CC Membership Help

Hi, I bought an Adobe Creative Cloud Student Teacher Edition Prepaid Membership 12 Month. I thought I would need it for future classes in my summer semester so I activated it, but then I came to realize I didn't need it anymore. At least not this semester. I tried to return it to the school's bookstore, where I bought it, within the 30 day mark and they said that I couldn't return it or get my refund. Since I can't return it. I was wondering if there was a way to either get my refund, even though it's passed, or to somehow stop my subscription to where it currently is and then reactivate it later. Thank you.

    I need help refreshing my Adobe Creative Cloud membership in Business Catalyst.
    Hello, I had an Adobe Muse membership and I have changed it to a full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I login in to business catalyst and try to push live  a second site, it tells me as follows:  Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.
    I think business catalyst has not recognize jet that I have change my Adobe Creative Cloud Membership and does not allow me access to the 5 sites that are supposed to come with my adobe creative cloud.
    Please help me refresh my status on business catalyst so I can publish my 5 sites.

    Hi there,
    I would like to inform you One CC membership can be used on two machines . These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or one each.
    If you install on a third computer, it will request you to de-activate on the other two computers.  You can then reactivate one of the previous two computers, and use Creative Cloud apps on it.
    Please follow the below mentioned steps :
    1) Open [https://creative.adobe.com ]
    2) Click on SIgn in
    3) Enter your Adobe ID and Password
    4) Click on "Download Centre" on Left top corner
    And you would be able to download all the applications on your new machines.

    You should not have the issue from before. If you do, then just sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID.

    If you purchased the Perpetual Licensed version of Lightroom and received a 24 numeric serial number you will have to download the correct version from the link below.
    Before doing the new installation you will have to uninstall the existing version from your computer (it is the Creative Cloud version) since it is requesting you to "renew your membership" . This process will not interfere with your Catalog file, Preferences or your personal files, it will just remove the existing application. Both versions are the same application just a different download and activation process.
    Reboot your system then run the install of the Perpetual License download and input the serial number to activate. Things should be fine.

  • HELP! Dynamically generated data for membership site...

    I've past week looking for help and came across this forum and I hope someone can at least point me in the right direction.
    Using ADDT, how can I can I create a dynamic page which populates a certain registered users info, ie., name, address, etc.
    I've created using addt a user registration page and login page. What I want to do is when a customer logs into the membership site, their data is populated onto that page (or whatever data I want them to see).
    I would be forever grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.

    Hi Ken,
    When you create a record set you have some options two of them are simple and advanced.
    Simple:
    You will see "Filter" then a selector for the desired field, then operator selector, then a variable selector, then a place to add the name of the variable.
    Advanced:
    You will see SQL: for sql statement then Variables: for custom variables.
    Here is an example;
    SQL:
    SELECT * FROM TABLE WHERE FIELD = colname
    VARIABLES:
    Hit the + to add a new one, then edit.
    You have 4 fields to fill in.
    Name: colname <-- to match what you put in the sql statement
    Type: NUMERIC <-- depends on the variable type
    Default Value: -1 <-- Return nothing if nothing is entered
    Runtime Value: $_SESSION['kt_login_id'] <-- the actual variable that will be used. (can be anything like $_GET[], $_SESSION[]. $variable, $_SERVER[], etc)
    NOTE: This is generic info not specific to your session. I don't know the name of your session variable but will assume its kt_login_id

    Ive had the trialversion for photoshop and lightroom and took a membership yesterday (12.99€/month).
    Everytime i open my creative cloud it says my trialversion is gone and i need to buy a membership.. BUT I DID..:(
    Anybody has any idea? I didnt receive a serialnr or so, only an ordernumber..
    And i cant find any way to try and reach Adobe customerservice.. There's a number, but its not working..

    I have EXACTLY the same problem. I'm going out of  my mind as I'm going round in circles, installing Creative Cloud, trying open Lightroom, being asked to pay for another membership - and so it goes on. But I paid for a full annual membership, in advance, and so i cannot understand how ADOBE have made this so unimaginably complicated for people to use.
    Please do let me know how you solve this problem, if/when you do. I will do the same for you.

    You have 3 CC under same Adobe ID out of which one purchased on has expired, you are getting notification due to this.
    Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year)
    Desktop Subscription
    Mar 30, 2015
    The other two are active, however it is advisable to have one CC under one Adobe ID.
