  • CCM Catalog Mass upload problem

    Dear Experts,
Could you please help me to find an answer to the below issue?
We are doing a mass catalog upload in CCM 2.0 => we are uploading our CSV file as follows:
    Supplier ID A => Supplier name A =>  Item details A
    Supplier ID B => Supplier name B =>  Item details B
    etc.
Usually, I give the first Supplier ID when creating the Supplier catalog.
The upload process is working fine, BUT...
When the catalog has been uploaded, from the Procurement Catalog side there is only the first "Supplier ID A" what's beeing uploaded to all of the items instead of all the other respective Supplier IDs.
Therefore we have to change the rest of the Supplier IDs by mass changing the respective Proc Cat.
Do you know how we could keep all the other Supplier IDs?
    Thanks a lot - imre

  • CCM automated (batch) upload program to Procurement Catalog

    Hello to all,
There does not appear to be a report to enable an automated (batch) upload program to a CCM Procurement Catalog.  This is a problem for customers who need off-hours periodic updating of their procurement catalog.
Has anyone encountered this problem and has found or developed a solution?
Thanks in advance for you help and comments.
    Frank Heisner

Frank: to clarify things, the process is to upload content into Supplier Catalogs, and then map to Master and Procurement.
And you're correct - there is no standard report for uploads. But you can develop a custom one. An example of such can be found in the <a href="https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/~sapdownload/011000358700002122802006E/CCM_Migr_enhanceMarch_9th.ppt">Requisite-to-CCM Migration Toolkit</a>.

  • CCM Mapping and Upload

    Hi Experts,
I am new to CCM and struggling to make this to work.  We are using SRM 5 with CCM 2.0 (SAPK-20002INCCM).  I have some questions that would appreciate your help.
    1. I run program to transfer SRM Product master to CCM (BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG). I got the catalogue BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG created in CCM.
Do I need to run for Category Hierarchy- Product Subtype?  I only ran for Category Hierarchy - Material group which doesn't include service master.
I did try to run for Product Subtype - SRV_SERV and system created Category SRV_SERV under Schema R3PRODSTYP.  Now I don't know how to map this to the master catalogue.
    2. If I would like to have my schema for Master Catalog as Product Groups (Material groups in ECC6). Is it possible or what is the normal way to implement? Could you also send me the sample file for CSV 2.0 to my email at [email protected] please?
3 Do we always need to use Supplier Catalogue?  If I have contracts in SRM when I distribute to CCM, system created contract catalogue for each contract. How do we use them in CCM? Do I need to map to mater catalogue?
Looking forward to your kind support.
    Cheers
    SK

    Hi SK,
First of all the report BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG creates a catalog namely SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG in CCM (CAT).
If you want to transfer product masters from EBP to CCM then choose Category Hierarchy  in the above report.
Once you run the report with this (with product categories mentioned) the catalog created (SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG) in CCM-CAT with show you the total heirarchy with the selected matl groups filled with product masters.
For mapping with master catalog you need to create the same category names in master catalog -> schema -> create schema and then create category
Then in SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG -> mapping tab you can map the respective categories in two catalogs.
I will send CSV 2.0 sample to yr ID.
No supplier catalogs are not mandatory.
In fact in our site we are only using SRM_EXTRACTED_CATALOG.
I have not worked with contract catalog.

  • Material/service master catalog upload (ECC-CCM)

SRM have 2 possible scenarios to upload the material master data to CCM:
1- Upload material master data from ECC to SRM and, after, from SRM to CCM.
2- Upload material master data directly from ECC to SRM.
Does anybody know the name of the transaction or report in ECC to upload the material/service master catalog directly to CCM?
    Best regards,
    Cristiano Soares

