CC minimized windows popping up
This is an issue I have dealt with the entire time while using CS6. Adobe indicated to me they were working on the problem so I just KNEW it would be fixed for CC. But, apparently not. Excerpts from my previous post:
I work in separate windows when using Ai and Ps (not tabs). Machine is a Mac running Mountain Lion. I minimize windows frequently and click back into them when needed. When I'm working in another app, and then click a minimized Ai or Ps window, the desired window pops up but another window (from the same app) jumps up in front of it. An additional example: if I close an Ai file and happen to have a minimized Ai window in the dock, when the active file closes, the minimized window pops up. It is annoying & disruptive. Neither Application Frame nor OS Mission Control settings have had any bearing on this issue. CS5 did not do this. It started with CS6 and now, unfortunately, continues with CC. I believe this is a universal issue as Adobe was able to replicate and we were able to replicate as well on other machines. Anyone else dealing with this or is everyone working in tabs?

I spoke with Adobe several times about it. They were able to replicate the problem and the case was elevated to software engineers. Last I heard it was a known issue called [deleted by moderator]. Assuming there will eventually be an update that will resolve.

Actually, I suspect you can't. You get various behaviors based on a combination of settings in Preferences > Interface; namely Open Documents as Tabs and Enable Floating Document Window Docking; but it doesn't seem to make much sense as far as I can tell. Throw in the additional "application frame" wildcard on a Mac, and even just exploring the effects of the settings and drawing conclusions about them gets tricky. It sounds like you've got your windows floating, whereas I suspect many if not most users have opted for the more structured and seemingly more logical tabbed/docked method, in which case they haven't encountered your issue and don't really understand it. One might ask; if your new/current document is "in front" then what difference does it make if others behind it are minimized, maximized, or something in between? -
CS6 minimized windows popping up
I am on a mac, just upgraded to Mountain Lion, and from CS5 to CS6. I work in separate windows when using Ai and Ps (not tabs). I minimize windows frequently and click back into them when needed. When I'm working in another app, and then click a minimized Ai or Ps window, the window I want pops up but another window jumps up in front of it. It is annoying / disruptive. I found in a similar post that Application Window may control this. I have tried turning Application Window on/off; it has not made a difference. I've also tinkered with the OS Mission Control settings and nothing has stopped it. CS5 did not do this. By the way, CS4 and CS5 are still loaded on my machine. Could that have any bearing? Ideas anyone?

Minimized Windows keep popping up when returning to application
When returning to an application with minimized windows, the last window used always pops up automatically. Usually, when I minimize a window it's because I went to leave it there for much later reference. Is there a setting that will keep minimized windows MINIMIZED until I click on them...?

i have seen this before on my home PC (on a lap top now) it is impossible for me to correct so i have to use IE to play pogo (i dont like IE it is slower) i click on a game, i go to a game room, and a window normally pops up showing the tables. normally i click on a seat and it takes me to a new window and the game board. NOW, when this first window pops up, it is aboout 1/4 size of my screen, but immediately reduces in size to about 1/6 of my screen. wnen the game loads, i cannot view the whole screen only part of the screen, as if it is zoomed in. I tried your suggestion and reset the zoom, no help.... i changed the zoom level manally.... no help.
this also happens in scrabble and most other games. it is related to the java i am sure, but it only happens on firefox. How do i correct this. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled firefox. i have had this happen on the older version of firefox. it happens on multiple computers so it isnt just one computer.

pleaseI should have explained further. The game opens in a new window over to the upper left of my screen, leaving the original page underneath. I tried minimizing it so that I could get to my toolbar and did the View > Zoom > Reset. This has no effect. The lower portion of the game is still not showing. Using other browsers the window or frame of the game is much larger, therefore everything shows.

When I have several different application windows open I must first minimize the current application window in order to view another application window. Sometimes when I have two windows (for instance a chat window) open, one on top of the other, the top window moves to the back w/o being requested to move.
I also experience unintended scrolling on various applications open in FF 32.
These problems do not occur in IE.The windows popping may be a system problem. While many users
report this type of problem with Firefox, I have seen non Firefox
windows popping up. Even if the window was minimized. -
I had 429 songs already on my iPod Touch. When I was in the process of syncing a song from my iTunes Library on to my iPod, a window popped up on the screen saying, ""The iPod "Edward's iPod" cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (13019)). I click "Device" on my iTunes Library to make sure the song was in my iPod. It showed the song that was recently synced now listed under "Device", but when I physically looked for the song on my iPod Touch, it does not appear on there at all. It all started when I decided to put a Playlist I created in the iTunes Library and transferred it on to my iPod. Do you know why it may affected my syncing process and is there any way where I could get the syncing function back to normal so that I can continue adding songs on my iPod? Thank you for listening. P.S. My iPod iOS version is 4.3.5.

