CC desktop reads that I've been signed off

CC desktop will not let me sign in. It says that I've been signed out. I went to adobe and signed in fine there. I then changed my password. Still says I've been signed out. What is going on?

Did you find a solution?  The same thing is happening with me.

  • After signing in, keep getting message that I've been signed out

I just downloaded Creative cloud onto my computer and it's my first time trying to use these applications, like Photoshop. I go to log into the Creative Cloud app and it loads but comes back saying "You've been signed out, please continue to sign in." If someone could please help me, it would be appreciated. I saw the main suggestion to fix this, but I don't know where the activity monitor is on spotlight, or anything else is on the list of steps to fix this problem. Someone please help! Since the staff don't seem to want to help me at all.

And after all the times I've tried to log in, now when I open the application, it's blank and doesn't give me any information. Doesn't even show a place for me to sign in.

  • Java career advice, now that I've been laid off

After nearly 13 years at the same company (my only job since finishing college), I was laid off. One would think that with such experience, a new job would be easy to find. The problem is that in those 12+ years I've focused on a rather narrow set of Java technologies, mostly core J2SE, with a little bit of EJB & JDBC. Nothing really web based at all. 99% of the job postings I see require experience with web development and/or experience with Spring, Hibernate, Servlets, JSP, Struts, etc... things that I have at best a passing familiarity with.
Does anyone have any advice about how to best overcome this? A crash course of teaching myself these new skills (which I've already begun, starting with Hibernate)? Enroll in a CS graduate school program (part time, so that I can continue in the evening when/if i find a job)? Find some other crash course sessions of these topics? Any advice at all? I'm in San Francisco, for what it's worth.
    Thanks!

Most companies are looking for competence. I wouldn't let buzzwords in the job postings put me off. Just apply for the jobs. And how hard are these technologies you mention. I promise to be an expert in any XXX in a week and in a month I'll outprogram people who have spent years toiling away with XXX and they come to me for advice. And if I can so can you. -:)
Another more important question is whether you really would want to spend the next decade with XXX? To me it would be hellishly boring. If I were you I would apply for jobs directly to the technical departments of companies I admire. Stick with core Java. This is where the challenges are and the fun takes place. Leave XXX to the monkeys.

  • Creative Cloud Desktop issue: "you've been signed out" when trying to sign in

    Hi,
Following the resolution guide for this issue on the adobe site, I have deleted the opm.db file from the oobe folder.  But the issue still remains.
    Steps carried out
    Quit the app
    Deleted opm.db file
    launched the app
    signed in
    same error
I have also done a restart after deleting the file.
    I also reinstalled the application.
Is this issue due to the maintenance?  My Colleague has the same issue.
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hi All,
    Issue:
When you launch the Creative Cloud desktop app, a "You've been signed out" message appears.
    Troubleshoot points of note.
    Mac Mavericks OS
This is happening on two Macs – regardless of user credentials used
This works using the user’s credentials from a PC using the windows Creative Cloud Desktop App
Creative Cloud Desktop successful downloaded one app on the 16/06/2014 to the Mac
    Adobe’s Resolution
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unable-login-creative-cloud-248.html
Also tried renaming another folder – AAMupdater in the Adobe folder, as suggested on an Adobe Forum
Deleted OOBE folder in a second location (location that differs from that in the guide above)
Also used the Creative Cloud Cleaner to tidy up installation files
This issue is still on going and I have submitted a log to Adobe Tech for analysis on User: Daniel above.
If anyone has a solution please let me know.

  • You've been signed out (CC) related question

I unhid the app/local files and found the naughty opm.db file, which I think I'm encouraged to delete in order to fix the CC Cloud desktop login problem ("you've been signed out.).  I am tempted to delete the opm.db file now BUT...my Photography CC program link is still open through the Photography CC application itself and my updates for Photo CC apparently work there (I just updated my RAW plug-in in Photography CC.)  Therefore, I am inclined to NOT perform the fix (that is, delete the opm.db file) UNLESS someone with technical knowledge assures me that deleting the file will not cause problems elsewhere.  In other words, my connectivity through Photoshop CC remains open so I can use Photo CC, which is the only CC Adobe app that interests me.  However, I would like feedback regarding the validity of my concern.  Thanks.

I can't help with any potential interference, but you might read at these links

It is telling me that "you have been signed out" I have tried deleting the Opm.dp file however it will not stay deleted when I reopen the CC app. It pops right back up when it go to relaunch.  I have been having this issue for 5 months now and wasting a lot of money.
