Certain drawing or annotation tools cause adobe to crash - what can I do to fix this?
When I try to use certain drawing or annotation tools Adobe crashes. Why? What can I do to fix this?
I think it is Adobe Reader XI and I have Windows 8. It has happened with a couple different PDF files. I have experienced the problem when trying to use the "draw a circle" tool as well as the "add text callout" - I have drawn some circles without a problem. Sometimes what happens is I try to draw the circle (or the other one), and nothing happens, it is as if the page doesn't realize I clicked or dragged the mouse. Then when I try clicking somewhere else in Adobe Reader it is frozen/"not responding" and I have to force close the program. When I open it again it tries to restore the changes that I had made since the last time I saved but it doesn't always recover it. I have not tried the repair option - what is that?

If you have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, and don't see the Acrobat Ribbon in Microsoft Word there can be a couple of things to check:
First of all check which version of Adobe Acrobat you have installed (Help menu > About Adobe Acrobat), then see if it is compatible with the version of Word you are using. Use the following link to check what the compatible versions are: Compatible web browsers and PDFMaker applications for a list.
If you find your version of Adobe Acrobat is fully compatible, then check and see if you have the latest updates for Adobe Acrobat installed. From the Help menu > Check for Updates. If any updates are listed, install them, by following the prompts in the dialog boxes that pop-up.
Once you've updated, reboot your computer, then launch Microsoft Word again: Is the Acrobat Ribbon available now? If not, then you might need to check and see if the PDFMakerOfficeAddin is enabled in Word - The following link provides steps on how to do this. I would like to inform you that not all the browsers and online PDF readers support copying text from a PDF. If you have opened the PDF online, please download PDF file to your computer and then open the file in Adobe Reader.

adobe keeps crashing, you can be on a web page reading and the browser opens the page in a new browser. I did not have this problem the older versions. What can I do to fix this problem.

Once the Device is in Recovery Mode... it is too late to save anything...

My computer does not have any viruses, I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall firefox, but I still get the same problem.
After inquiring with an administrator on Yuku, they said the only reason would be a virus that may come through the adds on the site, but the specific page I visit on yuky is add-free.

Didn't license my Adobe CS6 suite within the 30 day period. what can I do to fix this?
I bought my Student + Teacher Edition Adobe CS6 Suite at the end of August for school, and used it for two weeks on the trial period. As i had no imediate work to do on it, I forgot I had to license it 30 days from the day of purchase. Now it tells me that I'm not eligable to register the product. I have all my proof of eligibility as a student. Can this be fixed? And who can I talk to?

Just recently my wife's Facebook page is all on one side of the page(appears jumbled on left side). It is only on her page, not the main page. Youtube has been this way for about 6 months. It is only on these sites that this is happening. How can I fix this problem? Also, my disk drive has not been able to read disc since I have had this computer (probably b/c my child put something in it). The disc just ejects out after spinning for a while, so I cannot use my installation disc for repairs? Is there any solutions other than external drive?
I am using Safari 10.4.10. I had already emptied the caches and history, but that did not help. It's only on my wife's wall on Facebook, but not on other peoples walls and Youtube. The other issue was my driver not reading the disc.

Are you opening a file from a file server? It sounds like you connection with the server was broken, or there is a problem with the server configuration.
When happens if you reboot, reopen InDesign, and open a file on your local hard drive? -

I have a Macbook Pro purchased brand new. I take high quality pictures for customers, these display perfect on my laptop but appear CORRUPT on a USB stick. What is causing this? I can't seem to fix this issue. PLEASE HELP!!

Which operating system are you running on?
Try starting the organizer while holding down the shift key. Hopefully, it should load the Catalog Manager.
Select your current catalog and click on the Repair button. Once it has finished, click on the Open button to see if the catalog opens.
