Certain MBAM agents not reporting compliance status
I have MBAM setup in a two computer configuration topology both servers running Windows Server 2008 R2.
The problem I have is that certain clients are not reporting back their compliance status to the MBAM servers and when I check the log files for these clients the MBAM Operational logs shows "The MBAM
policies were applied successfully." This event appears regularly within the 90min windows as expected which is fine.
When I check the MBAM Admin log files had absolutely no new entries since January this year so something is definitely not right. On working clients both the Admin and Operational logs should be updated at least once every 90min that's how it was configured
in GPO.
All clients are running version 1.0.2 of the MBAM agent on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1. The problem has to be client side because there are machines reporting back regularly with no problem on the same network.
Hi,
Please take a check to see if the following KB could help here:

Windows Server 2012 WU agent not reporting to SCCM 2012
Hi folks,
Having a bit of trouble tracking down this issue with a particular WS2012 SCCM client. Unlike my other WS2012 servers that are SCCM clients in the same device collection (confirmed that this device is in the list), this one has a completely blank updates
compliance report which indicates that it's not reporting back at all.
In SCCM the policy request and heartbeat DDR are current, with last status message 5 days ago. Client activity is 'Active'.
WindowsUpdate.log has only this message when wuauclt /detectnow is run:
'Can not perform non-interactive scan if AU is interactive-only'
Couldn't find much on the interwebs about that message. I've tried re-installing the SCCM agent from scratch a few times. Ideas? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.Hi Jason,
Yes I have reviewed the logs in their entirety, I was editing to provide highlights.
Here is a broader snippet of WUAHandler.log, this is pretty much repeated:

MBAM clients not report device users
Hi all,
I have installed MBAM 2.5 infrastructure with some mbam clients on laptops.
My problem is that mbam clients (ver. 2.5.0244.0) don’t report the information about device users to MBAM Recovery and Hardware DB, but one client (ver. 2.1.0117.0) does it.
Any ideas on how to fix?
Regards,
Alexcan you confirm if the group policies are flowing down to the affected machines? (regedit
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\FVE )
older version of MBAM clients will report to the newer version of the MBAM IIS server.
Also see if URLs when posted on IE does asks for a prompt.

We have recently upgraded our WSUS server to Windows 2012 R2. Now none of the PCs reporting their status to the WSUS server and not getting updates at all. The PCs are contacting the Server but not reporting their status. Stopped the Firewall on Client and
Server. BITS and windows updates services are running.
Record the system time of the Windows 7 client.
Reboot the Windows 7 client.
Run this command from a command prompt: wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow.
Wait =30= minutes.
Performed the above steps. Please see the updates logs from a client.

"this computer has not reported status yet"
I am trying to configure the SC 2012 R2 ConfigMgr to deploy Endpoint to our client computers and replace the old WSUS server.
I have created a boundary based on IP range (so that it does not mess with the other computers until we retire the old WSUS) and two boundary groups (one for content location and one for site assignment).
The ConfigMgr (device collections) "knows" the OU for the test computers. When I go to assets & compliance \ overview \ devices, I can see the computers from the OU : site code is correct, client is "no" and client type is "none".
The Update Services console "sees" the computer (correct name, correct IP) but the status remains at "not yet reported".
I had to mannually install the client agent from \\sccmserver\sms_site\client. According to Update Services, the server version is 6.3.9600.16384. According to WindowsUpdate.log on the client computer, Client version is Core : 7.9.9600.16422 & Aux :
7.9.9600.16384.
Any suggestion for my next move ?

MBAM - SCCM 2012 Reports - Error: the 'MBAM Policy' view does not exist
Hi
I have installed MBAM with SCCM 2012 integration. A single server install with SQL server 2012. Mostly it has gone smoothly and laptops are being encrypted and pins stored and recoverable. The problem I have is reports are not showing. I get the following
error message.
"Error: the 'MBAM Policy' view does not exist"
Any ideas why this is? I get the same error message with all 4 reports.Hi Slycy,
There is another thread that seems to be a similar issue
here that may help you. The last post in particular has a number of steps that you can use to speed up creation of the views:
Just for future reference, there are quite a few things that have to happen before the view is created. This is merely how CM works.
Make MBAM MOF changes
Select TPM spec version in hardware inventory
Install MBAM CM Integration feature
Perform a machine policy refresh cycle on a client to get the MOF changes that need to be inventoried
Perform hardware inventory
Update MBAM Supported Computers collection membership. The machine should appear if it meets the criteria
Run another machine policy refresh on the client so that the Configuration Baseline will come down
Make sure that the MBAM agent has woken up once
Evaluate the Configuration Baseline
The MBAM views should be created now.
You don't have to do this for every machine, but this is the process to speed it up. If you let CM do it, it could take over a week before the view is created the first time, depending on when Hardware inventory runs, etc.
Hope this helps,
David -
/TDAG/CPM_REPORT007 error in Compliance Status Report
Hello SAP Guru's,
I receive the following error message when I start the Compliance Status Report (/TDAG/CPR03) on a material:
Unit of measure M with dimension LENGTH is invalid for specification 000000001157.
Message no./TDAG/CPM_REPORT007
I guess something is missing in the customizing. But do you have an idea what is missing? and where can I define it?
Thanks in advance for your help.
RudyHello Rudy
I'm not familiar with the report but based on the error message I would check the following:
Go to transaction CUNI.
Select dimension LENGTH - on the lower right part of the screen
Check if the unit M (Meter) is defined for dimension LENGHT.
If not, ask the responsible person to enter it.
Hope this helps

