CC storage disappeared

I usually save to CC storage but I just lost the option to do that, it is no longer in my save to pull down or in my open pull down. where are my files?

Your files should be available from the browser at https://creative.adobe.com/files once signed in with your Adobe ID.
On your local computer the files should be in the Creative Cloud Files folder.

  • Storage problem - unused storage disappeared

    Hi,
I have a problem with the storage of my hard drive.
The Notebook is a Lenovo 3000 N200 (0769-B3G) and my OS is Windows Vista Home Premium.
I'm having the original hard drive of this notebook with around 112 GB. This hard drive is split in 2 partitions. The first is 6,42 GB and contains the Lenovo recovery data and the second is 105,37 GB.
Now my Notebook informs me, that my hard drive storage is almost full (unused: 34,6 MB). I sum up the used storage of all folders. In addition to that I've installed an application named "TreeSize" to check the used storage. My calculation and the result of the program is around 55 GB. That means that 50 GB are unused. I don't understand that and I would like to ask, what is the problem and where could I get my unused storage?!
Maybe someone knows this problem and could help me :/
    kind regards,
    krixxie
PS: I am administrator of this Notebook.

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    found it!!!!!!
right pal think i have found it how to stop your backups
D/B (double click) on the orange lenovo care on your desk top
you will get a menu come up
click on data protection and recovery
    then a side menu appears
    click on 'back up data'
    then a box appears
    D/B click on 'preferences' button
and the box will open up another box which is seperated into
    four sections
un tab(no tick in box)  'schedule your back ups'
    then click apply and ok.
    no more scheduled back ups.
but if this is the case, you will need to check which of the backups you need to keep.
i kept the very first one on the list.
check first how many backups your system has done, then you can work out
    the Gb useage.
i hope i am correct in stating the above.

  • Storage Disappeared! Sort of...

    Hello all,
I'm running a single host instance of VDI3.0 on a Sun Fire x2200. The storage backend is a Unified Storage 7110. I recently updated the 7110 to the latest firmware version - after which, VDI tells me that my storage is unresponsive. The system shows me as having no storage whatsoever, but yet I am typing this forum post from a virtual machine that was booted and running from the "missing" storage pool.
As a result of this madness, I am unable to import and boot any new virtual machines. I attempted to add a new storage backend to the system, and when I put in the credentials of the 7110, it does not present the system with a certificate. I can, however, ssh directly into the storage from the VDI provider host.
I appreciate any insight, because I am totally at a loss on this one.
    Thanks,
    Bob Prendergast

    Hi Bob.
I suppose you use the 2009.Q2.0.0 version of the 7110 software? The SSH ciphers offered by the SSHD of that release have not a single match in the ciphers list of the SSH client of VDI 3, therefore all SSH connections fail. This issue is currently fixed for the upcoming VDI 3 patch to be released end of this month.
If you are really in the urgent need of a workaround - and I can't emphasize enough that this workaround isn't even sanity tested yet, so apply it on your own peril - you can download the 1.41 version of the jsch library from http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/jsch/jsch-0.1.41.jar?download. Shutdown the VDI service on every VDI host ("cacaoadm stop --force"), replace old library at /opt/SUNWvda/lib/jsch-0.1.39.jar with the new one (you need to rename the new library to match the name of the old library) and restart the VDI services again ("cacaoadm start").

  • N97 E: / Mass Memory disappeared!

I have recently purchased an N97 and it's worked fine, up to now.
A few days ago i turned it on, only to find that all of my photos and music were missing.
So I plugged the N97 into my PC to see where they had gone and my E: folder has gone.
The 32GB isn't on a memory card? There wasn't any memory card in the box when i purchased it, and besides, it was showing the 32GB mass storage up until a few days ago.
    http://i443.photobucket.com/albums/qq157/frithleeds/n97.png
As you can see in the above link, there is no E: folder present.
How can I get the mass storage folder back?
    Many thanks.

