CC CS6 showing 14 days remaining on trial

Hi. One of my users in Poland is complaining that when he starts Photoshop, he gets the message below
Can anyone help with this? I've seen suggestions that we should completely uninstall and reinstall CS6, but we're unable to do this, he's a remote user, and without my admin priviledges, he can't uninstall or reinstall anything
(I'm posting here as i got tired of waiting for phone support after an hour, does anyone have a support email that i can use instead?)

Is there any chance of getting some kind of help with this issue? I've spent fruitless hours on the phone to support in a queue without ever having a call answered by a person, and now this 'trial period' message has expired, he can no longer use Photoshop, Indesign and a few other CC for teams apps
The complete problem is:
He gets the screen above. The 3 buttons are BUY NOW, GET THE LICENCE FOR THIS SOFTWARE and CONTINUE WITH THE TRIAL OPTION (now not available)
He selects get the licence
Next, he's presented with LOGIN IS REQUIRED TO USE THIS PRODUCT AND REGISTER IT WITH YOUR ADOBE ID. WE WILL LOG YOU IN WITH YOUR ADOBE ID: [his email address]
BACK or LOGIN
When he logs in, he sees this window, asking for a serial number

License activation reverting to trial & -1 days remaining

OK, I'm aware of an issue discussed in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/trial--1-launch.html
This involves a fully registerred version of a Cloud licensed CS6 app reverting to trial mode, usually with a -1 days (I've had +22000 days shown one time!) but basically it gives a days remaining figure even after registerring.
I believe from reading other forum posts (http://forums.adobe.com/message/4508772#4508772), that its something to do with opening a CS5 application which overwrites CS6 registration files, so triggering a re-registration each time. Adobes response is that they're aware of it and to resolve it, stop using CS5 versions, stick with cs6.
OK, well, some might find that acceptable, I for one cant do that. I use Extensis web font plugin that comes as part of Font Fusion 4. It installs a plugin which accesses Googles web fonts and allows designers like myself to use live web fonts in their design mockups rather than having to download and install each one each time. It accesses the live list of fonts, and shows them automatically. Unfortunately Extensis cant make a CS6 version of their plugin as they blame Adobe for "issues they need to fix with fonts" before they can roll it out.
So, I need to use Cs5 for Extensis font plugin (they blame Adobbe), yet want use Cs6 for advanced features (they understandably dont seem to care about fixes for Extensis software). I cant use either as one or the other causes headaches!
Anyone else getting the trial issue problem and cant just ditch Photoshop CS5 fully like Adobe recommend?
Anyone else use Extensis Web font pluging and have to use CS5 and CS6 and experiencing the same problem?
When might Adobe fix the trial issues so I can keep and switch between PS CS6 and CS 6?
Either that or can Adobe fix whatever "issues" are stopping Extensis from releasing the CS6 version of their plugin, and problem then solved for me?

An Adobe Photoshop CS6 plug-in will be available after Adobe fixes a known issue that currently prevents font auto-activation and use of Extensis Font Panels by that application.
Is this the issue you are describing?

Adobe Premiere Elements 12 Deactivates - 32767 Trial Days Remaining - Windows System

I understand the problem I am having has affected Mac users in the past. I am on Windows (64 bit system). I installed Premiere Elements 12 (upgraded from the trial edition) in February 2014 and now it is asking me to upgrade my trial version, which it says has 32767 days remaining. After I enter the serial number I am asked to do so again and again (trial version with 32767 days remaining). Certain functionality no longer works.
I tried to download the installation software again but there are 404 errors on the download page. I do not have a downloaded installation file.
Please help!

Nope that didn't work:
There is no Continue button on the registration/licensing screen, so I tried various other obvious options, none of which worked
When trying to download the software at the link you provided I get the following web server error:
Access Denied

(That's not me who is denied access, that's their server side software I believe.)

Downloaded Trial yesterday, now says 0 days remaining

I downloaded the CS5.5 trial yesterday and installed this morning. I went to open InDesign today and it is saying that I have 0 days remaining on my 30 day trial. How did that happen? Did something happen to the space time continum that 30 days elapsed in the span of an hour? I'm on a Macbook Pro running the latest version of Lion.

No, I haven't changed the date or time. It is a new computer, so no previous versions of the software. I called the customer service number and was instructed to uninstall Design Premium and install Master Collection. I did so and it gave me the same message. How does 30 days elapse in the span of a few minutes?

WebCal : not showing right day

XServe with 10.7.5 + OSX Server running
I connect the calendar with WebCal; it shows the day correct BUT the "name" of the day it's not.
For example, today it shows 19 september and it's correct BUT it calls this days "saturday".
Time zone is correct ( ROME) but the problem remain.
Pls note with iCal app it's ok; so seems to belongs only to the web interface

As noted in title I am getting an Adobe popup notification every time I attempt to use one of my Creative Cloud applications(Windows 8.1). The pop up states "We are having trouble verifying your membership" and then 60 days remaining. One is then given the choice with buttons of retrying to verify membership or continuing. After choosing continue then I am able to use the application without further problems. The re-try button does not work and/or is unsuccessful. These problems began shortly after renewal of my CC membership.
So I have checked my Adobe account repeatedly and there does not seem to be a problem. As noted I had renewed CC membership recently and customer service told me that everything was ok. The desktop CC application works fine and shows all of my applications for the Windows 8.1 computer. I have already removed and reinstalled CC desktop application and have the latest version, but without any success at getting rid of the popup notification. Any help would be appreciated. Can I switch credit cards and upgrade from the "Basic 30 day opt out trial" to the full version?

It seems the free trial does not allow me to create an HTML web form. To test the HTML web forms I must pay $0.99 for the 30 opt-out trial...
I want to test an HTML web form on FormsCentral for a few weeks to "kick the tires". But I work for a City government that requires leaping through bureauracratic hurdles to purchase online with a credit card.
So I am considering using my own personal credit card for the trial, and then opting-out.
If my testing goes well and once I get the purchase requisition processed by the City bean counters, I plan to re-enroll using the City P-Card as the credit card.
Question:
Can I save the HTML web forms created during the 30 day opt-out trial and somehow transfer them into the new Employer funded FormsCentral account? Or can I somehow reinstate the original account I opted out of, and apply a different credit card for that account?

I'll do my best to answer your questions.
First, the "Free" Formscentral account does allow you to create HTML web forms, that is the basis of the product and the Free level account gives you most of the HTML forms creation tools to explore. I'd recommend kicking the tires in the Free account and exploring the list of features you'd get by upgrading.
If you sign up for a "Basic 30 day opt out trial" you should be able to manage your account/subscription information here:

) Sign in using the AdobeID for your account
) On this page you should see your FormsCentral subscription listed and it will show how long until it expires and allow you to manage the account and billing information there.
If for whatever reason you needed to create a new account after approval from the bean counters you could share any forms that you created in the original account with the new account and then "Duplicate" the forms, you would lose the original URL to the form (each form would get a new URL when they were duplicated) but the form would be identical and you can duplicate with the responses. Another option is to "Export design file" from the first account and then import that into the new account.

Delete the opm.db file from the following location based on your operating system.

Launch the Creative Cloud app again for the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications Folder (Mac OS).
Launch the Adobe Photoshop CC and click 'Not my Adobe ID' in the Sign in window and sign in using the Adobe ID and password that was used to purchase the subscription.

Unable to render projects on the last day of free trial

during my 30 days of AE CS6 trial i managed to render several projects without any issues whatsoever.
Yesterday was the last day of the trial. I wanted to export my last project (durationn ~25 seconds), but when i added project to the render queue ant hit Render button, i got immediate (after 2secs) confirmation that rendering has finished. normally it takes several minutes to render. and when i played "rendered" mpeg file on vlc player, i neither saw nor heard anything. tried render in these formats: avi, f4v, mpeg2
Today, as a surprize, i got one last chance to use AE. i tweaked my project ant tried to render - this time there is absolutely no progress in rendering process - everything stands stll. again, tryng to render f4v, mpeg2, avi, as i did throughout those 29 days without any issue.
is this normal that i am not allowed to render on the last day?

Y'know, I think by the final day or two of the tryout version, most people have pretty much decided whether or not to buy the real thing. I don't think you'll find a boatload of people who are splitting hairs like you're trying to do.
Not many people around here have much experience with the final hours and minutes of the tryout: we bought it a long time ago.

Cannot turn on "Show the day of the week" option in Date & Time

OS X Lion turns "Show the day of the week" option off each time I open that preference pane and after every reboot. My region in Formats tab of Language & Text preference pane is set to "Russia (Russian)". I've noticed that the problem doesn't appear when region is set to US (I didn't try others). Is there any known workaround, except changing my region preference?

And I have a workaround, until Фззду fixes it finally:
1) Go to the ~/Library/Preferences, locate a file named com.apple.menuextra.clock.plist, open it with Plist editor (comes with XCode) or just with TextEdit.
2) There's DateFormat key in it, change it to "EEE H:mm", save the file.
3) Now Cmd-I (right click - Get info) on that file in Finder, and check option named "Locked" ("Защита").
System Preferences' Date & Time pane sets the aforementioned DateFormat to "ccc H:mm" when you tick the "Show the day of the week" option, while in Russian locale. And in English it becomes "EEE H:mm". The problem is that Sys.pref and even SystemUIServer (that shows the menu) processes somehow do not like the former value and erase it. After every relaunch of SystemUIServer (after reboot or being killed) tries to change "EEE" to "ccc" again (which would be cleared to nothing next time), that is why you have to lock the plist file.

I noticed that the issue only happens to specific user with specific computer. Please do the following checking to narrow down the issue:
1. please update the Outlook client with the latest patches and service packs.
2. disable using Exchange cached mode and check whether the issue happens in Online mode in this computer.
3. Start
Outlook in safe mode to have a try.
4. Perform a clean boot
in your Windows for the new machine.

Why is my Week view in calendar only showing 3 days on one screen?

When I go online to check this out, I see that everyone else's week view (in portrait mode) has the full 5 days on one screen. Mine only shows 3 days at once and I have to swipe to the next screen to see the rest of the week.

CS6 Design Standard , clone, migration tool, trial mode (urgence)

Hi all and sorry for this question.
I clone on a external disk my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.7) with Super Dumper .
Then i have istalled OSX 10.8.2 and imported all data and applications with the migration tool during the installation.
My problem is that now my CS6 Standard Edition Suite is in trial mode.
I have a Box CS6 Design Standard licence - i have to re-insert my serial number?
Why Apple Migration Assistant not transfer also the data of licence?
It is normal or it's clone that is bugged?

Adobe applications should be installed, not migrated. I suggest the cleaner tool be used to uninstall all of it and then re-install the software properly.

Is it possible to show the day of year in iCal? There are 365 days of year and for example today april 22 is number 112.
If it is possible - how is it done?
