CC Membership Programs

In my CC membership I notice 3 downloads of programs. For example PS6 , PS 2014, and PS 201 (CC) -- my question is "Do we really need all 3?
I know there are difference between each.

This messages says (at least some) CC 2014 programs use NEW plugins https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1499663
-so do not uninstall the older CC programs if you use plugins in your programs until you are sure you have plugins that work in CC2014
If you are sure you don't need the old CC programs

I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago. I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver. I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well. I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!! Please help!!

I don't think these issues pertain to mine. There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription. Its like it can't see it for some reason. I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

Photo & Video membership program?

I was wondering if there's a photo & video membership program in the works like the PS photography program.

Pointless question. assuming there was such a thing, the people who knew would not be allowed to tell you before any official announcements. you are wasting your time even thinking about such stuff.

Can you transfer your CC membership to another computer?

I want to get CC and have it on my computer at work, but the computer is not my property, if i leave this job, can I then transfer my membership programs to my computer at home?

If email address which you have registered as a Adobe ID is your office email address then you would not be getting any update for your subscription in future coz your office email address would not be accessable and subscription will get deactivate.
And if you have registered your personal email address then Yes you can deactivate CC application from your 1st computer and activate it on the 2nd computer.
To deactivate Creative Cloud application from the computer simply launch Creative Cloud desktop app and go to setting and select Quit Creative Cloud. After Quiting Creative Cloud software will get deactivate from the computer and you can activate the software on 2nd computer.
Also like to tell you that using 1 Adobe ID on which you have purchased the subscription you can activate and use Creative Cloud software on upto 2 computers.

Any way to restart (not resume) the membership process when registering?

I'm currently registering for a Developer membership program, and am attemping to restart the process instead of simply resuming it (I changed my name within my Account settings, and my old name is still appearing during the process and cannot be edited there). However, it seems the only thing I can do is resume.

That's what I ended up doing. It's pretty tedious, and I'm only halfway through after 3 days. It does give me a chance to fix up the album art and WMA tags that are messed up by iTunes as its imported. I did some searches and I found several people complaining about this issue. I still have frequent crashes of iTunes, usually when I exit the program.

How would I create a Barcode Generator in Adobe AIR

I have an app I've been creating in Adobe AIR and it requires the ability to generate barcodes for member cards. What would be the easiest way to go about this? Open Office can generate barcodes using an extension but I don't believe it would be possible to open it in AIR and create a list of barcodes. I'm looking for a way to do this using an open source technology if possible something that doesn't necessarily have to be installed if possible since I'd like this app to be completely self contained if possible.

GCU trade in - no 10% bonus

I have had 3 trade ins recently where I did not receive my GCU 10% bonus or any of my reward zone points. I have been told my GCU has expired or been assured the 10% bonus does not apply. It is such a pain to do trade ins in store with employees who have no idea what GCU is or how to properly apply the bonus. Am I able to get my bonus % and points?

To be fully honest, you should absolutely not be having so many issues with receiving your Gamers Club Unlocked (GCU) bonus while trading in games at Best Buy. As long as your My Best Buy membership is added to the transaction and you’re a GCU member, the bonus should apply. We expect our employees to be privy to our membership programs and I regret hearing that you may have experienced otherwise when trading your games in!

With respect to training, I suggest the NI Training and Certification Membership Program. There are many advantages to becoming certified with the National Instruments Certification Program. You may also be interested in becoming an Alliance Partner. Creative Cloud Trial: Photoshop asking for serial

Hi there,
I've applied for the Creative Cloud Trial, I want to test it out before committing to it for our organization.
Every time i try and access CS6 it asks for a serial number and I can't use it.

I have same broblem. Host file is clear, no any entries on "Hosts" file.
Software activation work some Creative Cloud membership programs like Dreamwiever ( start program -> login Adobe account to get softeware activation ) and some not.. ( Photoshop & Acrobar X Pro )
Adobe Acrobat X Pro and Photoshop ask login Adobe Id, after that its try to activate software on Adobe.. After about 30 second, program just start to ask serial number.. look like Adobe cloud server fail to give correct serial number ?
Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat X Pro are latest version ( dowloaded direclty on Creative Cloud membership program downloader )
Why some Creative Cloud membership programs get activation code right away on Adobe and some programs just keep going to Trial mode after Adobe server file to give access to use program ?
How can i activate correclty all Creative Cloud membership programs ? Now Adobe server fail to give programs licence access to start and just turn program to trial mode and ask serial number.

I have created an in-house app.
Now I want to publish it to all employees without registering the devices.
So..
I go to their website and try to sign up for the enterprise program, image shown below:

Then I am taken to the image above, there I need to select a program, but I already have a program, the iOS developer program! And the checkbutton of that program, is disabled. If I try to click continue at this page, without sleecting a program, a javascript-box shows "You have to select a program before continuging"...
Do I need to unsubscribe my iOS developer program, to then register it again? Lol!
PS: no clue where I should post this, looked over the forums and could not see anything related to singing up, registering for a program...

Our apps came offline automatically shortly after this as iTunesConnect thought we had not renewed our license, even though we had several weeks ago.
We had a brief panic as our apps were offline for 12 hours, which is how long it took Apple Support to work out what was wrong and hook things up.
I suggest you contact them ASAP to get this fixed so you don't get that iTunesConnect alert to your phone 'Your app status has been changed to Pending Contract'.

Error when activating my iPhone Developer Program membership

Ive just paid 99 dollars for my iphone developer program, and recieved an email containing the activation code. As you probably know, youre supposed to click on this activation-code and it links you to another site. But instead of activation I recieve this error-message on this site:
"We are unable to activate your iPhone Developer Program membership because we are unable to successfully verify your identity. Please contact us and reference Enrollment ID# XXXXXXXXXX for further assistance."
There was no problem verifying my identity when I paid for it. How come thats an issue now?
Since people seem to have to wait for enormous periods of time to get even the simplest questions answered by Apple regarding the Dev Program, I thought I post this here to see if someone else have come across this, and what to do about it (except for waiting indefinitely).

If you have Creative Cloud for teams, and you bought the licenses through Adobe direct (via Adobe.com), you can add licenses yourself, and they will be invoiced automatically as you get invoiced for the other two licenses.
Log into adobe.com with your team admin Adobe ID and password.
Once logged in you should be able to access a Manage Team option from the menu.
In the top-right corner there should be an Add Licenses button, that lets you purchase any number of additional licenses.
If you've not purchased through Adobe direct, but through a reseller, you'd need to contact your reseller to add the additional license.
