Cellular Data option replaced by Mobile Data

I've had a bit of strangeness with my iPad and iTunes recently - full story here if anyone is interested anyway as part of this I restored my iPad to factory settings, however I've noticed now that in Settings 'Cellular Data' has now been replaced with 'Mobile Data'.
Now even more strange is that prior to this strangeness with my iPad and iTunes I'd updated my software to the latest version of iOS; 6.1.2 and had created a backup, now when I initially reset my iPad and deleted everything this was when I first noticed the wording had changed - however when I restored my iPad from an iCloud backup - not forgetting of course this was also done when iOS 6.1.2 was present on my iPad it changed the wording back to Cellular Data. So I'm currently wondering what the 'correct' wording should actually be? Is it Cellular Data or Mobile Data?
Realise from the iPad User Guide, Cellular Data appears to be the correct wording, but perhaps this is out of date? Odd though wouldn't you agree?

It depends on your Language choice.
For regular (I guess American) English the correct wording is Cellular Data, if you choose British English, then it becomes Mobile Data.
So make sure that you did not change your default language in between backups.
Settings->General->International->Language->(Choose Language)

Your cellular carrier charges for using mobile data. Depending on the plan you have you buy a certain amount of data, and when you use it up you pay for more. I can't be more specific, because there are several hundred cellular carriers that support the iPhone, and each of them has different plans. So the best thing for you to do is to call your carrier and ask, or log in to your carrier's web site and review your account.

Mobile Data is disabled notification - 32GB WiFi Version - after 5.1.1 update

So I just recieved and installed the OTA update for 5.1.1 on my 32Gb Wifi Z3 compact. Now I have a constant notification on the status bar advising that Mobile Data is disabled. If I click it it takes me to the WiFi Data Usage page - as this is the WiFi only version Mobile Data should not be an option and as such I get no options to control Mobile Data. Any suggestions - or Sony Software Devs if you are reading this please address this issue for the WiFi only versions of the Z3 Compact Tablet. Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

This issue has been addressed and reported earlier. Unfortunately I don't have any further information.

Delivery date to be replaced by Confirmation date automatically.

Hi All MM gurus,,
I want to do a setting in the Purchase order in such a way that if there is inbound delivery created or say buyer created a confirmation manually in the PO.
The confirmation tab delivery date should replace the delivery date in the Delivery schedule tab automatically.
The buyer should not go and change the dates in both the places.
Is there any standard setting for this or else what all configuration needs to be done.

No this issue is not MRP revalant,
When the confimation comes from vendor , we change the confirmation tab as well as the delivery date in the line item and We send the PO back to vendor again with the new delivery date.
Now here the buyer has to change the dates twice.
Is there a std setting by which we can get once the confirmation date is changed it will change the delivery date automatically.

Steps to take to resolve this issue:
1/ Turn off Wifi
2/ Ensure Mobile (cellular) data is on
3/ Turn iPhone OFF and then ON (re-boot iPhone)
4/ Without turning Wifi on, open an app that requires mobile (cellular) data.
5/ The app will now show on the Settings list with the option to enable or disable mobile (cellular) data
6/ In time all apps that require or use mobile data will be added to the list automatically.

Just curious, why does the iPhone need this turned on? Why does the settings app need a cellular mobile data connection?
If you turn it off, you're pestered to turn it on every time you go into settings?

Because, that's the way Siri works...it needs an Internet connection...requests are sent to Apple's servers. No Internet, no Siri.

Since upgrading Iphone to iOS 5.1.1 it does not automatically use wifi internet when wifi is available. It has been draining my mobile data. I can only manually change settings with cellular data everytime I get home. Any other solutions?

Since upgrading Iphone to iOS 5.1.1 it does not automatically divert to my wi-fi internet when wifi is available in my home. It has been draining my mobile data I now have very high bills from my mobile carrier for high data usage. I can only manually change settings in the Network and turn cellular data on and off everytime I get home and leave the home. This is very frustrating as it wasn't a problem until the upgrade. I have spoken to a few people that this has happened to. Has anyone found this problem and does anyone have other solutions?

pvonk, you were right, something was amiss. It is just a shared calendar (me and my PA) and nothing I could do would seemingly connect the iCal and cloud accounts.
Late last night I upgraded from OSX 10.7.4 to 10.7.5, as I thought that might resolve some settings or minor corruptions in the way my Mac Book was working.
This morning I opened iCal, and once again it attempted to refresh the page. And a few seconds later my iCloud diary appeared on iCal.
The moral of this issue is I think as follows.... when you check all the settings and follow all the advice, and something like this is still not working then it could be the software is slightly corrupt, so a re-install or applying an update (if there is one available) will help resolve issues.

I got mine (2 weeks ago) 64GB WiFi+3G (Verizon) from the apple store online
I didnt have to do anything to it, turned it on, activated it, got it on my home network then I signed up for the 3G data service, it works where ever I happen to be. (if there is an unknown WiFi connection available it asks me if I want to join before it continues to connect to the 3G when I am surfing or getting e-mail)
do you have an Apple Store close enough to travel to?

It's a cellular model that you have, and not just the wifi-only model, then Cellular Data should show on the left-hand side of the Settings screen. You've tried a soft-reset of the iPad to see if it then appears : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
