CCM 3.1(2) - Call Summary Reports

Hi,
I want the Call summary report i.e. giving the details of date, time, calling Party, Called Party, Number dialed, duration of call etc....
I am unable to generate report in CCM R3.1(2)

You can use CAR report 'QoS Detail' which will give the details Calling number, called number, call Originator and completion date and time, duration, orig and dest codec, orig and dest devices, and orig and dest QoS. To generate the report for all the calls made in the system, you need to select the option "Select All Users".

Agent missing from Agent Call Summary Report

When running the Agent Call Summary Historical report in IPCC 4.5, we have found it will not list one agent. This agent shows in both Real Time reports and in other Historical reports, inclding the Agent Detail report. It doesn't matter if we rung the Call Summary report for one day, or several weeks, this agent never is listed in the report. Any ideas on what the problem, or solution, might be?

If this is still an issue verify that the agent is correctly assigned to an Agent Team via Config Manager.

Agent Call Summary Report - UCCX 7.0(1)

I am seeking a clear definition of the iInbound Non-ACD field.
Inbound
Non-ACD—Total
Total number of non-IPCC Express calls received by the agent. This number
includes calls made by other agents and by outside parties.
Does this mean calls to this agents ACD line from other extensions that do not come from the CSQ?
Any clarification would be appreciated.

Hi,
When a call comes from the CSQ, the agent goes Reserved > Talking > and then potentially to a Work/Wrap-Up state after the call. For a non-ACD call, they just go to the Not Ready state. I believe your understanding of the definition is correct. Any call that didn't come through the queue will be counted this way.

Historical Report CSQ Call Distribution Summary Report

You can filter the Contact Service Queue Call Distribution Summary Report by either of these parameters:
- Contact Service Queue Names
- Time Interval (sec) T
can we filter this report with both paramters mentioned above together(CSQ & Time)
or at least can we change the default value of "Time Interval(sec) T" from 15 sec to another value?

Excuse me but it seem you didn’t get my point,
My question is to have one report filtered by two parameters simultaneously, CSQ name + Time Interval.
and I was guessing, if there is no way to choose both parameters simultaneously in filtering the same report, if there is a way to set the default time parameter to for example 10 sec, so in a way if i choose the parameter CSQ name the interval taken is 10 sec and not 15 second (the default value for time).

Stock summary report

i am doing stock summary report
i am checking the data with mc.9 standard report
the total amount for particular month is not tallying with standard one.
data is coming with all the materials and with opening nd closing balances...
but it is taking the stock amount with inclusive of all taxes. i am using the field mseg-dmbtr.
but i need the material stock amount without taxes.
i tried with mbew table, but i didn't get closing stock amount.
values is there correct value in mbew but i am not able to get the correct value..
tell me anyother tables or give me any soln....

Report with select list and link to call another report

Hi,
I am trying to do 2 reports (REPORT1 and REPORT2).
The first is a summary report (REPORT1).
This report will display sales figures for the year. Now, I need to have a select list in the result set that will have 2 options, depending on which option is chosen, I want to call REPORT2 with the select list as a parameter. How can I do this ?
Let me try to explain what I did.
I created REPORT1 on Page 100
SELECT YEAR, sum(YTD_SALES), APEX_ITEM.SELECT_LIST(1,'DEPARTMENT','Department;DEPARTMENT,Division;DIVISION') Drilldown FROM SALES_ANALYSIS WHERE YEAR > 2000
GROUP BY YEAR ORDER BY YEAR
I created 2 hidden items namely P100_YEAR and P100_DRILLDOWN
I also made the column YEAR as a link and specified both P100_YEAR and P100_DRILLDOWN as parameters to be passed.
Next, I created REPORT2
SELECT YEAR, DECODE(:P100_DRILLDOWN, 'Department', department, 'Division', Division) dept_div, sum(YTD_SALES) ytd_sales
FROM SALES_ANALYSIS
WHERE YEAR = :P100_YEAR
When I run Report 1, it's fine, when I choose either Department or Division from the Select List and click on the link to call Report 2, report 2 is displayed, but the value being passed for P100_DRILLDOWN is not correct and as a result, I am unable to get correct results for Report 2
Am I missing something ? Are there any alternate ways to do what I'm doing ?

