CC team user only allowed trial version

I have just added a user to our creative cloud team, he is shown as active on the web admin.When he starts an app it says "are you this user id", which he is, he then accepts the t and cs but it then starts a trail version, if he clicks licence it asks for a serial which we dont need as we are cc users, at the moment he is using as trail, but for other users it just let them start using with no further verification.
Help please to get him recognised a legitimate team member?

Installed CC on new laptop, why am I only allowed trial version?

I originally bought CC and installed on a Macbook pro. Now I've bought a new Macbook pro 2014 and installed CC, but it only allows me to run the trial version. As far as I know, CC allows for the software to be installed on two machines at the same time and since I'm logged in with my Adobe ID on the new laptop it should recognise that I have a license, or not?
What can I do to change from trial version to normal license?

If I go to the Adobe site (through the 'so many days left of your trial' when starting up any of the CC applications), it asks me which payment plan I want to sign up with - which I really don't since I'm already paying for the service :-)

I ordered Office 2011 with my MBA, but only the trial version came installed - and no product key was ever emailed to me or included in the shipment. Three calls each to Apple and Microsoft have not solved this.

You should have received a DVD in the box (with the MBA).

Call AppleCare (they need to send you a DVD, which has the Product Key printed on the sleeve).

I only see trial versions of the software that I want to donwload from my adobe cloud

I have log on on my adobe cloud account and when I go to download the applications that I need (Photoshop, illustrator) I only see trial versions not the full product, can anybody tell me how can I download the full product?

If you have purchased directly from Adobe (online/over the phone), please provide the order number & you can also confirm from your bank if the transaction has been completed or not.
Please mention the product name if purchased from any other sources.Then the serial number issue can be resolved.
As you have mentioned that " Can only download trial versions of apps", I assume it is the trial of Creative cloud, if that is the case then serial number is not required.
Since you have the trial downlaod available so it might be that the creative cloud subscription is not yet active(if it is creative cloud subscription).
You can privately message me the details also.

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.

TFS 2012 - How to make TFS focus Team users only to the scope of their Team

We have a Team Project with couple of Teams defined under it.
Some users of a certain Team, want to focus their work access in TFS only to their own team, and as possible not see any other team nor the TFS Default team in the browse lists in TFS Web Access and in Visual Studio Team Explore.
It is possible to give those users write access only to the Area of their team, and deny write access for them to all other teams including Team Project Default top level (by simply putting Deny in Edit Work Items permission of the top level Area, and Allow
in the same permission of the specific team). However, these users will still see the list of other teams and the root team project, in browse list, because they are contributers at Team Project Level.

As far as I know there’s no default way to limit the team users browser other teams from TFS Web Access team project page. But I think the team users cannot view the items in other team’s backlog pages although they can browser to other team’s backlog page.

I transferred my CS 6 applications to a new computer, and now cannot access Illustrator, only the trial version of creative cloud. How can I access the software I own?

I bought a new Mac Pro, transferred my CS software to it from my old Mac Pro, now I cannot access Illustrator, only the trial cloud version. How can I use the software I have already purchased?

Just to clarify, in case this helps anyone. I transferred the whole CS 6 suite using Apple's migration assistant, and the only program in the suite that could not be accessed except through the trial cloud version was Illustrator. After over an hour on the Adobe support chat, it turned out that I needed to follow the prompts to purchase the cloud version, then type in the serial number for my CS software at a certain point in the process. There you go.

Premiere Pro only giving Trial Version after hardware change

I am a teacher at a high school. We have CS6 installed on our machines. Recently, I was having problems with the machine hooked up to my projector not getting signal to the projector. Since our computer techs fixed the hardware to correct that problem, our Premiere Pro had only opened as a Trial Version. Now it says that the trial has ended. Do I need to re-install the product? Will I be able to install it without taking up an extra license?
I tried to get help via adobe web chat, but I was told my only option was the forum. Any help would be appreciated.

your trial window should give you the option to license. click that option and enter your serial number when prompted.

Black Friday Student Version of CC - How to update apps - Only offers Trial version

I purchased the student version black Friday discount of a Creative Cloud subscription for $15.99/month and paid in full. I expected all of my apps to have the option to "Install" the CC versions of them (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) but instead it only offers me "Try" to complete a trial version. Shouldn't they automatically update to CC versions?
