CC subscription payment issues.

My sept CC subscription payment bounced a couple of days ago. I'm trying to correct and bring payments up to date. But can find no options online in my account to do this. The customer service button in the side bar goes to a error page!! Can anyone help?

On Aug 24, 2013 skype sent me an email that my subscription was cancelled due to a PayPal issue. There was no issue with PayPal for the last 10 years.   • Refused Subscription Payment

    I received the second email notification, that my subscription payment was refused the second time, probably due to, that the related credit card is no longer exist. For buying Skype Credit I use a new credit card but probably the subscription renewal still remembers to the old card. I tried to change this but I do not have (any more) the subscription listed on my account, probably because it has expired. Any suggestion, what to do?

    According to your account you have one Subscription - the Unlimited UK/India Plan - not the Unlimited India Plan. Please clarify. PayPal couldn't process your original order due to the expired credit card. As you have now updated your card you should resubmit your order. If you cancel a Plan which is no longer available or allow it to expire you will lose it permanently.

  • Subscription Payment refunds

    I subscribed for a months unlimited world subscription but decided after the first month that it was not for me and cancelled my subscription.
    I have been billed again for this thru my credit card.
    I am unable to get to the refund email screen, I cannot get past the instruction screen and therefore am unable to request a refund by email.
     I can get to the request a refund screen but when I confirm we go into a loop,
    I have listed the instructions below.

    Choose the help topic Payments and the related problem Refund requests.
    At the bottom of the page, click Continue support request, and then click Send an email.
    Enter your details in the fields provided. Under Further information, make sure you select the order that you’re requesting a refund for, and give your reasons for requesting it in the box provided.
    Under Your problem, enter as much detail about your issue as possible, and then click Send support request. We will get back to you as soon as we can
    I can never get to the send an email screen after clicking on Continue support request.
    After clicking the payment problem option and then refund request I can click the Continue Support request at the page bottom. 
    this screen takes me to the Support network or Chat Support but no  Send an Email link appears to be there
    Any help would be appreciated

    My company has 4 Creative Cloud Subscriptions but Adobe are taking 5 subscription payments form the company credit card. I have transaction ID for payments but am getting nowhere trying to speak to someone to sort this out. Please help as a matter of urgency. I expect a full repayment of the money you are taking without authorisation. We only recive 4 invoices.

  • HELP With Subscriptions / Payments

    Hi , It seems as you guys tried to charge my card yesterday , On yesterday there was no money in my acct , but there will be money deposited after midnight tonight,  so the monthly fee will be able to go threw at that time  will that be an issue ? and is there anyway that you can have your system ONLY charge  my card on the 3rd of the month , as to not have that  issue happen again ? also i was considering a 3 month premium subscription , how ould i be able to change that and how does that work with the 3 month subscription for the phone number that  i currently have ?     I checked your account and Unlimited US&Canada subscription payment went through now. It's extended till October.
    Subscription recurring payments are taken 3 days before in order to avoid any last minute payment delays.
    If you are interested in Skype Premium and Unlimited US&Canada bundle then purchasing it won't affect your Online Number.
    Online Number is a separate product and not linked to your subscription.
    If you want you can cancel next recurring payment for your Unlimited US&Canada subscription. It will still run till October 3, 2011
    Then you can maybe wait for couple of days and purchase Skype Premium on the 6-7th and even when recurring payment is done 3 days before it should still work out for you if there will be money on your account by 3rd.

    Contact your bank and make sure they havnt denied iTunes access to authorise the card. You could also contact AppleCare for assistance. Its going to be an issue with your bank or iTunes.

    In AR customer ref no. set one FMS like  (Copy sequence in Customer Ref no.) and fetch your Sequence number in your customer ref no.
    its sole your incoming payment issue problem and agging reports also.
    Try its manually first and let me know.

    I suspect you have a negative balance. You have to resolve that before making any purchases, even free ones.

    I had some trouble with my rechargeable credit card on this month, there were not enough money to pay the monthly fee and now when I start my software I get a message saying that my subscription has expired and there are 23 days remaining.

    Please try to license your software. Launch any creative cloud app and when it prompts the error " subscription has expired", click on license this software and sign in with Adobe ID and passowrd associated with creative cloud subscription.

    I have a subscription for one month and 75 minutes and I would like to purchase from this month another 400 minutes to Aerica as I am currently travelling through South-East Asia.  Is that possible and if it how would I be able to do that?
    I also have called America from my Skype account and instead of charging me 2.3 cents per minute it has charged me 7.8 cents a minute and I would like to know why and if I would be able to get my money back.