Hi Ashok,
The link definition will not know the value selected in the list as it is constructed only when the page is being rendered. You would need to create some javascript to handle this. I've done that here: [http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=267:182]
The link on the EMPNO column has been defined in the HTML Expression setting for the column instead of the Link section. The HTML Expression that I have used is:

</script>When a link is clicked, the doDrilldown function is called passing in the EMPNO value and the "this" object (which identifies the object triggering the call). The function starts from that object and goes up in the HTML tag tree to the nearest TR tag (the row tag that the link is on) and then finds the first SELECT list item on the row and gets its value. It then constructs a URL using this and the EMPNO value and performs a redirect to the second page (page 183 in this example).

Trading Partner Summary Report not getting genrated in PDF

Hi all
We are running EBS r12 on solaris 5.10 machine.
Problem is there is a report called "Trading Partner Summary Report"
it is getting completed successfully but when i try to c the output it says
File does not begin with '%PDF-',
Please help

Just looking for a good way of troubleshooting this problem.
When the supervisors run the “agent summary report” it contains only 1 agent in it rather then the 30 odd. This happens for one team only. When the report is run for all the other teams it works fine.
The customer says he doesn’t see any difference in the agents and teams setup between the working and the non working once.

Tried to restart the services you mention but that didnt clear the calls. Eventually had to reboot the server.
As a worring after the server come back up for some reason it moved some of the prompt's from the _GB folder to the _US folder

Traffic Summary Reports on SSM

Hi all,
We are using Operations Manager and Service Statistics Manager to monitor our IP telephony system.
My problem is that I cannot receive the information about traffic summary reports on SSM. I can receive statistics about CPU and memory usages of the gateways or number of calls handled by the call managers. I used to get the traffic summary reports too, but after a while it stopped producing any statistics.
What can be the reason and how can I fix this issue? Any ideas?

Captivate can report to local server or to acrobat.com, you can read all these results through Quiz Results Analyzer which is bundled with Adobe Captivate. Following Blog-post gives you more information on this.

Media Quality Summary Report - filters

I am looking at this summary report and playing with applying the filters. There are no calls identified as VPN calls. Does the data here rely on the clients using Microsoft VPN, or is there a way to get other product VPN's recognized?

Agent State Summary Report - Total login duration abnormal

Hi everyone,
We just upgrade our call center to UCCX 8.0(2). Everything seem to work fine except we found something strange in Historical Report "Agent State Summary". Agents are working in 8 hours shift but in the Total Logged-in Time in Agent State Summary report show up to 20 hours (Time spend in Not Ready state up to more than 10 hours). This is happened to some agents only.
We have checked with the agents and they confirmed that they have loggout properly after working shift (when they finish, they logout of CAD and then logout of Extension Mobility).
We have checked "Agent State Detail" report, and found strange behavior (for thoes agents that have abnormal Not Ready state and long duration of Total Logged-in Time) as - after that agent Logout, they have change to Not Ready state with reason code 32759 (The system issues this reason code if the agent's phone crashes and that agent is placed in the unavailable state).
What caused this to happen? Agent shouldn't have any state after they logout.

Just one more thing. for example SLA on the CSQ is set to 10 secs
Call is offered to the agent via Resource commend but the agent does not answer so RONA (15sec) is invoked and the call is re-queue - Does this impact SLA?
No agents are available so the call is queued with IVR- Does this impact SLA ?
Basically I guess the SLA is impacted if the call is either ringing on an agents phone after the 10 Sec SLA but answered or returned to queue if the RONA is say 15 secs - either way the SLA is impacted is this correct?
Sorry for the "obvious " question but customer stated that she was informed the SLA is only impacted on "ringing" time on the agents phone and not if the call is queuing, listen to on hold while queuing

Updating summary report

I Have created an application called machine in my workspace and i have a form on the machine table.The summary report gives me the total count of machines.Now the question is if i add 3 more machines i want the summary report to get updated from say 100 machines to 103 machines:the code i am using for total count is:select "MACHINE".TOTAL_MACHINES"as "TOTAL_MACHINES" from "MACHINE" "MACHINE" where MACHINE _ID=:P2_MACHINE_ID; so how can that be done.

Please can you explain more clearly what you are trying to achieve.
If you have an item that should be used as a predicate in you query then you can just reference it as a bind variable (as you did in your first example) using the :P_ITEM notation.
You don't need to 'fetch' the value, you use it as a bind variable and then when the page is submitted this will be saved in the session state and the results of your query will reflect the saved value.
Maybe you could put an example on apex.oracle.com?