HTTPService still not reporting status 500
I was told that the HTTPService (using POST) has been enhaced
to better report server side errors. In particular, when the server
responds with a status 500 one is not able to see the actual error
from the server.
This problem still exists and as a result makes using Flex as
an RIA platform not play by the rules. Meaning, one can't have
multiple front end applications using the same server side
application without having to do special things for Flex
applications.
Since the http socket in browsers support this capability I
don't understand why Flash player has limitations in this regard.
More importantly, is this going to be fixed? The issue:
someone installed the SUP role for SCCM 2007 and configured it for the separate WSUS server (on Windows server 2012). They didn't select "Create all WSUS reporting events"for the SUP role, and we have abandoned SCCM's SUP role. So now all of our clients
are still updating with our WSUS server but not reporting status.
Yeah, I hate when that happens, and you're not the first victim of this particular scenario. The setting can be reset via the API, and I believe that there's a VB script or a PowerShell script (or maybe both) on CodePlex that can be used to reset the reporting
option on the WSUS server.
Actually, since this is a WSUS v6 server, you may be able to configure it directly using PowerShell now, given the assortment of API functionality that is now exposed in PowerShell.
If not natively, also check out the PoshWSUS package, which almost certainly supports this option configuration.
Arguably when converting from a SUP to a standalone WSUS server, it would be better to build the WSUS server from scratch, which also would eliminate this issue. Consider how many superseded updates were expired by Configuration Manager, that NOW...
maybe you don't want to be expired? (Or worse, have already been deleted by the Server Cleanup Wizard because they
were expired.)

We have had the Office Telemetry Dashboard setup for a while now as part of our Office 2013 evaluation and it currently reports back on 117 Computers which roughly matches up with the number of agents we have deployed. However, I have recently discovered
that some computers do not show up on the dashboard when searching under either their computer name or username. Having looked locally at these machines they report a Last Run Result code of 0x800700005 on the Task Scheduler. Not exactly sure what this
means as I know its a fairly generic code. I can run the telemetry dashboard locally on the effected machines and all appears ok. I have looked at the main Telemetry Processor Log file on our server (%windows%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Local\Temp\dperrorlog.txt)
and can see there are quite a few machines reporting that Office Telemetry Processor deleted the folder \\ServerName\SharedFolderName\ComputerNameReference because the files in the folder haven't been uploaded for more than 2 hours. I tried googling this error
but got nothing back.
The machines in question are running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, Office 2013 and the telemetry agent is configured through Group Policy. We also have a number of Office 2007 clients
running the agent but I have not yet checked to see if any of these ones are not reporting back.
Can anyone help troubleshoot this issue further to try and establish why some machines are not showing up in the dashboard logs. I have gone through the troubleshooting info here http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj219431.aspx#tshooting
but so far can't find a solution.
Thanks.I tried running the agent as admin and it returned a last run result of 0x41301 which I believe means the Task is currently running but its been like this for several days with nothing being reported back yet.
For all the other agents that appear to be running fine they show up on the dashboard with each non-admin username which is what we need to run reports based on individual users so I cant understand why this would be a permissions problem. The permissions
on the shared folder were setup using the automated option when installing the telemetry processor on the server. I have tried just adding in one of the problem users to have full control to see if this makes a difference but have not tested this yet.
Anyone have any tips on troubleshooting the DPErrorLog file? There doesn't appear to be much out there in the way of documentation for this stuff. Is anyone else using the Telemetry Dashboard successfully as part of their Office 2013 evaluation?
Thanks. -
Status Agent Not Reachable - How to set a fix port number?
My EM 10g was working fine http://localhost:5500/em
Now when I tried, it was not working. I looked into portlist and found out it there was additional port of 5502
But when I logged into port 5502, Status Agent Not Reachable. Other links were working fine.
I had even installed another DB called REPOS other than the default ORCL.
All the services were up and running and I was just bouncing services back and forth and luckly I got the original port 5500 to work and then I did not got the error "Status Agent Not Reachable".
So I just wanted to know how to set a dedicated port in case the port number changes back to 5502 and if I get the error again.
Thanks in advance.Yes I installed multipe databases for eg ORCL was the default but I installed REPOS.
I did not uninstall the db.
Why does it show two different ports for ORCL 5500 and 5502 and for Repos it shows two ports but they are the same 5501.
Everything is on my local machine.
Following is from the portlist