The 32gb mass storage is built into the phone and not a removable memory card. I have never heard of the mass storage disappearing and so don't know what to suggest. Resetting may work if it is software related but it could be a hardware problem as well, which unfortunately we can't help you with. Best thing to do is probably to send it to your local Nokia Point so they can check it out properly.

  • Hyper-V Cluster in VMM

I am trying to build a Hyper-V cluster with VMM 2012 R2 but require some advice as it is not working how I want it too.
I have 2 Hyper-V servers, both with their own local storage and 1 iSCSI disk shared between them. I am trying to cluster the servers so that the shared iSCSI disk becomes a shared volume while maintaining the ability to use the local storage as well - some
VMs will run from local storage while others will run from the CSV.
The issue I'm having is that when I cluster the 2 servers the iSCSI disk does not show up in VMM as a shared volume. In Windows Explorer the disk has the cluster icon but in VMM there is nothing. In the cluster properties I can add a shared volume... but
it asks for a logical node which I cannot create because I have no storage pools (server manager says no groups of disks are available to pool).
I also noticed when I clustered the servers my 2 file shares to their local storage disappeared from VMM which isn't what I want.
Can someone please advise, or link to, a way to achieve my desired configuration?
    Cheers,
    MrGoodBytes

    Hi MrGoodBytes,
    Hi,
Unfortunately, the available information is not enough to have a clear view of the occurred behavior. Could you provide more information about your environment. For example,
the server version of the problem on, when this problem occurs the system log record information, screenshots is the best information.
Before you create the cluster we strongly recommend you run the cluster validation, If you are considering the cluster may have some issue please rerun the validation, then
post the validation report warning and error part information, this report will quickly locate the cluster potential issue.
A disk witness is a disk in the cluster storage that is designated to hold a copy of the cluster configuration database. A failover cluster has a disk witness only if this
is specified as part of the quorum configuration.

  • Adobe Reader X - strange behavior at failed instalation

I do not remember if I have ever any problems with installation of the Adobe Reader since I guess version 5 or 6.
But I am not able to install Adobe Reader X at all, using Adobe Reader 9.4.x on Vista64 Home Premium SP2.
I use Avast Free AV and Comodo CIS without AV.
Initially I did not turned them off as it was not ever needed.
I have I guess twice or 3 times downloaded install_reader10_cz_mssd_aih.exe   30 kB online setup file.
After launching it under alevated admin privilage ( normally working on limited account ) the strange things started to happen.
Process Explorer showed the new and new processes arising,
adding endless chain of "_1" suffixes to original install_reader10_cz_mssd_aih name.
After killing I realize, the original setup exe file from the download storage disappeared.
In the TEMP folder there was left file install_reader10_cz_mssd_aih_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_ 1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_ 1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1.exe
of the same size ( 730 kB )
No setup GUI or dialog windows appears, no error is raised.
Interesting thing is the same happens if I try to install Adobe Flash player online by elevated Firefox.   (  install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aih_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1_1.exe   )
If I use my usual way by downloading setup from here   fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
    everything does well.
The same above happened when I switched OFF on access scanners of AV, and FW and HIPS features of the Comodo CIS.
Regular Avast AV checks and SuperAntimalware/MBAM checks did not shown in last years any active infection.
No similar problems with instalation of other software.

You may want to try the following.
Remove all traces of Reader (not only the program) from your system using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. This is no longer supported by Microsoft because it can produce problems with Win 7, but you can still download it from from places like
    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
Then, you can download the Reader installer either form the ftp site or from here
    http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
    and perform a clean install.

  • My backup is full?

