CCM integration with Mitel SX-2000

We are converting from an Avaya G3si to CCM 4.1(3), and are attempting to move a T1 connection to a Mitel SX-2000. Evidently, the T1 is built as AMI-D4, which I have set up on the gateway page (gateway is MGCP).
We tried to move the cable from Avaya to Cisco 3825 gateway and got no CD. Any idea what the pinouts need to be on this?

The Mitel SX-2000 phone system communicates with the Cisco Unity server by using DTMF sequences. The voice messaging lines from the phone system connect to the analog voice cards in the Cisco Unity server. Refer URL

The process that you have written for CCM is very closely related to the same thing that I need to do.
I recently got an enhancement which is for Catalog Options. We are working on SRM 5.0 System. I haven't dealt with CCM before.
I need to create a CSV file. I got a list of the fields like /CCM/ORDER_UNIT, /CCM/PRICE, /CCM/PRODUCT_GROUP and some others. I am told to get these fields out of table: MARA. I will be doing an extract from R/3. The material types used are: HAWA and NLAG and I'll be loading the deltas.
In addition to these fields, I also need a few where the values will be generated programatically. For example, there should be a PICTURE field where the value is a fixed URL, followed by the material ID, followed by a ".jpg" something like this: www.yahoo.com/pictures/xyzpdq.jpg
And the Category ID which will be of the form material ID followed by a "#" and a string that will be given by the Functional person, something like this: xyzpdq#ccsd06
Can you please explain to me the process and how to go about doing it. What would I exactly have to do here?

CME integration with NEC Neax 2000 IPS

I'm looking for a starting point in setting up some kind of link between CME and the NEC. It really doesn't matter if the link is T1 based or IP based. All I really need is to be able to dial from one system to the other and have the calling number show up on caller-id.

Yes, you can have a basic IVR with CUC, no one can tell you how to design your CUC, that's up to you and your requirements.
All you need are call handlers, caller input and greetings.
If you need someone to do all this for you, engage with a local Cisco partner.

MDM catalog integration with SRM 7.0

We will be upgrading from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0
We currently have CCM .....Few questins on catalog enablement for us with SRM 7:
1.With SRM 7,0,can we use CCM oor MDM is the only option???
2.Is it better to have MDM as a seperate server and enable SRM MDM catalog content?
3.We have 2 punch out catalogs for 2 vendors.How to enable the punch out catalog links in SRM 7.0???What is the path for IMG config??
4. We have around 20 internal supplier catalogs .Now should we upload few of the supplier catalogs and then upload rest or can we upload all the suuplier catalogs at once through IMPORT MANAGER in MDM ???What are therestrictions in terms of the no of catalogs or catalog data that can be improted and mapped ???

   MDM Server(contents) and AS Java(for UI) are required. Please check the installation guide.

MeetingPlace Video Integration with 3515MCU problem

I am trying to setup MeetingPlace Video Integration with a Cisco 3515 MCU and cannot get it to work. The eventlog for MeetingPlace Gateway is giving me errors about the initialization problems. A couple of such errors are:
MPAgent (0x0150) Warning: Conference technology provider initialization failed (0x80040201). err=1
MPVidSvc MPVideo 11:05:52-> CMcuController::processCmdRegAuthorize() Register as administrator failed. UNregistering....
MPVidSvc MPVideo 11:06:02-> CMcuController::uninitialize() Uninitializing CMcuController.......
Both MeetingPlace and MCU conferencing are working as they should, but I can't get the Video Integration working. From what I can tell by these messages, MeetingPlace cannot talk to the MCU to administer conferences. I have setup and configured a user on the MCU for MeetingPlace to use.
Has anyone got MeetingPlace working with a 3515 MCU?

I'm having the same problem but with MCU 3540. This problem begin occur after I change the service number 70. My scenario is 2 sites. Each site have 1 cluster?s CCM, 1 MCU?s 3540 and the main site I have 1 MP system with 1 MP IP gateway and web conference in the same server. What the version of MP and MCU you are using ? I'm using MP V 5.3.333.0 and MCU V 4.2.10.