Agent down not reported in OEM
I am on 11.1.0 OEM grid control. One of the cluster host's agent is down. But the same is not reported on the Pie chart of OEM home page.
When i click on the Host performance tab, it reports the below error.
An error has occurred!
Unable to obtain data for target hostA. The target may be down. Switching to the last 24 hrs view. But for the RAC instance running on this node, OEM does not report any error. It gives all details as if the agent is up. (even after waiting for 10 min)
In the same OEM when the agent on any other target is down, it is reported in the pie chart within 5 min.
I am not clear what is wrong with this and how to fix it.Hi,
I am getting following error when adding database manually

Agent31 - agent not ready details - report
Dear All,
We are in the position to provide explanation to the customer about the agent31 - agent not ready details report
I herewith attached the screen shot of report, where i can see not ready duplicated two times as below
reason code as 0 and 20003, and just gone through the explanation for 20003 found as below
20003 - applicable if you are using the Cisco Agent Desktop
If the agent is not in Not Ready state, a request is made toplace the agent in Not Ready state and then a logout requestis made to log the agent out.
But customer doesn't use CAD they use web based customized cti tool.
Please update with clarification or your idea.
with Regards,
ManivannanHi,
actually, the report shows what the ICM historical database tables contain - they contain what was written into those tables - ICM writes there whatever it was instructed to.
So if your web based custom agent tool writes 20003 (or anything), then it will appear in the report.

W2012 R2 Server not reporting update deployment status
Hello,
I have a strange issue with some of my Windows 2012 R2 Servers. I am using Automatic Deployment Rules for deploying Windows Updates to my client.
On my deployment, I have ~30 W2012R2 clients. I don't know why, but 50% of my clients are not reporting correctly to SCCM. When I go to the "Monitoring" -> "Deployments" and I analyze the report, my 50% faulty client are under the
"Unknow" tabs.
I have already check, and it's not a FW issue. I have other ADR and clients are reporting correctly.
This issue only appears with 2012 R2 client.
Have you got already see this behaviour ?
ThanksHello,
I have checked the log, and I didn't see anything strange.
In the C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log, I have see this :
The first line is "OpenReportingWebServiceConnection, reporting URL = http://MYSCCMSERVER:8530/ReportingWebService/ReportingWebService.asmx"
Why I can see in the log FQDN of microsoft ? Is this normal ? -
0FI_AR_4 not updating item status
Hi !
I am facing a problem with extractor 0FI_AR_4. When loading a delta load with clearing docs the status of the document cleared by this delta is still O.
I can find the clearing doc in the ODS, but the cleared one is still the same, with blank clearing doc and clearing date.
Is this correct ? Shouldn't the cleared doc appear as cleared with its corresponding cleareing doc and clearing date ?
edit: I have just found an OSS Note 1051099 - BUC: Change to clearing information not reported to BW, but I know for certain that the clearing process is made through SAP standard transactions and not the program mentioned in the note. But the problem is the same. The chage of status that should update the record in the ODS is not beign generated, so I have only two records in PSA, one for the original document and another for the clearing doc, but there should be a third one for the update of original doc with status changed to C. Am I right ? Has this happened to anyone else out there ?
Please tell me where to start looking for answers !!
Regards,
Santiago
Edited by: Santiago Reig on Mar 11, 2008 7:32 PMHi..
For FI datasources you will not be able to see any data in the delta queue..
Data will get populated in the delta queue during extraction..
After init...it writes the entries into the time stamp table BWOM2_TIMEST in the SAP R/3 System with a new upper limit for the time stamp selection...
Depending on that data will get fetched from the table BKPF based on creation date (CPUDT)...
For 0FI_AR_4 (AR- line items )Selections are made from tables BSID/BSAD (Accounts Receivable)
This is for new entries.......
For changed records data will get fetched from the table BWFI_AEDAT , depending on the time stamp table BWOM2_TIMEST....
Check the following blog :