Can not upload anything when Finder window pops up on Mavericks
Running Mavericks here and just can not upload anything anymore on Facebook for example, it also happens on other webpages too where the finder window pops up to select a file to upload. The browser freezes and I have to force quit it, tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox... all the same, this leads me to believe it's a Finde issue. Don't know what to do! Bellow the crash report:

I finally found this article which helped but when I completely quit Firefox i continue to get the error. I then go back in, double-click to toggle from false to true again, quit Firefox and the problem goes away again. I do not understand anything further to this problem and do not want to continue to repeat this process every time I quite Firefox. Any suggestions or other help?

HELP. Window pops up on Firefox browser that says JavaScript Application, and under that it says 101. There is an OK bitton. when I click OK, up comes the window again. Then after hitting OK again and box goes away, when I move my mouse the box comes up identically again. I even called Apple support. 'New Icloud Terms and Conditions' window pops up every time I try to check my email, or when I open setting. My email doesn't load because of this, so I haven't been able to check my email for months. When I click, 'view terms' it takes me to my Icloud section in settings, but the terms don't pop up. I plugged it into my iTunes to see if it would pop up, but that didn't work either. My phone is updated, and I'm pretty sure I already accepted the new terms and conditions on the last update a few months back.

If you are having issues with your iPhone continuing to ask you to accept terms and conditions, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPhone -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPhone as a new device -

Taken at face value, you're having trouble with an Apple Application Support program file there. (Apple Application Support is where single copies of program files used by multiple different Apple programs are kept.)
Let's try something relatively simple first. Restart the PC. Now head into your Uninstall a program control panel, select "Apple Application Support" and then click "Repair".
If no joy after that, try the more rigorous uninstall/reinstall procedure from the following post:

Hello, here is my problem: reading your mozilla support, I learned how to make Firefox open links in Google results in the same tab, that's the way I like it, but I still like to have my YouTube windows pop-up in a new tab (I participate in one forum, when I come to the YouTube window in some topic, I usually click on a small right-down button "watch on YouTube", and that always opens video it in a new tab; all until latest few updates of Firefox). And no, there was no some other add-on before, not that I know about it. Mainly, I need this option while I'm on a forum (IP board powered), it is not really something so important, but it's neat function for me.
So, to be more detailed - I read a certain topic on this forum, and some of the posts from other members contain YouTube screens (looking same as on the original YouTube page), showing the frame of a video.
In earlier versions of Firefox, I used to click on a small YouTube logo button (right side, down, between "watch on full screen" and "watch later" buttons). Clicking on this button automatically opened new tab, leaving forum tab as it is, and in new tab original YouTube page, with that certain video. In the same time, in Google search page, when clicking on a link, all links were opening in the same tab.
Now, after some of the latest updates of Firefox, I noticed that some default settings were changed - in Google search, clicking on a link always opens a link in a new tab. I have found out here on your forum how to set this back in about:config feature, and now I have again that links in a Google results page are opened in the same tab (that's the way I like it).
But YouTube screens on this forum are now also being opened in the same tab, and that is what I don't like, and trying to change back.
So, what I need: all links to open in the same tab after clicking, as I have it now, and YouTube screens (e. g. on this forum) to be opened in a new tab (by clicking on a small YouTube logo ("watch this video on YouTube").
Pedantic I am, I know that, and I know that this may look silly to some people, but if there is a way to do something, please tell me.

How do I stop OSX from switching to First-Plan when Javascript popup on Minimized Window appear?
I'm running OSX Mavericks 10.9.5, Firefox 39.7.0.2
What happens is that i'm using an automated script with Selenium for automatic-forms-filling.
Everything is working fine, just like it does on LinuxMint, but the problem is that when i bring another window to first plan (of any program at all) the "minimized" window running the automatic forms gets "maximized" i.e. brought to first plan when a javascript popup appears, thus not enabling me to run that window on background.
Is there a way to run Firefox on OSX in such a way that Windows don't get switched to first plan when PopUps appear? It doesn't seem to have this behavior on LinuxMint.Hello!
