CD booklets for full album purchases

I purchased the Battlestar Galactica soundtrack albums as full album downloads from the iTunes Store. Since they were digital downloads, they didn't include copies of the CD booklets that come with physical copies.
I understand that some albums available through iTunes do include a digital version of the booklet. Who should I pester to have this information made available with these albums in the future?

This is how I understand it, itunes' AAC encoder is equal to LAME's MP3 encoder. Itunes' MP3 encoder is inferior to that of LAME's. If you're encoding in AAC anyways, might as well use itunes.
Besides that, what's worse is both my albums which are giving trouble are Gold CD's, & I'm not too keen on the idea of putting them in a CD/DVD Drive. Just too scared of scratches
Hmmm...I don't know anything about Gold CDs, and wiki isn't that enlightening. Are they like regular CDs in that, the files are encrypted/encoded as WAV files? It might be due to the source (Gold CDs) that the ipod is having trouble with even if itunes accepts it. The Classics are really particular as to format compatibility and health of the file structure itself than older ipods. A tiny error which older ipods find acceptable becomes unplayable in the Classics. Case in point, I have one song in the Classic that skips mid-song but when the same song is played in my old 4th Gen, there was a squeak, right where the Classic skips, but continues playing.
Try the steps I've outlined above (except the re-ripping part), if none of them work however, I think you're only choice is to re-rip. In itunes (not EAC/LAME) no less.

I have checked all similar issues on forums, but the file is nowhere within music, books (either .pdf or other).
The only place that it is shown is in the Itunes store for the said album.
it comes up as purchased in the store, but is nowhere to be seen in my library.

Try iTunes Store > Quick Links > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer.

How can I View the Digital Booklet for my Albums?

I have a few albums in my library with digital booklets, but have never been able to view them. I am working on Windows 8 right now, and have the updated version of iTunes. Anyone have a solution?

How do i retrieve my digital booklets for albums?

When I copied my iTunes Library from my PC to my Mac Book Pro (Maverick), I lost all of the digital booklets for my albums purchased from the iTunes store in the past. Anyone know if I can get them back? Are they possibly hidden somewhere else on a Mac?

I have no personal experience with this, but I suggest looking in the Mac's iBooks app.

Why can I not download this as a full album?

I purchased the album The Days of Grays about a year ago, and very recently the iTunes store is forbidding me from downloading it as a whole album, it doesn't even show up in my purchase history anymore. I have to play around with the search to get songs to show up individually so I can manually get iTunes to recognized that I have indeed purchased it. I was never even given the digital booklet for the album to begin with and that's where this whole issue stems from.

So, what gives?

Exporting Music Digital Booklet for iTunes Upload

I'm a bit new to InDesign, and having difficulties exporting a finished booklet for an album my company is releasing on iTunes.
iTunes has certain minimum requirements, most of which are easy to accommodate. One of them, however, is proving to be tricky for me. They say the pages must all be in landscape orientation, and must be sized at 11 inches x 8.264 inches.
Imagine the size of a CD booklet in your hand (about 4.25" x 4.25"), and then imagine the size when you have the booklet open (about 8.5" x 4.25"). This is the same size the booklet is in InDesign currently. I need to figure out how to export the booklet in its current size to those exact PDF dimensions of 11" x 8.264", and if possible, to be able to choose the color of the extra canvas space that is created as a result. I'd likely choose white, or a neutral gray.
Can this be done in InDesign? I haven't been able to find anything online to help, and after waiting over two hours for Adobe customer service to call me back, it was quickly apparent that the guy calling from India who couldn't speak clear English could not understand what I was asking, and I doubt he knew the answer anyway. I don't know, because I had to finally hang up.

I'm making a digital booklet for iTunes because we are a label and we are releasing an album, and a digital booklet is to accompany said album.
You asked me if I would be using Folio Builder, and the answer is no, I'm using InDesign. If Folio Builder is a function of InDesign, then I didn't know that. Like I said, the app is new to me, which is why I'm here asking this question.
FYI, the 11" x 8.264" dimensions required by iTunes match the 1024 px x 768 px you mentioned.
Do you have any more questions for me or do you the answer to the question?

I have an old Mac on OSX10.4.11 with iPhoto6. When attempting an upload for an album purchase Apple tells me I must upgrade yto iPhoto 11. Will this work on such an old Mac?

The free MacTracker application can tell you what is the newest version of OS X you rMac can use. Then you'll know how far you can upgrade iPhoto in order to order that book.
Be aware that the theme you're using may not be available in later versions of iPhoto.

I purchased a full album and as it was downloading it stopped out of nowhere and all the music that was downloading said download error. Tap to retry. So i taped all of them then it said it couldnt be downloaded at this time. Its been like this for 2 days

I am connected to iTunes via the wifi on my iPod touch, and when trying to purchase an album it won't let me buy the full album it only let's me buy each song individually. The $12.99 button does nothing when I hit it, but the $1.29 button for each song works. The album has 18 songs so is a waste of money to do each song individually. This happens with every album I try, not just the album that I specifically want. I know the problem can't be with payment because I have just over a $23 balance from gift cards I have redeemed. Also purchasing music through the wifi on my iPod touch is my only option as my desktop computer crashed so I have no other way to put new music on my iPod. Any ideas, comments, solutions????? Any responses are greatly appreciated.

ITunes says "buy this album for full price, or view the offer for a reduced price"

I am trying to purchase an album which contains a song I have already purchased. In the past I've always had to pay full price.
Now a new alert comes up that I have never seen before:
"You’ve already purchased at least one song from this album. You can buy this album for full price, or view the offer for a reduced price."
The button options are:
- Cancel
- Buy Album
- Complete My Album
I tried pressing 'complete my album' and it returns me to the album in the store without purchasing anything.
I assume pressing 'Buy Album' will just purchase the album at the full price.
Which of these options is the one that I should select if I want to "view the offer for a reduced price"?
It's confusing because the button options do not seem to align with the options in the alert text.

Actually, you have 1 other choice if you are not happy with the Share Everything plan. You can receive a subsidy on a new phone, give up your unlimited data and switch to the 2GB for $30 tiered data for your smartphone and keep your current plan. With your data usage, this seems it would work just fine for you.
Unfortunately, if you currently receive an employee discount on your data plan, you would lose it. Discounts are not available on data tiers of less then $50. So at most, your bill would go up a couple of dollars.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

4 albums purchased from iTunes yesterday have songs not playing all the way through. They play for a period of time and skip to the next song. Everytime they are played. Can anyone help?

Some songs I purchased last night are not playing all the way through. Several songs from the 4 albums I purchased play for a period of time then just skip to the next song. The songs that do this, do it everytime they are played at the exact same spot. The songs that are affected skip to the next on iTunes on my PC which is updated to the most current iTunes and my 160gb iPod classic. Everytime they are played at the exact same spot. However on my other device, iPhone 4s all songs play just fine. I have almost 7,000 songs on my iPod and this has never happened before and I have played it awhile since downloading those albums yesterday. This is only happening with the albums purchased yesterday. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong?