I keep seeing the message that says my icloud storage is almost full. I followed all the instructions and went to manage storage and turned off everything in there, went to my photos and deleted half of them, and went to messages and deleted them. It wasn't until I turned off my photo stream to be backed up that the "full storage" disappeared. Can someone tell me what to do about this so that I don't go through this again? What is, and is not important to be backed up in icloud? Thanks

Time Machine "targets" a backup to  a specific disk (well actually a specific volume if the disk is partitioned into more that one volumes). That disk must have enough space for the next backup when it occurs.
This is true whether the disk is internal, external or on a Time Capsule.
It will keep backing up to the same place until you tell it otherwise.
Now Moutain Lion has added the capability to have multiple disks being used for backups.
But, it is a rotation between the disks. It is not treating all the disks as one great big disk.
If there is in not sufficient room on any disk when it is its turn in the rotation, then it will start deleting on that disk to try and make a backup.
The idea behind this is to rotate the backups across multiple disks for reliability, not to treat them as one big disk. If it did do that - treat them as one big disk - then a failure on any one disk would in effect corrupt the entire backup set.
You have to explicitly set up the target disk or disks when using multiples in a rotation via Time Machine Prefs.
One thing to consider is whether you want to maintain a continuous single backup set "forever".
As the set gets larger, the risk of corrupting the internal data structures in TM increase, as does the time to enter and retrieve items in TM.
I decided with Mountain Lion to put to one side my 5 year backup set and start a new one,and to rotate a pair of disks withthe new backup.
I can still examine the old ones with "Browse other backup disks" - that is once that is fixed. It is broken in this inital release. This is a known problem and was reported early and should be fixed very soon.

  • Why do I only have 13.6 GB total on a 16 GB phone?

After I updated my phone a while ago all of my available storage disappeared. I can't take photos because of "not enough available storage" I am constantly erasing photos and music but even after I haven't taken any photos or bought any music it does it again. I am getting very frustrated and annoyed and don't know what to do.

One of the reasons has to do with formatting. On an actual 16GB phone, with formatting you do not get an actual 16GB. The other reason has to do with the iOS. The operating system on the phone takes up space and that will impact your total storage. From there, once you start adding music, photos, apps, email, and the like, it all consumes storage. The last aspect of storage on the phone is "Other". You see these things when looking at iTunes with the phone connected. "Other" consists of the operating system, emails, SMS. Normal amounts of "Other" can consist of up to 1.5GB.
If you are having other problems with storage, it may be necessary for you to restore the phone as a new device. It is possible you have a corrupt file in there somewhere and if you restore from a backup, then you are going to just put the corrupt file back on the phone.

  • All contacts, notes, calendars disappeared from my phone.  Trying to restore from earlier backup but no old backups show up under manage storage.

Out of the blue, about 2 weeks ago all of my contacts, calendars and notes disappeared.  Messages are only displayed by the phone # they came from, not with contact's name.  When sending email I can type part of the email address in and the email from my contacts auto fills so I know the info is there somewhere.  I've followed the links for "restore from prior backup" and I get to the manage storage and my device.  I click the device and the only backup that shows is one from today, not the auto backups from before the mysterious data disappearance.  HELP!!!!!

What happens if you go online to iCloud.com? Do you see your contacts or calendar there? If so, try going into Settings on the phone and turning off iCloud sync for calendar and contacts, then turn it back on. Are you syncing notes with iCloud, or with an email account?

  • IPhoto storage not disappearing when I delete photos! HELP

    Hi all,
My iPhone 4S only has 16 GB and I wanted more storage. I noticed that my photos app costs 2.1 GB so I decided to transfer my photos to my MacBook Air via iPhoto. I then deleted all of those photos on my iPhone. So I still had my photos but on my macbook instead of my phone. I assumed that my 2.1 GB on my photos app would disappear and would say like 0 GB used but it still stays at 2.1 GB being used in my photos app yet I deleted all my photos!!!
I hope somebody knows why this has happened or knows how to fix it.

Thanks everyone for their answers, I tried both you suggestions but still no luck. I then turned off photos in iCloud and it worked. Also it says in my usage...
used: 3.2 GB and available 9.5 GB, that adds up to 12.7 GB so... what about the rest of my 16 GB what happened to the other 3.3 GB?
    Thanks,

  • My iCloud stopped pushing photos from my iPhone to my iPad.  The photo stream has disappeared.  There is enough storage as well

My iCloud stopped pushing photos from my iPhone to my iPad.  The photo stream has disappeared.  There is enough storage as well

The answer to that is because your phone and your Mac are signed into different accounts. Sign the phone in using the same credentials as the Mac.

