help please. the songs will not transfer unless i create a playlist, put the music in a playlist and put the playlist on my phone.

If this is the first time you sync your iPod, if yes then when you connect your iPod click on it then click the sync button bottom right.

Previously my iTunes transferred accurately to my iPod. My most recent additions to my library are a couple of audio books. Now, one of my music CDs will not transfer to my iPod and only the first 6 chapters of one of my books will transfer. The rest of the book won't transfer. I've tried unchecking items then updating iPod. Then re-checking the items and attempting to transfer. These items still won't transfer.

Locate these tracks in iTunes, right->click on them and choose Get Info from the menu. When the window comes up, head over to Info tab and make sure there is no tick mark next to "part of a compilation." Then if necessary sync the updated changes to your iPod.
You can see how your iPod is cnofigured to sync your music from under its Music configuration tab in iTunes.

Only music purchased from the iTunes store is available to download from iCloud unless you subscribe to iTunes Match. Also, you can sync music using iTunes on you Mac even if you are using iCloud for syncing your contacts, calendars and other data.

the cc desktop app is used to install and update cc programs (and a few other thinigs). but that does not include 'opening' the installed programs.
click your start button or your program files directory to find the acrobat executable to launch acrobat (and any of your other apps, adobe or otherwise).

Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.

Good news: File a SNAD with eBay. Make sure all your correspondence has been through eBay Messaging. The fact that the seller has been ignoring you will not sit well with them.

Ok....I know that this is probably a common issue but I have a new computer running iTunes 7 and Windows Vista. I cannot seem to transfer my existing music files from my IPOD to my iTunes 7.0. I have attempted to drag and drop, use Consolidate Library, etc. I am not automatically syncing music because I do not want to lose my entire library of music on IPOD. Can someone help?

If you have any iTMS purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. A paragraph on it has been added to this article: Transfer iTunes Store purchases using iPod
The transfer of non iTMS content such as songs imported from CD is designed by default to be one way from iTunes to iPod. However there is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs back to iTunes on Windows. The procedure is a bit involved and was written long before iTunes 7 and Vista so it requires a little adaptation as the iPod preferences are no longer in the location described for instance also it won't transfer playlists. If you prefer something more automated that will let you transfer individual tracks then there are a number of third party utilities that will do what you want. You can use these to retrieve individual music files and playlists from your iPod. I have one song that at one time was on my iPod. I have since bought another version of the song and since then the newer purchase of the song is on the iPod but the first one I bought is in iTunes but is not on my iPod any longer. I have tried to transfer it several times but it just won't transfer to my iPod. What could be the problem?

I read a post about something like this. I forget the details, but my advice is to rename the original song's track Name to something like "song (original)" and see if it will sync.
You can always change it back if this doesn't work.

Applications Will Not Transfer From iTouch To Itunes

Bassicly itunes wont transfer my recent purchases from my iTouch to its library.
I connect my iTouch, right click on it and select transfer purchases.
It starts doing it and starts going through the names of my most recent purchases. It only spends about 2-3 seconds on each name before going onto the next one.
And then it ends. It only goes through about 20 applications, its going through the names of the applications i want to move over, but it wont transfer them.
Its nothing to do with my computer being authorized, as it is with both my account and my dads, which covers all the apps.
I tried transfering my purches to my dads computer, but same problem there.
I also tried turning it off and back on. And holding the lock button & home button together until the apple icon comes up.
But neither helped.
I hope you can help

Yup, i was originally using one of the thin new cables, and then i tried one of the old fat cables, Neither worked.
Well there arent any transfers besides apps, although back up seems to work.
I cant restore my ipod otherwise i lose these games ive recently bought

Some music will not transfer from itunes to ipod

I noticed the other day that one album consisting of 5 songs that's in ITunes is not on my IPod Nano.. These are the only songs that I'm aware of.The songs play on Itunes, the box next to the songs is checked and syncing does nothing. They were on there at one time.
