Certain links in a website donot work ,some javascript problem ,worked well with old versions

I have a problem with the site ,when i click on the link ,there is no effect ,it should open a new window ,there seems to be a javascript problem ,it shows me javascript(default),in previous versions i had no problem

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
*Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
*Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
*Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

It sounds like your computer may be infected with some sort of a virus / Malware.

Also, I noticed you have the coupon printer installed. I would go to Start, Control Panel, then programs and features and uninstall the coupon Printer from inside there. It can cause some problems with Firefox.

Can't load certain applications since updating as recomended - would like to go back to the old version of firefox

It was recommended that I update to a new version of firefox. Since doing this I have been unable to get in certain applications in Facebook. I would like to go back to the old version of firefox so I can still get in these applications. How do I do this?

Although I've updated Firefox to 6.0 it is not recognized by any other website as that. It is recognized as an old version, 3.5. The 6.0 installation does not show a failure. Please help me work through this. I'm running Windows XP

I am unable to use Google+ or many of my games as they say that I need to update Firefox. I doggedly have done so many times, to 6.0, yet I still cannot access Google+ or some sites as they say I'm using an old version of FF. Something is going wrong with the installation, even though I get no error messages.

Well, it says I already have the most recent version. However Google Plus still says my version is out of date.
A friend suggested I back up my bookmarks, then try uninstalling & reinstalling Firefox the traditional way, and rebooting my system afterwards.
I'm going to try that to see if there is some kind of other issue going on between Google Plus and all of the websites that say my browser is out of date (ie. version 3.5) when it is not.

When I try to open safari a message says: You can't use this version of the application Safari with this version of Mac OS X 10.7.5. The application requires Mac OS X 10.9 or later.
I see Recovery needs Wi Fi which is not available here and Recovery is loaded with a list of potential disasters.
To heck with Safari I'll just use Firefox. Apple sure screwed up here judging from the multitude of similar complaints on the internet.

I have installed version 3.1 , exported , and all the same . The first four buttons countries of each continent , dont go . Too the facebook , twitter buttons dont go .
On internet explorer all goes perfectly ok , on the rest of the browsers the problem happens .
Im using Windows XP x64 , last versions of browsers , and too i have proved on a Imac safari and firefox , same problem too . Some of the links dont go .

The problem now has changed. I just realized that if the bluetooth is not working and I put the pc to sleep when I start it again in most of the times the problem is gone, it may start working right away or even some seconds after it left the sleep mode. I tried checking it a few times and it happened 4 out of 5 times I tried. But after the Bluetooth starts working again if I turn the computer off (shut down) and turn it back on later or even if I restart the laptop, then the problem starts happening all over again, until I put it to sleep and turn it on from spleep mode. This problem is really weird to me.
I am thinking that maybe there is some feature in the windows 8 that is not allowing the bluetooth to start when the computer starts from shut down or from restart, but that doesn't block the bluetooth when it is put to sleep.
Does anybody has any idea of what is going on and how to solve it?

Blackberry Maps only partly works; some features not working at all.

I have a new Curve 9360 to replace an older Curve model. Used the BB Maps app a lot for driving directions, etc. while traveling. On my new one, the Maps app loads fine and shows my current location fine. But a couple critical functions don't work at all. Anyone help me out here?
Get Directions
When I select Get Directions, nothing happens.
I should be able to enter Start and End locations, but the selection / entry screen fails to appear.
Favourites
When I select Favourites, nothing happens.
I should be able to open my list of favourite locations, routes, etc., but the selection screen fails to appear.
I've already tried removing and re-installing Maps - didn't help any. Any other ideas, thoughts, suggestions???

Well what are you expecting those keys to do? They have very limited functions in the OS and only some keys work for doing certain things in certain programs.
That is one reason Apple and makers of Windows PC notebooks program them to do Add-On feature things like raising and lowering screen brightness or sound volume.
You can Program the function keys to do certain things in the Keyboard Applet under the Keyboard Shorcuts tab. But most built in functions using the function keys also use another modifier key like the Command/Apple key and the Option/Alt key or the Shift key.

Some JavaScript not working in Safari 3

I have a site which uses the MMDrag script from Dreamweaver to enable elements of the page to be moved around. This works fine in Firefox and IE on Windows. It used to work fine in Safari but since updating to 10.4.11 and getting Safari 3 it just doesn't work. Does anyone have any idea why?

I have no clue, but I've found that the solution to Safari 3's incredible slowness in loading some pages is to disable Javascript. Of course, that also disables the functionality of many webpages. I'm also on 10.4.11 and Safari 3 (but I'm using Firefox for now).

I am experiencing this exact same issue. I have a few things I have noticed as well. If I go to the iView (where you would edit it) and preview it first, it runs fine. It also works if I have it open in another window, instead of the portal frame. Also, as soon as I have previewed the iView first, if I then go and run it, it will work. But otherwise it will not let me log in. I have been using IE to test, however I have found that if I use Mozilla I can then log into most of the applications I was having trouble with.

Get "Licensing for this product has stopped working" error on my New Mac with old Adobe software

hi people, i've recently purchased a new machine and can't work out how to get Illustrator cs3 or photoshop cs5 working on it...
photoshop says "Licensing for this product has stopped working. you cannot use this product at this time. you must repair the problem by uninstalling and then reinstalling this product or contacting your IT administrator or Adobe customer support for help", which is strange as it said some different before i tried asking adobe support about this...
illustrator says the same thing.
customer support said i need to ask here because they can't provide support for these products.

Have you deactivated Photoshop on the old machine? No, i am not inclined to try this as i do need a working version for work, customer support tells me that i've purchased a serial key but they won't tell me what it is, just that i could try using it... can't find any reference to this on my machine though:(

I updated my iPad 4 with the new iOS7 and since then Skype started problem and now email i.e, yahoo as well. I can hear people on Skype but they can't hear me though it was working fine with old version. Is any one else having same problem?

I recently purchased iPad 4 and it is only one month old. I updated with iOS 7 and next day got problem with Skype and yahoo mails. People can't hear me on Skype though I can hear them clearly. I was replying yahoo mails quite nicely and now as I start typing the iPad turns black and have to open it again. Is there any one else facing the same problem? I just noticed that one of the restore methods you posted was to put it into Disk Mode First rather than just use the resstore straight off, I Have tried that and seems to have solved the problem, If it has thank you. previously I have only tried just restoring it skipping this extra step. Hope my iPod stays healthy, if it doesnt its a warrenty job me thinks any way thanks again