  • File Copied to Maxtor Shared Storage NAS Drive Disappearing?

I attached a new Maxtor Shared Storage II (500 Gb) drive to our wireless router, and have discovered problem with disappearing files when trying to copy a local file to a folder in the NAS drive.
Open a window to an empty folder on the NAS drive. Drag a file on the desktop of the local machine to the folder. File appears to be successfully copied.
However, looking at the info bar of the target window immediately after the copying operation shows that the folder contains TWO files (even though only one is shown in the window). After a few seconds, the file disappears and the window shows 0 files. There is no error message.
The desktop file I'm trying to copy has an image icon (as with many files in Leopard). However, the file in the NAS folder window always shows a generic Preview icon during its brief existence.
This happens about 75% of the time.
Occasionally, the window does show two files after copying, and both files will disappear. When this happens, one of the files has a generic Preview icon, and the other has an Acrobat icon.
Other times, the drag and drop produces no files on the target window and no error message.
The file that shows the problems is this file: http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/Promotionsfiles/businesslinkgovukrun.pdf
I'm running Leopard 10.5.1, everything up to date. Can anyone shed light on this problem?
What seems to me to be happening is that when Leopard copies a file with an image icon, it copies the icon separately from the file. After the copy, it ties them up together. If something is not quite right, it can't "bundle" the icon with the file, and the copy operation falls down.

This seems to me related to this problem
    http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=795814&tstart=30
I think it's the mixture of wired and wireless in combination with certain routers.

  • E3000, USB NAS storage - disk disappears when unit sleeps the drive

Working to get network attached storage working on my new E3000.  Have Western Digital My Book drive and the unit has a feature where the disk goes into a sleep mode when not used.
Appears that when the disk does this when attached to the E3000, the router thinks the disk is gone. Trying to connect to the drive from the network does not seem to wake up the storage.
Like to be able to save power and wear by not spinning the disk all the time....
    Firmware 1.0.03
    Any suggestions?

the issue is the drive is going to sleep and the router can not detect it to wake it up. western digital has stated (based from others who have contacted WD support) the drive is not compatible with NAS'ed routers.
i dont know about WD but seagate has software in the drive to disable the sleep state..
and you would rather have the drive SPINNING rather than sleeping/spinning/sleeping as this causes MORE WEAR vs. having it spin constant.
i have a couple buffalo drives 500gb, and had one on an e2 and e3 and now an e42(which ive now added a 2TB seagate go flex drive--no issues btw...) and never had them spin down and give the error.
so perhaps since you can not disable the sleep mode on the WD, and that WD itself has stated thru internet users/google searchers, that this drive is not a good fit.. perhaps you should replace the drive.

  • Storage space disappeared?

Hello. I was just wondering if storage space is regularly removed from accounts on htmldb.oraclecorp.com. I had 15MB of storage yesterday when I was working on my project, but today it's down to just over 8MB.
Unfortunately, I was in the middle of trying to migrate application data and needed to upload a 5MB+ XML file of data. =/

If you have access to a computer you should be able to recover the music following these instructions.
Music from iPod to computer (using option 2).
After that, you should restore the iPod and then you can reload the music.
If you do not have access to a computer, there's little else you can do except reset the iPod, but it's unlikely that will help.

  • Disappearing images on storage disks

I am using in my dig camera a 2GB storage mini disk (SanDisk). I am at a loss as to why after I have viewed the contents ("jpg" images) once on my 2.4 GHz iMac Core 2 Duo, I can not find again the pictures on that same disk (nor on my computer). Using Disk Utility I can verify that there are still a number of "items" on that disk, but finder does not display these files again.
