CCME and a Night Bell

I have a CCME (3.2) implementation that has a Night Bell requirement to ring through an overhead paging system. It is currently working, via POTS dial peer to an FXS port connecting to a Viking K-600D unit, but we discovered that the call cannot be picked up. Apparently because of the call being connected as far as CCME is concerned.
There is no way to add a Pickup Group to either the dial peer or the FXS port that I can see.
Using the CCME Night Service is OK but the customer would still have to have the overhead ringing because it's an industrial environment and the folks may not be close enough to any of the phones to actually hear it.
I haven't been able to logically figure out how to make this work. I suspect that the Night Service ring would take precedence and never connect through the FXS port.
I've done this before in CallManager using a VG248 port and putting the DN in a paging group, then using the group pickup. So far I can't see how to do the same sort of thing with CCME.
Any one tried this before? Suggestions are welcome.

I've done this in the past for a customer in a manufacturing facility. ATA188 along with Bogen PCM-2000 and/or TAMB. Used an ATA for the call pickup. FXS ports cannot be used with call pickup.
Also, set it up so that unannounced option from auto attendant would ring overhead and be used for family to contact plant after hours.

My imac is running mountain lion and last night i downloaded maverick. in midst of installing it it said a powerPC app microsoft word would not work so i canceled the install for the time being. my questions is if i choose to finish installing maverick

thanks for your response Csound1 on the peninsula ... if i go ahead and install maverick and then download LibreOffice or OpenOffice will i then be able to access old microsoft word saved documents on my deskstop through those two free alternatives? i am not that knowledgeable about these things so i am not sure if you are saying i will just be able to use libreoffice or openoffice for creating new documents or whether i can access the saved microsoft docs? are they transferred to OO or LO or what and if editing of the old word docs is needed can i do that through the OO and LO programs or apps (see i am not even sure if i am using the correct vocabulary!) hope you can answer this as quick as the first question, so i can decide to stick with mountain lion and trash the maverick install or proceed with maverick install and hoppe that my microsoft word docs are still accessible through OO or LO or adding to myquestion will pages on maverick be able to open the old word documents? thanks again!

Lion Recovery (Command R- reinstall Lion) Says 148 hours after being on for one day and over night

I accidently deleted some file on my computer that wouldn't let me start up my MacBook pro, 13 Inch, so I had to press Command- R at start up (brought me to Lion Recovery) and I choose reinstall lion and I started it yesterday morning and all day and over night. It's barely half way through and it says "148 Hours Left" which is crazy.. Should I just wait? is this normal? what do I do? Pleasee help someone!

It seems Apple is having problems with there servers or you have a Very Slow Internet connection. Best is to let it run as you can't use the computer anyway without the files you deleted.
There are reports of other that can not even get to the Lion download or any downloads for updates and such.

HT1339 My iPod classic shows that memory full in "other" category however there is nothing on it. I have left it connected all day and over night trying to restore it but the progress bar never goes away.

Did Anyone else have a disruption on NBC HD Monday and Tuesday night?

We were watching the voice on Monday & Tuesday night and both nights NBC HD completely stopped working on all our tvs ... I was wondering if that has happened to anyone else?

Happened to us too, first time The Voice just froze and has to unplug the unit to unfreeze it, and it keeps freezing in the same spot. The second night of The Voice it went to black and then starts playing Jay Leno. Very weird, now we have missed the second half of both episodes of The Voice. What is up??

My iPhone would just randomly give me a blue screen and then restart--did that a bunch of times between Tuesday and last night. As of last night, it WILL NOT come back on. iTunes says it's in recovery mode....what does all of this mean???

Tuesday night I was texting a friend and when I went to open her message, my screen went blue and restarted. I just wrote it off as weird and went on about my business. Later that night, I tried to turn on my phone and it would not turn on. I plugged it up, held down the power button, and pressed the home button all numerous times. I looked online and it said to do a "hard reset" by holding down the power and home button at the same time--my phone then came on. Throughout Wednesday, it would give me a blue screen and restart--nothing major just really annoying. I took it to the local Verizon store where I bought the phone from and he said that it was some type of hardware defect and I was still under my year warranty so I could get a new one for free--the free phone won't be here until tomorrow, Saturday. I took it home and it didn't give me any trouble for a couple of hours. The next day it was cooperating and then I left town for a little while and it acted up (blue screen and then restarting) a few times. When I got home, it acted up again and so I restarted the phone and it was working fine. A few minutes later, I tried to check my messages and the phone was off again. No matter what I do, my phone will not come back to life. It had at least 45% battery last time I looked at it. I decided to plug the phone up to my computer and see what it did--my computer recognizes that there is a phone hooked to it and it says that it's in "recovery mode". It also said that if I'm having issues with my phone, that I need to reset the phone via iTunes. I guess the questions that arise are
1. Why is my phone doing this?
2. If I reset my phone, will it go back to working again? I ask that because I don't want Verizon to charge me $300 when they send me the replacement phone and I won't need it (assuming that the phone decides to work once it's been reset).
3. What type of hardware defect is this that is causing this issue, not only with my iPhone 5S but others as well?
4. Shouldn't people be notifying Apple and letting them know that they need to fix this issue?
5. Should I report this issue to Apple even though I didn't buy the phone directly from them, but through Verizon?
Any help that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated! This whole situation has me stressed out and seriously confused.

How can I reduce the size of my DB and my nightly backups?

One of my SQL databases is growing out of control and its required nightly backups (FULL) are sucking disk space at a rapid rate. The backups are now at 120GB a pop and the DB itself is somewhere at 119GBs in size. We've tried shrinking/truncating
the transaction logs but it doesn't seem to do anything. Being that I'm not the one who performs the transaction log shrinking when we need to, I'm not sure if doing this shrink operation is the same as having a Shrink Database task in a maintenance
plan (is it the same?). I'm aware it's not usually recommended but we've been trying pretty much everything without success.
Short of cleaning the actual database of unused content, etc., is there anything else we can do via SQL Server?

Displays red light for 20 seconds then goes out. nothing else happens. have tried charging it on the computer and all night in power point. wont show up in itunes or my computer

i bought my daughters ipod shuffle 4th gen last week for xmas. set them all up easily etc and wrapped them for xmas. kids opened them up for xmas played them most of the day so i thought i would charge them both overnight on the computer. pc went into sleep mode which i didnt realise wouldnt charge them. so in the morning they were flat so i charged them on the pc but 1 didnt seem to take any charge while the other worked perfectly. treid to charge it all night long last night using a power point charger and still this morning it displays the red light and wont show up in itunes or my computer. apple support havent rang me yet

For those of you waiting for the Tesco update, have you tried visiting an NCC to get a generic version put on? I know with the Anna update I got mine done early coz I couldn't be bothered to wait for Tesco to release their version. As for the overall response to Belle, I've chosen to give it a miss. Unless FP1 really sorts a lot of Belles issues out.

ButtonBar and latest nightly build - disable FocusRect

I just updated to SDK 11566. I have a ButtonBar w/custom skin in my app. After updating to the latest nightly I now am getting the FocusRectangle around the button in focus, whether I mouse click or keyboard arrow, didn't have this before. In MXML properties for ButtonBar I tried focusRect="false", in the custom skin ButtonBarButtonSkin MXML property I set showCaret="false" and focusRect="false" - I still get the focusRect. In ButtonBar I do not see the drawFocus() method anymore.
My question would be, what changed with ButtonBar and how can I either disable the Focus Rectangle or customize it?
I noticed this change in the nightly's - [svn:fx-trunk] 11467: Corrected ButtonBarBase drawFocus() method, set the depth of the ItemRenderer at caretIndex, not just the showsCaret flag.
What happened to putting visuals in a skin?

Can someone explain what has happened to the "Classic" Text Tones such as Glass, Tritone? It was on my phone and last night they disappeared and I can find them anywhere.

All of the sudden those Classic tones are gone and I can't access them anymore. What happened to them? Makes me really upset because the new tones are so long.

Packaged webapp won't show main page on both beta and fennec nightly

i'm trying to install a webapp from http://www.unixmedia.it/webapp/ following the docs.
The webapp consist in just an "hello world" where i have a single page app and lauch_path to /index.html
trying to download the app by wget https://controller.apk.firefox.com/application.apk?manifestUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.unixmedia.net%2Fwebapp%2Fpackage.manifest -O myapp.apk seems to work, unzipping the apk i can see the right files included in /res/raw/application.zip, and the app is correctly installed in android.
When i launch the app, both with fennec and firefox beta, the app starts up, i can see the splashscreen with the logo image, and then a white screen appears and nothing more.
I don't see any relevant error using adb logcat

I understand that you are installing a web app with the synthetic apk and all that is showing up is the icon and not the hello world message.
The packaged app is wrapped in a Android java pack, my question is how is the hello world implemented?
