CD's from apple store?
up until recently i had a windows account with itunes on it. after i bought a mac, my dad deleted my account, along with my itunes, though i still have all the songs on my ipod mini. i know that if i hook my ipod up to my mac, the library will be erased (or replaced with the library on the mac) which i don't want. i heard that if you bring your ipod to an apple store, they can transfer the songs from the ipod to a CD. is this true? i would rather do this than download some program and try to manually upload the songs myself.
Since it has always been very basic to backup your computer and all it's data, Apple provides no way for you to transfer music from your iPhone back to your computer. As you know, you can re-download all iTunes purchases, but music that you ripped yourself you'll have to just re-rip again.
You can try and find 3rd party applications that might help you. I'm sure you'll pay, however.
Let this be a very important lesson learned.

ThanksWithout contract is not the same as unlocked. The update to iOS 7 relocked
the iPhone to the wireless carrier to which it was originally locked. You must
contact that wireless carrier to see if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
If you used jailbreak or other hack to unlock the iPhone initially, the method
used may prevent a legitimate unlock from succeeding and may render your
iPhone unuseable. -

I have my iphone4 activated and working since 3days, i purchased it from ebay with 1year warranty, when i check the serial number from Apple store at Bangalore Forum mall, they say that it does not show anything and 'OUT OF WARRANTY'.
Now i have a problem in it, all icons just shake and system hangs, needs restarting.You need to go back to the person you bought it from. Sounds like they may have sold you phone that is not as described.

Try redownloading the app directly to the iPod by:

It may be that iTunes is not signed into the account that purchased the app or that the computer is not authorized for that account.

Judging by you post I suspect you have loaded your computer down with a lot of crapware and that has caused it's problems. For example running antivirus apps on a Mac not only is a waste of time, it's a waste of money, system resources and will eventually create more problems that it solves. The good news is here are absolutely no, zero, zippo viruses for OS X. There are other types of malware available (for example trojans) however they differ greatly from viruses in that the use has to download and install them, whereas viruses do not work that way. OS X is not like MS Windows and is extremely secure.
My suggestion at this point would be to clean your computer of the crapware (including antivirus apps) however before doing so please download and install EtreCheck and post its report. Then we can see how your computer has been configured and begin to give you some advice on the next steps. -

New iPod touch received today from Apple Store still running 2.2.1
I received my 8GB iPod Touch 2G from Apple Store (Hong Kong) this morning (August 28, 2009). I order it earlier this week.
After checking, it runs 2.2.1, not 3.0.x. Plugged in iTunes, it told me I need to pay USD9.95 to upgrade it to version 3.
Called Apple rep and the guy said this is expected.
I supposed all the new iPod ordered from the Apple online store should come with the latest s/w installed, or at least a promo voucher to claim the upgrade if it is not practical to upgrade all the inventory.
Is this the case in other countries?OS 3.0 is sold separately as noted at the bottom of the iPod touch Software Update page:

Apple have not yet announced any iPod touches that ship with v3.0 pre-installed, which is why all the product pages for the iPod touch on the Apple web-site, only list features in v2.0

For the last 5 years or so, new iPod models have been released in September each year.
1st generation iPod touches were shipped with OS v1.0 in September 2007
2nd generation iPod touches are shipped with OS v2.0 in September 2008

PSE 10 from Apple Store problem with camera raw 6.7 upgrade
PSE 9 was not opening Nikon d4 raw files so I've purchased PSE 10 at the Apple Store and installed on my Mac. PSE 10 is still not opening d4 raw files (camera raw 6.5). I tried to update to 6.7 taken from Adobe but did not succeed to install it. Could you please advice what to do?

You will have to do the update manually for the app store version. Instructions are here:

I have Lion. I have software that is not yet ready for Yosemite and I need to download video editing software that will only run on Mountain Lion and above. With this in mind, I purchased Mountain Lion online LAST WEEK. I received the secure email/pdf and tried to redeem it from Apple Store. I keep getting this message: "This item is being modified. Please try again later". That was about 6 DAYS AGO. I gave it some time and tried today and I am still getting this message.
What is going on? Called customer service and got disconnected twice (I don't think intentionally though). The third person had more info on this and it seems that Apple is just finding out about this and it may be related to the Watch rollout. Why don't Apple people say something? I check online and my order says "complete" but I have not received what I paid for and there's an error occurring. Now I am just here waiting to see if and when I can get this software.
Can someone provide more info on this? Is there another way to get Mountain Lion? Is it available on disc?
Without the OS upgrade I cannot use the video editing software.App Store support. There is troubleshooting and a contact link.

I purchased a MBP 13.3/2.5/8GB/128GB FLASH from Apple store in Manhattan Beach,CA some months ago. It has only 128 GB storage.
