CD and DVD disks pops-out from the slot
CD and DVD just pops-out. Will not accept the media.
I have to take my iMac in to the genius bar to have the drive looked at. I called support and we ran a reset which didn't seem to solve the issue.

when i burn a disk in Disk Utility, the burn completes but the verification process does not complete and my disk pops out. The error message i get is something like this "burn failed because disk cannot be verified," PLEASE HELP.
Also when i take the disk out it seems fine nd everything seems to be burned onto the disk. I am buring mac os x lion onto a disk.
The disk i am using is nextech and i am burning at the slowest speed (4x).
Also this is my 3rd time trying to do this and the verifying process keeps failing.... what do i do?see there

my iphone 5c screen is popping out from the top right side , can i exchange it for a new one at the apple store ?
If it is still under warranty, and they determine it is a manufacturing defect, they will replace it. Be sure to back everything up before taking it into the Apple Store. That way, if you do get a new device, you will be able to set it up from the backup.

Qosmio X775 "popping" and "cracking" sound came out from the speakers

so my problems started a few days ago when some "popping" and "cracking" came out from the speakers.
It's not all the time, but like in between 3-4 seconds i can hear it. I also connected the laptop to a speaker system and the problem remained, which means that it is not from the speakers, but from the signal.
I tried to reinstall the drivers but it seems that it's still not fixed.
Also the Waves MaxxAudio 3 disappeared when i reinstalled the drivers and now can't get it back?
Has anyone an idea of what might be causing this and how to install again the Waves Maxxaudio?

Not quite sure what could cause this sound issue but it could be possible that this crackling sound appears due to some latency problems in most cases this appears because the CPU is stressed by some processes running in the background.
I would recommend checking this using an tool called DPC latency checker.
Check if anything else is causing small DPC increases
Mostly such issues might be caused by drivers like Lan or Wlan updates might help to solve this -
Mini 210 screen is popped out from the cover.
As the subject indicates, I noticed a clicking noise when I closed the netbook. When I opened the netbook, I discovered that the clicking is coming from the screen popping out of the botton of the cover - just below the HP logo. It does not seem to causing any performance issues, but I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue.

I think my warranty has expired but is there anyway to get HP to cover this? When I put the screen at certain angles the separation between the screen and the plastic covering is almost half an inch apart. I feel like it is going to snap at some point. Ridiculous. -
How do I make a video pop out from the page?
I'd like to have Quicktime embedded in the page as smaller videos, but when someone clicks on them, they have the option of popping out and becoming larger. Would it be better to use Flash?
You don't want to have more than one video loading on a webpage at any one time so its better to use an image to represent each one and have a popup code to get the movie to play.

How to Stop iTune popping out from dock...annoying
I don't want iTune auto lunching or popping out from the dock if the app opened and minimized...annoying. Me never liked iTune.
Well, I figured the only way to resolve my issue was to just closed iTune window while I got the Internet radio playing...it won't pop out of Dock now.

My 24" IMac freezes and makes a popping sound in the speakers. What could be wrong?

I have an early 2008 24" imac, 2.8GHz Intel cor 2 duo, mountnain lion 10.8.2. From time to time it suddenly stops, and makes a popping noise from the speakers and then the computer is frozen, i have to press the power button. This is now happening more often, at first i thought it might be flash as it use to happen on youtube videos, but today it froze whilst usling skype.
I read on the forms, but my problem is not exactly as the ones on forums.
Does anyone have this problem? Could it be the harddrive failing. I did a clean install of mountain lion last night and it happened still, the hard drive is a 320gb Hitatchi

http://youtu.be/jBo9g2Z8U0EYou should try whats called a smc reset, look up HT3964 it should help, what you do is turn the imac off unplug the power cord from the back and hold down the power button for about 15 seconds then release and plug it back in.
If that doesnt work try a pram reset, HT1379, just google the number and it will pull up. -

usually there are multiple models of MacBook Pro per model number, but in the case of your model number (A1502), there’s currently only one model for that model number: 13-inch Late 2013.
To reset your MacBook Pro, you’ll need to boot into Recovery mode by holding down a Command key and the R key as you start it up. When the Mac OS X Utilities menu appears, select Disk Utility. On the left-hand side of the Disk Utility window, select your internal disk (most likely the top item of the list). On the right-hand side, select the Erase tab. For the Format dropdown, select “Mac OS Extended (Journaled)”. For the Name input box, “Macintosh HD” has traditionally been the default name — I don’t know if that’s still the case for the Late 2013 models. After that, press the Erase… button, and erase its entire internal disk. When it’s finished with the erasure, exit Disk Utility, and select Shut Down from the Apple menu. When you start it up again, OS X Internet Recovery will redownload Mavericks from Apple’s servers and reïnstall it on your internal disk. Once it has reïnstalled, run Software Update to get it up to date, and adjust the System Preferences to your taste. -
I'm trying to import a cd to my mac air from my pc. downloadedAbout the Migration and DVD/CD Sharing Update. The mac recognized the pc and the cd , but fails to play or import it. i get the message the cd could not be found. Suggestions?
You can't share/play a music CD using Remote Disk. It's a limitation that Apple built in.
"MacBook Air and Mac mini do not support playing DVD movies or audio CD media with Remote Disc."
Remote Disk is limited to data transfers.
You will have to use the MBA external superdrive, or another compatible external DVD device hooked directly to the Macbook Air.
Otherwise, you will need to rip the CD's contents using your PC and transfer the music as data files. -

My experience is with the iPhone 4S and the "new" iPad, both of which I ordered early on the opening pre-order day. In both cases the wording from Apple during the media event was "pre-orders will start on ABC date for delivery on XYZ date" which was also the same day they were to go on sale in stores. In both cases, the UPS truck rolled up earlier than usual XYZ date as promised to hand me my new iPhone/iPad. In both cases there were instances of confusion due to some pre-order confirmations stating incorrectly "SCHEDULED SHIPPING DATE: XYZ". In both cases that caused much fear, panick, and trepidation that fed upon itself as it permeated a widely scattered forum linked community of "adults" that seem to collectively revert to a state of childish impatience and ultimately child-like glee as they obsessively refresh their dedicated tracking browser window; become convinced that there is no hope of escaping the dread delayed shippment, and then finally receive their new toy exactly when they were supposed to. Not that I personally would ever succumb to that of course. Er uhm ... it's just what I've seen you know .. nothing I can really relate to.

For about 4 weeks my Foxtab will not work properly. I fill the boxes with websites but they slip out from the boxes and when I click on one of them I get a different website. I have uninstalled Firefox and set up[ again but this makes no difference.
