. Instead it replaces the globe in the background with the picture I have assigned to my contact and then overlays the foreground information (mute, speaker etc.) on top of it. I would definately prefer my phone to act along the lines of the illustration above instead of how it actually does. I don't like my loved ones picturess' covered over in this way :^)
Is there anything I can do to get the application to display and act as outlined in the example above as illustrated in the associated link? IS there something I should be doing to the pictures that I use that will make things work in this way?
I hope I've managed to explain my problem adequately. Any help anyone can give or pointers to a place that explains what I need to do would be greatly appreciated.

MarcusThe ads and commercials show an iPhone that was synced with a Mac (go figure). In the Macs addresss book the user assigned a picture to the contact on the computer. Then synced. Synced photos from the computer will get the effect you are looking for as they come over as thumbnails.
I believe if you have the newest version of Outlook you can do the same, but not 100% sure. But as mentioned, you would have to assign the picture on the Computer and sync back. -
I was downloading a Bosesoundtouch update on my iphone. Screen went black and now I cannot see anything.

Just updated to OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 and cannot find the "Import" button in the toolbar to record video on my iMac's Face Time HD built-in camera. Trying to follow the steps found under "iMovie (2013): Record video with the FaceTime HD camera" on apple support posting but it seems to me that those were posted for another OS version.
