CC2014 Wont play and has lost sequences and clips

I would really appreciate help! I have googled but not found any help!
I have been using Premiere for almost 2 years now and loved the fact that I can subscribe and do updates as they come out. I have setup a "template" with certain parts the same each time (Intro, Outro etc). I edit Safari videos with different sequences for the parts that change each time (arrival, safari, dinner etc different clients), unfortunately I have not figured out a way to save a project with just the footage being used so it uses clips from old projects in different folders. I had to buy an external hardrive as my internal hardrive is too full. I saved all the folders onto the external hardrive. When I opened a project it will say missing media, this is not a problem as once I have located the file it updates everything (after about 3 searches). Great.
But since I update to CC 2014, I am experiencing the following issues:
Projects (from previous version) have lost their sequences in the project window - only the main sequence has remained (which I named MASTER)
Certain clips are now missing in the sequence (just gone, not even a block with "missing media")
Premiere usually does not always play, sometimes I have to restart and reload projects a few times before it will play (I have tried both the spacebar and the play button on the project monitor)
The ` does not maximize the window anymore!
I tried to maximize a window by clicking on "Maximize panel group" on the menu button of the Sequence Header - my MASTER SEQUENCE disappeared!! No amount of Undo could help
It seems that the new "Improved" 2014 version is full of bugs, and this happens just when I have some deadlines! I have tried updating from the CREATIVE CLOUD interface but it loads the update up to 50% and then says Update Failed (after numerous efforts)
Could someone please advise.

They are songs that are stored on the iCloud. You will have to connect to WiFi or use cellular to download them. If she is traveling, she might consider stopping at fast food restaurant for a few minutes and connect to their free WiFi to download her songs.

Troubleshooting a start up script can be difficult. There are some third party programs that also keep logs of start up programs, however for Firefox this may be different.

In the control panel there is also Administrative tools to view event logs, but this may be something a local technician can walk you through.

If the songs are still on your ipod, make sure autosync is disabled in iTunes on your computer, connect and right click on it in the device list, then choose "transfer purchases" to copy all bought media and apps from your ipod to your computer.
If the songs are not on your computer and got deleted from your ipod as well, you can't get them back, unless you have a backup of your iTunes library as part of your computer backup.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting that track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (or the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone).
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads with the same problem then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Song wont play and just jumped to next song automatically

Hi guys, Im using MacBook Pro OS X 10.9.2, iTunes 11.1.5(5) and iPhone 4S
Actually, i added my musics on iTunes library and all of them play properly in iPhone but when im going to play a specific one it wont play and automatically jumped to next track. Once I deleted the song on MacBook's library and add it again but still cant paly it on iPhone! However, i can play the exactly same song on MacBook without any problem but in iPhone cannot!!!!
is there any solution for this issue ?!

Hi Sharif - when you go to play the music on your iPhone is there a cloud icon with a red arrow next to the length of the track as shown below?
If so the track is not on your phone. Tap the cloud and it will download to your phone and once finished you can play it normally.

Congrats on your first post, fed_upp. BTW, may we know the phone model you are using? When you say new update, are you referring to the Lumia Cyan or WP7.8 update? Have you already tried switching off/on your phone and re-inserting your memory card to check if there's any difference? About the phone's signal, are you able to see any changes when moving the phone in one place to another? For the Wi-Fi signal, are you unable to connect to any available Wi-Fi network?

The song appears to be corrupt. Delete and redownload it if doing so is free in your country.

IQuiz wont play AND Musiz Quiz cant find tracks

I got a wierd problem. I cant get iQuiz to start anymore. my iPod only tells me to reinstall it. I did that about 10 times but it's still the same, it wont start.
And when I try to start Music Quiz my black pain (the iPod) tells me that it cant find any tracks and thus it wont start either.
Everything is up to date, the latest drivers on the iPod and the latest iTunes. And both games worked fine before.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or even better, could anyone please help me solve this.

I figured something out that might tell someone what I did to screw things up!
I think I did something to mess up the environment or something. I know this much now: When I created a new project, I created 6 new audio tracks. I noticed that a piece of previously recorded audio that I imported into the project would only play back on ever other track! I than noticed that on the every other track (that would not play back the audio when it was dragged to it), there was neither a single circle (indicating mono for the track) or the two overlapping circles (indicating stereo for the track) beneath the channel's level meter.
There must be some significance to this that I do not quite understand!
I then went back and launched several of my problematic projects to see if the tracks that would not play back audio also did not display either the mono or stereo circles on their respective channel strips. They did not! What kind of global setting did I change that would cause this?
There was one project that had one track that bared neither mono or stereo an played back its audio (Although, in this same project, there was another track that bared neither symbol that was not playing back its audio). Anyway, I noticed something that was weird to me, but will likely tell someone what the heck I must have inadvertently done to cause all of this:
When I change one audio track (that bares the mono symbol) into stereo, the next audio track (that didn't display either symbol) seems like it is combined with the previous track's output!
Very strange! Did I somehow set some global preference to split up my audio tracks across each not audio track?? If so, could someone please explain to me what and I did that? Thanks!

It is your fault if you bought apps that are not compatible with your device or that require internet connection.

Videos (Flash and others) wont play and/or Lag

Flash videos, and it seems like all other videos in general either A. Don't upload and buffer or B. Will begin, but stop 2 seconds in and quit loading. Does anyone know a fix to this? My computer was fine up until 2-4 days ago, and all of a sudden everything starting lagging online and/or not loading for videos. I seem to remember a FireFox update that came out a week or so ago, I might be wrong. But is that what is causing this problem?

Does it actually tell you that the disk is blank or does it not show that a disk is present or launch the appropriate application automatically?
You may need to got to SysPref/CD's & DVD's and setup what applications should launch when inserting different types of disk. It may have got set to ignore.
