CC doesn't recognize my team membership

I rec'd an email inviting me to "Join your team on Creative Cloud". I accepted the invitation. I logged in with my pre-existing Adobe account. It asked me to verify. I did so, and as far as I can tell it accepted it. However... when I log in to the CC, it shows my plan information as "Free membership" with a 30-day trial. There is NO indication whatsoever of any participation in my team. What did I do wrong?

    I'm experiencing this problem where Blackberry Desktop Software for Mac 2.3.0 (build 12)  doesn't recognize my .rem files (video and photo) on my SD media card (the Desktop Software app does show that file space on the media card is being used). Therefore, these files cannot be synced, decrypted, and viewed on my computer. I can see them on phone. I do have mass storage mode turned on and I can see the .rem files in the video and photo folders when my phone is connected to my computer. I can copy them to my Mac but since they aren't decrypted, I cannot view them.
    I'm going to buy a new phone and I need to get these files off my current phone.  I have a Tour 9630 with BB  OS 5.0 bundle 1600.
    I've tried backing up, reformatting the media card, wiping, and restoring but nothing has worked.
    Is there any kind of utility that will let me decrypt the files on my computer? Should I try Blackberry Desktop Software for Windows?
    I'm hoping someone can provide some suggestions? Thanks in advance.

    Make sure mass storage mode is enabled on the BlackBerry: www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB13564
    If this is disabled you won't be able to access your media card from the computer.

  • The Toshiba website doesn't recognize my hard drive's serial number and P/N

    Hello,
    I bought my Toshiba Canvio Basics 3.0 hard drive from Amazon a little under two months ago. The hard drive stopped working for some reason (I didn't drop it or anything, it just stopped working).
    I was of course trying to use my warranty to fix it or exchange it, but the Toshiba website doesn't recognize my serial number and product number. They're right there, black and white on the sticker on the back of my hard drive, but the website says they're invalid.
    Anyone has any clue what's going on? I'd rather not throw 50 euros out the window for less than two months of use.
    Product number is HDTB105XK3AA -- and not HDTB105*E*K3AA as some websites say (including Amazon).

    Just adding to the above comments, I have a simialr issue. bought a 3gb drive from amazon and now 8 months later it has just stopped working (wont power up at all) again it has just sat new to my computer working fine for the last 8 months and has now just stopped.
    I contacted amazon and got this reply from the seller:

  • BIOS doesn't recognize HD

    We have different of this PC's in our factory.
    Before, my colleague did all the fixes if there were problems. Now he has left the company... 
    So my problem: this pc has a faulty harddisk. I have some spare parts, also this harddrive.
    Harddrive = Western Digital WD800JD
    This spare part has already the whole system on it (sysprep).
    But..if I mount this harddisk in the pc: bios doesn't recognize it ???
    I have a offline USB/SATA-convertor, and if I put this new HD on it, and connect to my LaptopK, I have a folder on my PC with al the data on the harddisk: so hard-disk is ok.
    What can I do?

    By any chance could this hard drive have been connected to a system where Build 9879 of Windows 10 Technical preview was installed? When Build 9879 was first released, on some systems Power Up in Standby (PUIS) was enabled on some hard disks, preventing them from being seen by some systems where the spin-up command was not passed to the disk. In this scenario, the USB device could be issuing the necessary spin up command. See this Microsoft Community thread for the official details.

  • Membership expired, and got removed from CC team membership.

    I'm on a team membership, accepted the invitation, installed all CC2014 ,and uninstall CC, but membership expiration countdown continues.
    Tried all updates on my mac air, doesn't resolve it.
    Tried to deactiate and reloggin in, doesn't work too.
    Today, I've received an email saying "You've been removed from your Creative Cloud for teams membership."
    which is not possible from our company's admin side.
    What could be the matter? Do I need to get a serial number from admin to activate the apps?
    I'm back on trial now so I can continue with my work, so will appreciate if this gets resolved before trial ends.

  • Pearl doesn't recognize home Talk Talk Wi-Fi router

    My BB Pearl 8120 picks up wi-fi fine, but I have just replaced my home router and it doesn't recognize it when I scan for networks,
    All other wireless devices in the house (TV, laptop, I-Pad, son's phone) connect no problem.

    I am having the same problem with brand new Ipad Mini at my house.
    It connects to the WiFi fine - but will not pull an IP address in DHCP mode, or if I set all the IP info statically - it still will not get any network access.
    This doesn't look like a WiFi issue, as it does connect and is seen by the WiFi Access Point.  All the normal WiFi fix stuff doesn't help.
    - Using a Dlink DAP-2553 which is less than 2 months old. 
    Other devices connect fine, including Ipad 2.
    This same Mini worked fine at another house and also connected to a mobile hotspot fine....so seems to be some weird IP issue with maybe this Access Point or maybe the older Router that I have (older Netgear)?
    I am actually a network engineer and still have not been able to find a solution.  Both the Ipad Mini and the Dlink WAP have the latest firmware loaded.
    Wondering if anyone has found a solution to this problem.

    I bought an iPhone 4s 32gb from Singapore. I'm living in Chennai, India. To connect it to my computer (windows XP,), I have downloaded iTunes 10.6.1.7. Unfortunately iTunes is not recognizing my iPhone.  I had tried to troubleshoot it by reinstalling iTunes (2 times). I have restarted the apple mobile device from control panel. I try connecting my iphone in another usb port. but no use.     I downloaded the latest update recently and since then iTunes doesn't recognize either of my two iPod touches (4th gen), even though the computer does. My iPad (1st gen) is still recognized normally. I tried uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it several times, and that didn't work. The iPods are recognized by iTunes on other computers. The computer in question runs windows 8.1, if that makes a difference. From the look of these forums it looks like I'm not the only one who has this problem. Please help.

    Solved the problem. I had to allow cookies for safari and it run - as here: Re: itunes keeps asking for my apple id password. it's NOT entered incorrectly.

    after the installation of Vista my dvd drive doesn't recognize any disks !
    No upgrade from XP! It was a clean Vista installation.
    I found several links about the registry entries upper and lower filter this entries doesn't exist in my registry under the class CDROM.
    I tested the drive under XP it works fine and recognizes everything.
    Drivers are correctly installed no problems in the device manager is prompted.
    So i have no idea how to get it working, seems to be a Vista problem
    Could any one help me ? I'm really frustrated about this

    Maybe this helps:
    - Remove the CD/DVD drive from the device manager.
    - Then access the registry and remove the Upperfilters and Lowerfilters values completely from the following registry key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    - Then reboot the notebook
    But what happens exactly? What disks are not recognized?

    iTunes does not use the .xml it uses the .itl
    If you are sure your old library file migrated across (does the file size and modification dates suggest it has?) start iTunes while holding down the option/alt key and guide it to the .itl file to get it to use that one.