    Hi All-
I have about 3 tricky questions concerning CCM-ECC Integration
1.) Does anybody have any idea on how to upload Material and Service master from ECC 6.0 directly into the CCM 2.0 system. Is there any standard program like we have in SRM called as BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG. I
2.) Also are there any complications or is it possble to integrate CCM 2.0 directly from ME51n? I am aware that PM and PS out-of-the-box can be directly integrated to CCM. Is there a similar way to achieve this functionality. If yes can anybody give me some pointers on this.
3.) Are there any complications involved with uploading service masters and interfacing CCM to EBP or ECC and directly using the service master from CCM to create a Shopping cart (CCM-EBP) or  a purchase requisition (CCM-ECC).
I hope some one can throw some light on these questions.
Suitable points will be rewarded for helpfull answers !!
    Thanks,

  • Problem in replicating the material from SRM to CCM

    Hi SRM gurus
We have material created in ECC6 and replicated to SRM, but the same material is not being replicated to CCM. Back ground job for program BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG is running.
we are on SRM 5.0, Extended calssic scenario.

    Hi
Which CCM version are you using ? What steps are you doing ?
CatalogUpdateNotification_Out is configuration on XI for the location of the XI server.
When you run report BBP_CCM_TRANSFER_CATALOG this sends the materials to the XI server, when then sends that back to the CCM instalation (on our system this is the same client/box as the SRM application). Once there the catalog can be published through the authoring tool to the respective catalog, or a report could run to send this out.
<u>I would suggest looking at the <b>config guide for CCM2</b> - it goes through what you need step by step.</u> Incase you don't have the same, i can email at your mail id, if any.

  • CCM in same client. advantages & drawbacks.

    Hi everybody,
I am in a new implementation with CCM 2 as purchasing catalog, and I have a doubt. I have read the landscape options document and I understand when I should use CAT & CSE in different systems. But I don't know which are the reasons for deciding to work with SRM and CCM in the same or in differents clients. Some clear thinkings about this?

    Hi
It is generally optional and depends on the complexity of your system landscape - Incase it is working fine in a one single client, then you don't need to go for multiple clients landscape.

    Hi,
We are in migration from CCM 2.0 SRM MDM.
In CCM , we are uploading the catalogs with UNSPSC and material group. Either any one is mandatory.
If they give UNSPSC code in catalog, while uploading we are mapping to correspoding material group.

    Hello Venkatesh P
    UNSPSC is complex code.
First two (may be three- i'm not sure) digits is material group number.
You should only analyze that and create as-is to-be  table for UNSPSC code->material group number relation

  • Licensing with Call Manager 5.0

    Hi,
can you help me with licensing IP phones on Call Manager 5.0?
I can take server with CallManager sofware and I don't need any license.
Otherwise, I can take this product:
    LIC-CM-DL-10= CallManager Device License - 10 units
I 5.0 version every phone have number of units. So, does it mean, that I can take one 7940G (which have 4 units) and after that I still have 6 units. Next time, if I take one more 7940G, I don't need to take any more licenses. Am I right?
    Thanks a lot,
    Vlaho

    Hi Vlaho,
    This shouldn't be too bad. Once you have recieved the License file, here is the method to Upload it to CCM 5.0;
    Uploading a License file
Use the following procedure to upload a license file to the Cisco Unified CallManager server with the matching MAC address that is provided when requesting for a license file. The Cisco Unified CallManager server where the license file is loaded takes on the functionality of the license manager.
Note Upload the license file only on the first node of Cisco Unified CallManager cluster.
    Procedure
Step 1 Choose System > License > Upload License File.
The License File Upload window displays.
Step 2 The Existing License Files drop-down list box displays the license files that are already uploaded to the server.
Note Click View File to view the file content of any existing files.
Step 3 To choose a new license file to upload, click Upload License File.
The Upload File pop-up window displays.
Step 4 Browse and choose a license file to upload to the server.
Step 5 Click Upload License File.
After the upload process is complete, the Upload Result file displays.
    Step 6 Click Close.
Step 7 In the License File Upload window, the status of the uploaded file displays.
