I have installed the app on OS Maverick, but can't access trial software.

When I open Creative Cloud and try to download the just purchased InDesign CC application, it just shows the spinning icon. Have tried several times today and allowed it to run for hours. Restarted, emptied cache, etc. Followed the directions on different pages. Nothing works.

The problem with write permissions for the OneDrive folder only shows up in Lightroom 6's export dialogue, that's why it's to irritating. Lightroom 5.7.1 is not having that problem nor does the file explorer. The problem also exists on both of my machines. Items purchased in an account a permanently associated with that account. You cannot split accounts nor merge them. You can log in with your family account and download items that way. In the long run though, especially if you are using other Apple devices, you may encounter problems with authorization. You should look into making new purchases with your own ID.

When an iPhone updates, it wipes the whole device clean and then reinstalls the software and then the backup. Obviously you didn't create/couldn't create a backup either via iCloud or iTunes. You can get your apps back when you go to App Store>Updates>Purchased and download the apps you want.

Hi Try a Reboot press power & menu button hold both down until you see the Apple Logo you will not lose any data But you me need to do this more than once. Cheers Brian

Movies cannot be reloaded (like you can with Tv shows, music, apps) and as such are not stored in your purchase history.

2. I have some important infomation saved in one of the apps called "awesome notes". How can I get it back? Is it store inside my computer? if so, how can i restore?

alrite. I have made my mistake. I should not jail break my iphone. So if I purchase my apps again from itunes is that mean mean my data will be back?
I hope you guys can giv me some support here since I am Apple genuine buyer. I could be wrong last time and now I turn over a new leaf and learn a lesson.

You must be signed into the mobile iTunes Store using the same Apple ID you used to originally purchase iTunes Match. On the iOS device go to Settings > iTunes and App Stores and tap the Apple ID. Log out, then log in with the correct ID.

I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

Sync them from your iTunes library:

Note that you can only sync apps from the one syncing computer/library that yo can have. If the iPod was synced to another computer/iTunes libary or set up via wifi then to make this computer/itunes library your syncing computer/library:
