CCMS agents not collecting relevant data f

Hi,
I am working on product where all components were integrated into one product(like EP, XI, TREX, SCM,livecache,CRM,ECC). Here the database is integrated to Livecache and normal DB(single DB).
The CCMS agents were configured properly where some times it does'nt poll proper data, where we get tech. tickets. We get error saying "Collecting the relevant check data is not possible". I had analysed to my extent, but could'nt resolve. Please clarify.
Regards,
Srinivas

  • St03N not collecting all data

    HI
    does anyone know why would st03n not collect all proper data, we found out recently that a user had scheduled a program as a background job to run and it ran successfully but when we look on that date we don't see that it had run and even that user doesn't come out in the history
    any ideas why?
    regards

    Sorry Sujit that I wasn't clear
    the job i was referring to was a z program that was run be a user in the background.
    that is how we started knowing that there were missing data in st03n
    we were trying to see how many time that program ran and who ran it
    so we went to see in st03n but we found out that there was no history for that program in there or any history for the user who ran the z program in the background.
    there is no connection to SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR background job. this job is running successful in our system and all other data is being collected
    so the data that was missing was on the 14th of march and then we found out that there is no entry of any sort in st03n for 15th of march, but we have data for 16th of march.
    so now we want to know what happened
    i hope this is clear now
    regards

  • HyperTrends not collecting/displaying data and no alarms displayed

    Hypertrends quit collecting/displaying data.  Alarms are not being displayed in alarm window although alarm processing is working as evidenced by DDE link to callout software.

    Is the hypertrend on the server computer or the client computer?
    If you reopen the process, will it recover?
    Did anything change, such as the network, the firewall?
    Go to MAX to see if the data is logged in the database. What's the Lookout version?

    Kindly request your help  to solve this problem & sapccm4x agent registered.
    Thanks

    Hi Shradha,
    1. what is the version of ccms agent.
    2. what is the SAP_BASIS component level and patch level.
    3. add   SALF_CSM_AGENT_REGISTER   into SAP role   SAP_BC_CSMREG

    Here is the log details.  I also reimaged this machine fresh.  It is as clean as can be.  Thanks for the look over.  never had this issue with 2007.  Again, I am building some collections based on this .flg file which is 0KB.

  • OBIEE Usage Tracking not collecting all data!

    Hi guys
    Strange problem here. We have set up usage tracking (OBIEE 11.1.1.6) and it is running smoothly, except that we dont get all the data. I have adjusted the field "Query_Text" to contain 4000 bytes, and this also gave us an improvement - it collects more usage tracking. But we aren't getting all the usage stats...
    Does anybody have a an idea as to what could be wrong here?
    Best regards, Jacob

  • SCOM is installed but not collecting any data outside of the OPS Manager server itself

    I have installed SCOM 2012 R2 and associated hotfixes.  I've executed the MS Baseline configuration Analyzer and there are no problems.  I have discovered and installed agents on all of my Windows servers.  Additionally, i have imported a
    number of management packs successfully.  The problem is that i can't seem to get any data other than what is provided as health state from the OPS Manager servers themselves.  When I scan for network equipment it ALWAYS returns nothing so i have
    0 discovered network devices.  More importantly is that I get no data on anything else. I've done a lot of reading and searching but can't seem to figure out the problem.  All services are running and there are no significant messages in the event
    logs.  How do you get a management pack to be associated with systems?  All of my agents are "healthy" but "not monitored".  How do I change that?
    Thanks,
    Mark

    Can you fine the Management Packs in agents' health State folder? You may stop Health State service and rename Health State folder to test again.

  • Only one Host not collecting data

    Hi,
    When I check Data Collection window only one machine seems to have a yellow colored exclamation mark next to it. It says data not collected in the latest collection cycle. I have uninstalled and re-installed the agent twice, but same message comes up. Also, i have to zones that have data collection in active. Any ideas on how to fix this issues.
    Thanks in advance.

    Lightroom is not saving metadata. I have done several things to save and I still get the tag that states is is not saved. I have also created 2 smart collections. One showing metadata has been changed and one showing metadata is not up to date. No matter what I do it is not showing in LR that it is saved. I spent 2 days with Seth Resnick trying to correct this and we re created my catalog. It was ok, until I imported new images and same problem. Now I have a new problem, when I bring image to PS it saves it but does not bring back to LR. Am I the only one out there who has this problem?

    Hi,
    I created a form in acrobat, i go through the process of distributing it, that is all successful but then i get this error:
    "Acrobat coudl not submit your data.  Please see Tracker for more information".
    But there is no information in the tracker?
    What can I do?
    Thanks

    Same here... not impressed by this product, frankly.
    It's nice to be trying do fancy things like automatically sending mails and supplying a collection web site, but that's no good when they fail providing simpler, basic functionality.

    That's a big chunk of nothing. You cannot have bare text like
    that on a
    page. It would have to be within a <p> tag, or
    something.

    You are sending your form to a file called "gdform.asp" that

    Hi,
    Are you getting errors 714 and error 717? What is your SCOM version?
    If you are running SCOM 2012 SP1, you may try o install UR5 for it and check the result.
    To resolve this error, please also try to restart the following Root Management Server services:
    Config service (Microsoft.MOM.ConfigServiceHost.exe)
    Health Service (HealthService.exe)
    SDK service (Microsoft.MOM.Sdk.ServiceHost.exe)
    Please also go through the article below:

  • Could not start cache agent for the requested data store

    Hi,
    This is my first attempt in TimesTen. I am running TimesTen on the same Linux host (RHES 5.2) that running Oracle 11g R2. The version of TimesTen is:
    TimesTen Release 11.2.1.4.0
    Trying to create a simple cache.
    The DSN entry for ttdemo1 in .odbc.ini is as follows:
    +[ttdemo1]+
    Driver=/home/oracle/TimesTen/timesten/lib/libtten.so
    DataStore=/work/oracle/TimesTen_store/ttdemo1
    PermSize=128
    TempSize=128
    UID=hr
    OracleId=MYDB
    DatabaseCharacterSet=WE8MSWIN1252
    ConnectionCharacterSet=WE8MSWIN1252
    Using ttisql I connect
    Command> connect "dsn=ttdemo1;pwd=oracle;oraclepwd=oracle";
    Connection successful: DSN=ttdemo1;UID=hr;DataStore=/work/oracle/TimesTen_store/ttdemo1;DatabaseCharacterSet=WE8MSWIN1252;ConnectionCharacterSet=WE8MSWIN1252;DRIVER=/home/oracle/TimesTen/timesten/lib/libtten.so;OracleId=MYDB;PermSize=128;TempSize=128;TypeMode=0;OracleNetServiceName=MYDB;
    (Default setting AutoCommit=1)
    Command> call ttcacheuidpwdset('ttsys','oracle');
    Command> call ttcachestart;
    *10024: Could not start cache agent for the requested data store. Could not initialize Oracle Environment Handle.*
    The command failed.
    The following is shown in the tterrors.log:

    I have a process that creates a collection with data from multiple tables. The query returns multiple rows in 'Sql commands' tab. The same query is used to create the collection in 'Before Header' and when i create a region with Region source as
