Centro, when Im on the internet no pictures will show only a small red and blue picture

I don't know what happend to my Centro. My son was playing with it (yeah I know mistake #1) and when I had gotten it back I went to log onto espn.com and none of the pictures would show only a small picture frame with what looks like a sun set over blue waters with a red sky. I went to other websites (cnn, flickr, and so on) but no pitures will show up. What could be the problem?

Check your settings in Blazer. Sounds like you've changed it to "Fast Mode" for displays.
Tap the Lightning bolt icon at the top of Blazer, and see if it's set to Fast Mode. Change it to "Normal".
Pictures should load now.

I have already looked on that link and it is of no help at all.
When i first put credit onto my i pod it worked fine then it kept coming up with that message, i went into the apple store today and it worked straight away and when i first tried to download apps at home it worked fine, then it stopped again and came up with the same message. i know its not the internet connection because i can connect ok to the internet on both the i pod and my laptop.

How can i make that in the ComboBox control it will show only part of each item name without the Win32_ in the start of each item ?

What i get is in the end that in the ComboBox in this case i call it cmbxNetwork i see in it many items all start with Win32_ For example when i click on ComboBox i see the first item is: "Win32_NetworkAdapter"
Instead Win32_NetworkAdapter i want to see in the ComboBox only: NetworkAdapter But when i select the item it should be selected as Win32_NetworkAdapter but the user should see and select only NetworkAdapter.
I want to remove as test from the ComboBox items the Win32_ But only that the user will see it without Win32_
Also in the constructor when i'm doing now: cmbxNetwork.SelectedItem = "Win32_NetworkAdapter"; so instead if i'm doing: cmbxNetwork.SelectedItem = "NetworkAdapter"; it will be enough. THe program will use the "Win32_NetworkAdapter";
but again what i see and user in the ComboBox as item is only the NetworkAdapter

Do you mean that you want the ComboBox show the value of “NetworkAdapter” in the text, but when you refer the value of the cmbxNetwork.SelectedItem, it will be “Win32_NetworkAdapter”? If so, I am afraid that you need create your own ComboboxItem and override
the ToString() method to return the text you want.
You could modify the code below for your own achievement.

Try resetting it (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). If that works, then within a minute or so, you should see the Home Screen and be able to proceed normally.

If the same website is opening each time you launch a browser (Safari?) hold down the shift key as you launch to prevent previous pages from opening.
Have a look at your settings in Safari > Preferences. Especially General and Privacy.

If you are sure that you have sound in other apps - and if you can still hear keyboard clicks and get notifications, then system sounds are not muted. Try this and see if it works.
Close all apps completely and reboot the iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Can I use the Bluetooth on my Centro to get on the internet.

I have a refurbished palm Centro (so I wouldn't have to pay an extra $720 for the AT&T unlimited PDA data plan with the phone). It is replacing my old & dying Palm TX. One thing I loved about the TX was the wifi access. It was great to connect to my home network and check my email and the like without having to wait for my laptop to boot.
What I would like to know is: is it possible to use the Centro's Bluetooth to access my home LAN, either through a PC, or a bluetooth LAN access point? (I've seen the latter for <$70 or >$200) If so, has anyone actually done it?

If you pay for AT&T Modem plan you can access the internet via bluetooth on a computer. HOWEVER, this still consumes data charges on the device so you will need a data plan. There is no way (that I am aware of) to access the internet on the device using Bluetooth. The newer Palm devices that have Wi-Fi can access the internet using that but not bluetooth.
Again, bluetooth can be used to create a connection between your device and pc to use your device as a modem in means of connecting to the internet on your computer.

Illustrator CC crashes when connected to the internet.

I have been trying to fix illustrator cc, it's keeps crashing on launch. I have found though if my computer is not connected to the internet then it will work fine. I don't have to disconnect to use the program. I also don't want to have to run a program like little snitch when using the program. Please help!

On Mac, please choose 'Go to Folder' from Finder’s 'Go' menu and type:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/
There you would find the crash logs for Ai CC. It would be something like "Adobe Illustrator_<Date of crash>_<ComputerName>.crash". Please zip those files and send the same to [email protected]
On Win, you could refer this illustrated article for locating event logs :

- First try resetting the iPod. Nothing will belost:

Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:
