CDs wont upload onto Ipod

So recently I had to switch all my songs onto a new computer. I had been using a laptop ( a REALLY old one) and it ran out of space so I had to move everything onto another computer. In the process I lost every song I had not boght from Itunes (including songs from CDs).
So
I uploaded all my CDs to be put onto my Ipod, and pressed 'Sync Ipod'. To my dismay it didn't upload ANYTHING.
Does anyone know how I can get the CDs onto my ipod???!!!

I tried converting several video to mpeg-4(i used quicktime pro 7, and some other video convertor), but its not working, when i got to put it in my library in itunes it says this "Some of the songs in the itunes music library, including the song "(any of the videos i tried)", were not copied to the ipod "Justin" because they cannot be played on this ipod "
If you're using H.264/AAC mode, then your are limited to the Baseline profile (320x240, 768 kbps) or MPEG4/AAC (480x480, 2.5 mbps) iPod compatible specifications in the "Movie to MPEG-4" export menu. If targeting for H.264/AAC in the Basline LC profile (640x480, 1.5 mbps or 320x240, 700+ kbps), then you must use the "Movie to iPod" export option exclusively if using QT Pro.

Help Game wont upload onto ipod!!

The software installer I downloaded for iTunes 7 updates Quicktime and iTunes. One of the steps upon running the installer was a question:
"Do you want to update your iPod to version 1.2" or something like that. My iPod got the update, rebooted and then continued with the rest of the update. You may want to re-run the iTunes updater again and look for that question and answer "yes" to permit the iPod to be upgraded to version 1.2.

Podcast wont load onto ipod!

i just started downloading podcasts, and now it wont go onto my ipod! what can i do?
i thinki have the newest versionof itunes

if you have an oldish (3G or earlier) iPod the podcasts might not sync, as if you try to upload video podcasts adn you don't have a video iPod. Some file types also won't work. Check to see that the podcast is compatible.

Downloaded film from itunes wont download onto ipod what do i do

I downloaded a film for my daughter from itunes onto the computer but it wont download onto her new ipod touch.
Tried to download a different film direct onto ipod and it says it downloading but has been doing that for past two days.

Song Wonts Load Onto ipod

PLEASE HELP! I have a lot of new songs, and they wont load onto my ipod. I have the new version of itunes, lots of memory space, and it said i had to restore my ipod, so i clicked restore. It took the songs off my ipod, but not off of itunes. It says i have a "corrupted ipod", or something like that. This is getting me very angry, please give me simple instructions, im only 13, please help! I am in advanced classes, so you can give me "big words". But please help! This has been goin on for about 2 months.

Yeah, the songs play fine on itunes, but they wont load onto my ipod. It will not let me upload songs onto my Ipod. It worked a lil bit ago. But now i cannot. I looked into forums and found NO help. The closest i seen was to reinstall Itunes. So i did. But alas now i still cannot upload. Also, on certain songs (when it did work) I found that when i wud played them it wud work yet when i went to fast forward to where i was [bcus this was a Audio Book] It went to the designated TIME but it played as if it was at the beginning of the book. Im getting frustrated now that i cannot upload anything onto my Ipod. Also that i couldn't fast forward properly. And some songs don't even go into Itunes no more. Please help. Thank you.

It is on auto sync. When i plug it in it says done loading after 2 seconds. but nothing is on it. When i go to add songs to my library NOTHING happens. And i recently RE-downloaded the newest itunes program. No error messages come up. It doesnt freeze or anything like the others on here ive seen have had happen.

That's what it's supposed to do. Well, obviously not to upload all of them, but anything you have changed or played or anything like that will get resynced to the iPod. That's by design.

Videos wont load onto Ipod with sound

I recently downloaded some music videos to my computer (not through Itunes) and i uploaded them into Itunes and i put them in the Movies folder on Itunes 7.0.2, I right clicked the videos and clicked on Convert them to Ipod format
and it converted and then i uploaded them on my 5th generation 60 Gigabyte Ipod and i went to play them all, but i didnt have ANY SOUND,
in the origional i had sound, is there any way to convert a Movie Clip (thats what it says when i go to check what it is, it dosent say .WMA or .MP3 or anything like that) to an Ipod with sound

I replaced my 60gb when it dies out here in baghdad. im still here. i bought the 80gb vid...i got the music to play finally. but even though i restored it, it still wont play the videos i purchased directly from itunes. but it will play the ones i converted for it. Uploading onto ipod resets PC

Whenever I try to upload songs from iTunes onto my iPod, my iPod stays on the 'Do Not Disconnect' screen, but my PC resets itself, and the songs don't upload properly.
I have tried restoring my ipod to factory settings, and then uninstalling & reinstalling both iTunes and my iPod software but nothing seems to work.
Please help!!! What can I do to fix this?

I have had the same issue. When I restore my ipod to factory settings, itunes didn't recognize that it was reset so it doesn't think it needs to download anything. Try renaming your ipod in itunes. This worked for me. I think itunes maintains a record even though you reinstall or upgrade it so you have to try and find out where that is stored and I haven't been able to figure it out.

i have an itunes account and used a gift card to load songs.. when i 'buy a song" it shows that the song was purchased but it won't load it into my ipod..help

I have a first generation iPod shuffle and none of the songs that I purchase from iTunes will load without first burning them to a CD, loading the CD back into my iTunes and then clicking and dragging the songs onto the shuffle. Anyone know why they won't load directly?

Connect the iPod to the computer and restore via iTunes. Place the iPod in Recovery mode if necessary to allow the restore.

Songs wont copy onto ipod

i have a 2nd generation 4 GB ipod nano, i recently added more songs to the playlist and am now upto 616 songs, but not all the new songs will copy onto my ipod. for example there are 3 songs by The Clash on the playlist but only one ever transfers to my ipod, i have restarted my ipod and this didnt help... what is wrong?

Is there anything different about those that do and do not sync? Such as when you optained them, the formate if they are age rated
Did they sync before?