WLC not integrating with Radius Server

Hello world,
I have the following situation:
One WLC 2000 Series (software version 7.0.230.0) with multiple SSID`s, one is with 802.1x integrated with a Radius Server.
Everything worked fine until fiew days ago, when users were unable to logon via they`re certificates on Windows XP.
The infrastracture didn`t suffer modifications.
What i have checked: Radius certification isn`t expired, client certification isn`t expired, the password between controller and Radius is correct.
There are no ACL`s between the WLC and the remote Server. I can ping the devices, other SSIDs on the same controller (wpa/psk) are working correct.
The AP`s are 1242.
I have tried deleting the SSID, configure it back. The OS on Windows Server is 2003 Standard. The AP`s are configured H-Reap.
I have increased the Server Timeout from Radius Authentication Servers from 2 to 30 sec.
The message logs recived on WLC Trap Logs:
RADIUS server X.X.X.X:1812 failed to respond to request (ID 161) for client xx.xx.xx.xx.xx.xx/ user 'unknown'

Can anyone help why i cannot log the users via 802.1x ?

Okay that is good..... this is what I would do next. I would create a test ssid that uses PEAP MSchapv2 and create a new policy in IAS that is basic. Allow 802.1x wireless and user group only and see if you can reconfigure one of the XP machines for PEAP. Can you also post a screen shot of your polices (connection and network) so we can review it.

Siebel new LDAP adapter integration with BI Publisher

Hi All!!
We have configured our Siebel (8.1.1.3) security adapter with LDAP. BI Publisher is using Siebel security model.
We had to clone our AOM (fins_esn which is using the security adapter LDAP) to finsxx_esn because we are migrating the AD 2000 to 2008 (we are also changing the domain). The roll out will last 2 month, users will be migrated by branch, it wont be a big bang.
We have to generate a new LDAP security adapter to authenticate users who are logging to finsxx_esn to the AD 2008 (AD 2008 is on a diferent domain than AD 2000. This is working for application autehtication, no problems found here)
On a standalone environment report generation is working. But for a distributed environment (1 AOM, 1 NAOM, 1 Web Server) is not working.
Does anyone knows how to integrate to BI Publisher when you have two LDAP security adapters on Siebel Application? Or is there any authentication method to use instead of "Siebel Security" so as to achieve this?

We actually ran into a similar problem where I work. I created a support web ticket for our issue and the response is that BIP 11G is not supported for integration with Siebel 8.1, or any other version for that matter. Oracle is currently working on a fix to integrated the latest version of Siebel with BIP.
There advice to me was to downgrade to BIP 10G for the time being.

Multiple clustering integrating with AD

I have a customer that I am doing a design for that wants to integrate with Ad for CCM. No problem. BUT there are going to be maybe 15 sites or so that will each have their own cluster of CCMs. The AD structure that they will be integrating to is and enterprise AD. So is it possible to integrate multiple CCM clusters with the same AD, and let each cluster see the whole domain as its directory? Any help would be apprepciated.

Please be advised on the user accounts that are commonly used by applications, like the "ac" user for Attendant Console, "jtapi", "rmjtapi" user for IPCC Express etc. Since it is a single directory, you cannot have the same user id and hence you would need to create different user id's for these applications in each cluster to avoid any chances of data getting overwritten. For example, create user id "jtapi_cluster1" for cluster1, "jtapi_cluster2" for cluster2 etc.

We are using a raw disk of 200 GB for disk staging.
DPM integrated with microsoft azure.
Able to take file backup and databases backups from DPM and can perform the restore from Disk staging as well as from azure
Queries:
Will DPM support deduplication for exchange (2007,2010,2013) databases and for sql databases (2000, 2005,2008,2012,2014) ?
on the wire compression is enabled but how to verify that?
Is it possible to mount the raw disk to some other drives except local Disk (C:\)
How to do granular recovery in DPM 2012 R2 for microsoft exchange?

Uc500 integration with ms lync server 2010

I’m integrating UC500 with lync server 2000, I’ve achieved to make UC500 users to call lync users and vice versa. But lync users are not able to dial pstn or external numbers through UC500. When I debug UC500 on dialling from lync I can see the incoming call exactly as it should be, its also hitting the correct dial-peer but the call drops and does not go through.
Can you help me on this please?

Please attach "debug ccsip messages" and "debug ccsip error" output for the failed call together with the UC500 configuration.
If you use ISDN connection to reach PSTN also include "debug isdn q931".

XMLP Integration with RightFax

Hi,
Can anyone please point me to any documentation or sample code where I can see how RightFax (3rd Party s/w) can be integrated with XMLP.
The RightFax is running on a Windows 2000 machine.

I've only used rightfax from a user perspective. Is it possible to have rightfax either pull from a location or email a file to rightfax? I.e. with our current program, if I email to [email protected] then the program faxes the output to that number.
